So I got a call from the manager from Plainfield In and she was rude talking over me telling me that corporate called her and told her to tell me that even though the mechanic lied and cheated me charging me for services they never performed that they weren't going to honor or pay me for a service they never did . They charged me for sway bars that they never replaced and the dealership where I took to get repaired told me we could have had a major accident causing major injuries if they broke driving down the road that's how bad they were . The manager was over talking me , or trying , and now they have cheated me lied about two repairs that cost me over 1000.00 dollars and only refunded me for one repair and not the full amount . The shop that did the work is on Rockville road across from the Kroger . I charged the repairs and was charged 30 % interest for the money borrowed. I don't recommend coming to this location. We came in at 8:40. Our appointment was at 9:00. They pulled it in at 9:00 to remove a nail from driver side rear tire. My husband knew that it would probably need a new tire because the nail was in the tire not the tread. At 9:45. They came out and told us it couldn't be fixed we need a new tire. They had them in stock. It's now been one hour fifteen-minutes later, they took the tire off. They finally got the car done at 11:30. Yeah I'm not very happy, 2 1/2 hours later. read more

All four wheels are still off. 2 hours 20 minutes later, OVER 3X the estimate my car is done. - No communication. - No consideration - No compensation. Just a shallow apology. I went to your store today for an oil change and asked to have my tire pressure checked due to a light indicator. After an hour and 20 minutes, I am finally called up and asked if I ever notice oil on the ground. I say no and the guy proceeds to tell me about 2700 dollars worth of repairs I need and changes description saying i wouldn't see oil on the ground. I mention my dad is a mechanic and instantly the guy has nothing else to say. they then ask my what my mileage is because they were unable to get it because "sometimes the computer acts up". I get in my car and my oil sticker reflects mileage but not a date, my tire light is still on and nothing was said about that, and with their "thorough" check, no one said anything about my check engine light referencing my gas tank cover. Your company should be ashamed for the poor quality service, the inability to perform the most basic job in your field, and your attempt to take advantage of a customer until realizing i knew what i was talking about!! read more

Just called and talked to Paul and he clearly has no idea what splash guards are and why screws need to be replaced on the bottom of a vehicle. Just proves my point the location is run by half brained morons. June 11 2022, because of those incompetent and non brainiac mechanic kids ... they did not reattach the splash guard as I asked them to and now it's dragging again. Will not go to Avon again. It is run by kids who ruin customers cars with their unintelligent selves. Do not trust Joyce or any of those high school kids in the garage vaping and doing nothing. They won't help you. the end of May 2022 ... When they did the oil change they did not reattach the splash guard correctly with the screws they took. Found the splash guard dragging, took it in and had to argue for them to add more screws because only one side had 1 screw in. They thought because I pushed everything up for a temp fix that it was 100% perfect and "wasn't dragging". No s*** because I pushed it back into place does not mean the screws are magically back in and will forever hold the guard back in place. Joyce told me she will talk to the kids and just tell them to add whatever. So for now it looks ok. read more

I don't know exactly who worked on my car but Austin, Keith and Quinton were all SO helpful! My entire visit with them went so phenomenal! Everyone that I interacted with were so kind and patient. As someone who knows nothing about cars, they were able to explain everything to me in a way I understood. I had to leave my car overnight so they could order the party's needed for my car and I called 3 times the following day just to check in and they were super kind over phone as well! Of course, I shop around to see if prices are lower at another business but if it close I go with Belle Tire because of the customer service and friendly staff. Today's issue was a bubble on my front right tire...thank you Mr. Huge Pothole on Lafayette Road. We had to wait for them to order a tire for us and made an appointment for today at 1:00 p.m. We arrived at 12:30 and handed over the car. He mentioned it would be at least a 1/2 hour before the car could be taken back since we were early. We decided to walk next door and wait with a Concrete Mixer. They were true to their word and took the car back at 1:10 to replace the front right tire. It was only about 15 minutes and ?? walked out to speak with us. Never good!! Not only did I have a bubble in the front right tire, I had a large screw in the back right tire. Yippie!! Plus the tire apparently was going flat on the way here and they think the tire is damaged due to that. Only one tire was ordered last week so they have to order another tire today. We'll be back tomorrow Friday afternoon after the tire has arrived at the shop. read more

Brought my car in for a slow leak in a tire, turned out to be a cracked wheel (not sure I believe this) they send the wheel off to be repaired and when they get it back they call to tell me the tire now needs to be replaced because it's got a bulge in the sidewall. I said that bulge wasn't there when I dropped it off nor was it there or brought up when you diagnosed the wheel damage. They call me back 20 minutes late and said the tech was wrong the bead just wasn't set correctly. Wait there's more.... Great experience here. I came in with a screw in my tire and was expecting to pay at least $20 for Belle to inspect all of my tires and to patch the hole. Fortunately for me though, Belle performed the patch for FREE! Service was very kind and courteous. The measure of a service business is how they handle complaints. I had some new tires installed and got some, what proved to be, bad information from a single employee. I wrote a letter to the Belle Tire CEO. A week, or so, later I got a call from the store manager very interested in listening to me and solving my problem. I was struck with his attitude and professionalism, as well as the very prompt response from Belle's corporate headquarters.
