Sean addressed concerns I had with some scuffs/chips on my new car. Was originally going to do just a paint correction, but ended adding on a full ceramic coat + standard ppf on the front. Was able to get a steep discount on the ceramic as I got the ppf, which was really nice. Figured if I'm gonna repair the paint, might as well add protection! Sean gave me a realistic timeframe and delivered right on time - no delays. The stang is looking fantastic again. Can't thank yall enough! Wife spills metric tons of baby formula. 4.) Texas sun makes my 4Runner smell like rotten milk, even after our best efforts. It was so bad, I thought it unsalvageable. But Sean and his team stepped in and detailed every nook and cranny. And while I won't claim that they're the lowest price in town, they certainly don't gouge but are also more thorough than other auto detail shops I've visited (and even left high marks for). If you happen to value customer service and an incredible work ethic, talk to Sean and I promise you'll be impressed. They don't _just_ detail. I've had Taurus apply PPF, and I'll likely soon have Sean & Co. put on some of that tint where your car interior stays comfortable in the Texas summer heat.

I had two cars done. The first was a 2014 Acura MDX we're getting ready to upgrade, so I had it…read moredetailed to get it ready to sell. Adam came out and did such a great job I made an appointment for my 2012 Challenger. The Acura is the family car so it gets a lot more use and I was impressed how much it looked like new afterward, particularly the interior. My Challenger is black and I wanted to have the swirl marks in the clear coat buffed out. Even though I take it through Wash N Roll at least four times every week and thoroughly clean the interior two or three times per month I wanted a full detail to give it that almost like new appearance the Acura had. Completely different experience. First, I had made a morning appointment and I got a request from Adam a couple days beforehand to ask me to change it to the afternoon to accommodate another client, which I did even though it wasn't as good for me. When he arrived he indicated he wasn't that sure he was going to be able to wax the swirl marks out like other detail places can. He said he'd give it his best shot but wouldn't charge me for the wax if he couldn't. I didn't reveal it but I wasn't thrilled to hear this worrying this might be a waste of my time. He then gave me a time frame of how long it should take him to get the exterior detailed. I reminded him I wanted the full detail and he seemed surprised, but said he'd do it. About two hours later he knocked on the door to say he was done. He didn't do the interior detail. I printed this out, and that it was getting close to when I had to leave to catch my daughter's volleyball game. Twenty-five minutes later he knocked again. I inspected the car, and while it looked clean, that was it. Not only did the interior not looked "detailed" (just vacuumed and wiped down, exactly how it does after I spend about 10-15 minutes on the interior at Wash n Roll) I noticed my rims were still dirty. When I pointed it out to him, he replied (thinly veiling his annoyance) "Well I thought your main concern was the waxing". I had told him no less than three times I wanted the exact same service he'd done on the other car PLUS waxing. He went back to work for a bit but I had to cut it short or I was going to miss my kid's game. Adam did give me a discount, but my car looked no better in any way than it does after I spend a half hour at the car wash. Money totally wasted. Furthermore, there is white wax residue all over my car. It's going to take me at least an hour to get it all off. I would not recommend Southern Touch.

I think their prices are very reasonable considering they had 2 guys working tirelessly on my car for several hours. I could put it in a showroom after they finished. And this is coming from a disastrous spill over the holidays when I was feeling very Ho Ho Ho and bringing Egg Nog lattes to an office when one ENTIRE large spilled all over my passenger seat and carpet. What is one to do ? I ignored it thinking my kid's Cheerios and other matter would hide it until I could get it professionally cleaned. Great job guys! You are my new fav mobile detailing!
