So I blew a tire on my way to work after hitting a pot hole. I chose this location due to its proximity to my job. I arrived at about 7:40 am. There was one other gentleman in the parking lot. We were both waiting since they opened at 8am. As soon as I walked in, there was someone to help me. They immediately took my car back and began working on it. I was in and out in under 30 minutes! I couldn't believe it!!! I am so glad they offer 'tire insurance' . I only had to pay for the insurance on the new tire. I would much rather pay $18 than $100 any day! I am so glad they have the little charging spots at the counters. The one I typically go to does not. Another plus, is there receipt looks more like a typical grocery receipt. they have cut down on the width of the paper. GO GREEN!!!! Also, as a gal, I'm always just expecting to be disrespected or taken advantage of. I'm grateful to this place for just doing the job and hooking me up with respect and kindness! Had an issue with a nail in my tire and was told it couldn't be patched because of the location of the nail and not having much tread to work with. I have been getting tires from Discount Tire for so long I cannot remember changing from another tire company that used to be in the broad ripple area on Keystone that is now other businesses. Service is always great and fast depending on when I get there. I try to remember to book an appointment online but somehow I tend to forget about that option. Due to the pandemic, you usually stay in your car while your tire services are being done. Today I had to get the winter tires out since we had our first official snow. My car is nothing but a sled with all-season tires on so winter tires are a must. It took me about 3 winters of sliding and getting stuck in the driveway in a rear-wheel drive vehicle to finally break down and purchase winter tires. The staff provided me pricing that I could afford and there was even a rebate that is easy to complete that made the purchase not stressful. There are a few things I absolutely despise doing and buying anything for my vehicle is one of them due to pricing and the fact that there are no options to not get the stuff done that has to be done. By the time I pay a monthly car payment, car insurance, etc. it seems that having a car is a never-ending money-grubbing pac-man game of life. I managed to get a flat tire somehow and had put my spare tire on only to find a leak in that too. Stopped at this location and had great service. I decided to upgrade my tires and these guys took me through all my selections, showed me comparisons against expensive and cheaper options, quality etc etc. They even offered advice on going to bigger tires to achieve the look I wanted for my truck. So it all started with a low tire warning! On day 1, it took all day for the slow leak to produce a visible lower tire. Once I knew which one it was, I rushed over here..... only to hear they were too busy and I had to make an appointment. I was sad at first because I was worried something would happen while driving. Nonetheless, they filled the air in my tire and we made an appointment. I come back (a few minutes late) to my appointment 2 days later. They told me not to worry that they would get me taken care of. And they did! Levi (and staff) were easy to chat with and they were hauling hiney!!!!! As I sat and watched my tire being done, I could not help but notice how kind and helpful the entire staff was! It took about 40 minutes to get me in and out, but they did! The only issue I have is that when I finally got home for the night and looked at my receipts for the day I see that they added 4 "certificates" which I am assuming is for insurance on the tire or something and I would have thought they would ask if I was interested.
