After hours of negotiating, the dealership only moved slightly on price, and there was very little effort to make us feel valued as customers, especially when making a large all-cash purchase on a brand-new 2025 bike. The sales manager wouldn't meet us in the middle, and even a final attempt to close the deal over $50 bucks  was denied.   My stepson will probably still purchased the bike, but the and lack of customer-focused service definitely took away from what should have been an exciting experience. Yes they initially were competitive but not the cheapest and we drove almost an hour to see what they had to offer.  If you're in the market for a new vehicle, motorcycle or recreational vehicle before heading to this location I would recommend not expecting any negotiation to make a sale. I felt like a dollar sign and not a valued person. Wish I saved money by not wasting my time.

we took our motorcycle to get the wiring fixed for our taillights and turn signal, got tires put on…read moreit and oil changed. $800 later we drove it home to find out that the electrical was not repaired and we had no lights driving an hour home and riding all day. we called and asked what was going on and they told us that they tried texting us to get approval and they didn't get a response. I had talked to them 3 times prior to picking it up and they never mentioned needing any approval for the repairs. Don't waste your money, we could have been killed riding in Lafayette and on the interstate with no lights but they didn't offer to refund us or make it right. we paid almost $200 just to diagnose the light.
