Those are hard to remove and most carwash services out there do an extremely poor job at cleaning bugs or road tar without at least some minimal scrubbing. I'm pleased to report that the WhiteWater team almost always goes the extra mile and they will manually scrub the front bumper and windshield before your car goes in. Some days, like today, they scrubbed the front, back AND sides. I was impressed. What a service! It's my go-to carwash whenever I drive through Lockhart. Oh yeah, free vacuums and cleaning tools are nice too. They're there for all to use. WhiteWater really put other carwash companies to shame. So glad to have them around!

I went on a Friday afternoon and washed my vehicle as normal. The lot was full of people vacuuming their vehicles so we decided to come back in the morning since we have a "membership". Normally we dry our truck and vacuum but since it was the evening and packed, we decided to wait till the next morning. Well, next morning, I seen the damage/ deep scratches all over the front end of my truck. I immediately reported it and was told by the supervisor/manager (Troy) that since I waited till the next day they could not help me much. I still made a report. Did not get a call back until I called them 6 days later. (Troy) reminded me that he had already told me they would not help since I waited the next day and anything could of happened since. He told me they would not review the camera footage since they do not know the time frame it happened. He then said 3 people reviewed my claim and said they could not do anything. "WHAT DID THEY REVIEW IF THEY DID NOT LOOK AT THE FOOTAGE?" Moral of the story, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR VEHICLES BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PREMISES. You pay up front first and can get a plan of a year follow up touch up for ceramic or multiple years. So why the 1 star? After your initial service is done and when you want to do your follow up touch up, Joshua goes MIA. He does not return calls, or if he does, the follow through to get the appointment never happens. It's truly unfortunate because he does great work but he does not live up to the his end of the bargain. At this point its a bait in switch to get your money up front and then he disappears. There are other reliable reputable services out there to use.
