Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. This shop has a new customer for life with me. I implore everyone to take all of their car needs to this guy before he becomes too well known! His garage seems like an unoccupied barn and I dropped my car off early in the morning before he opened so I was low key nervous I even had the right place. Plus I had him work on my mercedes which made me nervous cuz most of our local mechanics wouldn't even touch it cuz it's too "complex." I was being quoted $200 for an oil change and that's if the mechanic was even willing to do it in the first place.
