the ppl was very nice but I got an oil change around 5 pm decided to go out while on the highway my dash bored say oil low stop engine truck starts smoking called fire department the say nothing was leaking the put the oil stick out it's dry af I'm livid I would not give one star but I had to read more

Oh what a difference a day makes... last time I was here I was told that a serpentine belt would be no problem, just come in and we'll take care of it they said. Well here I am and now it's: we don't do that here you need to go to another location, we don't have a host here and so it would be too much work... And so my question is: Can you not do it, or do you simply not want to do it? I really would like to know. Also apparently you're free vacuuming goes out the window when you ask them for a serpentine belt (see pictures). Usually I'm asked what kind of change I'd like, and other services are offered... not today... and I asked nicely... wow... guess I'm done with this location. read more

Chris helped me out and he was amazing! He was super nice and answered some questions I had. They were quick and great.

Just horrible. I went in and asked the gentleman if they could do an oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection. He replied 'sure, we can that.' They did let me know a filter was filthy and showed me and I had them replace it. Go to pay my bill, no tire rotation or brake inspection was done. Come to find out , the gentleman I spoke to was the "big boss". Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe it. Never , ever again will I visit jiffy lube on 10th st again. read more

I have been to multiple other Jiffy Lubes and this one unfortunately was not a good experience. When I got in my car after my oil change, the tire pressure light on my car was still on and the paper stated they were inflated to where they should be. The paper also stated my floors had been vacuumed, but the only mat that had been partially vacuumed was the drivers side. The only two things discussed with me were the type of oil, and I was asked if I wanted to change my air filter. Every other time I have gone to a Jiffy Lube, they have done a thorough run through of all of the information. The one positive from this experience was that "everything" was done in a timely manner, even though not all things were done. read more

Slow slow slow!!!!! Other Jiffy Lubes are much quicker. Sitting over 40 minutes for simple oil change and tire rotation.

Terrible service. The staff was very childish and I was over charged for an oil change.

Stopped here for a quick oil change before leaving out of town. They were quick and friendly. They even fixed a broken clamp on my air filter that I never would have noticed. Things like this make me feel better about long trips on the road. Thank you! read more

While waiting in the lobby for work to be done on my car, a service rep came in to discuss work to be done on an older lady's car. The service rep, Tina, explained to the older customer that it had only been 1,000 miles since the previous oil change and they recommended NOT doing the oil change at that visit. I was impressed with the honesty shown to the lady when it would have been so easy to take advantage of her. Well done Jiffy Lube and Tina. I suspect I'll be a long-term customer now. Paul read more

After waiting 3+ hours at Walmart in Avon for a simple oil change (and they said it was going to be an additinal hour and a half, I got fed up and went to Jiffy Lube. They got me right in and I was on my way. The workers were very friendly and efficient and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

I had a satisfactory experience at this Jiffy Lube, but nothing over the top. Service was fairly quick, I was out in about a half hour. The employees seemed like they were rushing around and didn't wanna talk to you, always talking too fast or cutting you off if you had a question. Lastly, the place was kinda dirty which wasn't too appealing. Bottom line, I got a quick oil change and that's really all I came for anyway. read more

For a business that specializes in one thing: changing oil, I am baffled as to how they provided such poor service at my visit. When I left, my car was not operating correctly: their crew did not change my oil, instead additional oil was added on top... which lead to big problems. When I informed them of the problem, the manager Brad was very attentive to the issue and is making strides with his team to ensure this does not happen in the future, but I don't think I will be coming back. I need a reliable vehicle, and the quality of their service didn't guarantee that. read more

I've visited this Jiffy Lube location for routine oil changes & tire rotations three times now, and I'll continue to return due to the fast, friendly, and thorough service. I typically go in the morning before work or on my lunch break and have no wait at all. Today I was in & out in less than 30 minutes. Yes, they will try to sell you additional services (headlight restoration, air filter replacement, winterization, etc.) but a simple "no thanks" suffices in getting them back on track. The waiting area is clean with working TV, current magazines, and drinks. Tip: pull up a coupon on your phone while you wait- they'll accept a screenshot or code. I dread getting an oil change like I dread going to the dentist, but this spot makes it a breeze! read more

I occasionally go to Jiffy Lube when I'm in a hurry and didn't plan to leave my car with my usual local mechanic. Jiffy is fast and the service is always great. You do pay for the convenience, so an oil change will cost you about $45 for a typical car. read more

One word don't. Longer version they broke my key and claimed it was already broken cost me extra $275.

I went only because I was given a gift card, $43 for an oil change which includes checking all light, 5 qrts of oil, new oil filter, clean any window you didn't have rolled down, and vacuuming whatever can be reached from the open driver's side door. Supposedly they are supposed to check air filters but didn't see them touch mine. Jiffy Lube used to be a great place for a quick and cheap oil change, still quick but they need to drop the whole signature service scam. read more

I went in for an oil change. They were fast and they also vacuumed, filled my tires, ect. which was nice. However, less than a week later something on the bottom of my car started dragging. They check things on the bottom of your car. Was it something they carelessly did? I don't know, but it seems like it. read more
