There is no one to call and talk too if you want your money back? Or had a problem, it's no where marked on the property visibly. I had once I paid for a twenty dollar car wash, and not one drop of soap was used it was all water, tried messaging them, and calling to no avail, I got a response saying wrong number call this one, that one did not work it was a cheap google phone number. The next time wanted to try again, and lost another twenty, the whole wash lasted about 2mins it told me to exit, leaving soap all over the car while it blowed air only for soap, and did not clean the car dirt left all over rear. This car wash is a RIPOFF DO NOT USE! No way to get my 60 dollars of wasted money you're better off going to that new car wash by Wendy's at least they answer the phone.

They say because I'm the only one with a complaint and that the swirl marks don't match the rotation of the brushes inside. Fck this place. This a really nice ram 2500 that I spent good money on. If you value your paint job, find another method. This isn't it.

You pay up front first and can get a plan of a year follow up touch up for ceramic or multiple years. So why the 1 star? After your initial service is done and when you want to do your follow up touch up, Joshua goes MIA. He does not return calls, or if he does, the follow through to get the appointment never happens. It's truly unfortunate because he does great work but he does not live up to the his end of the bargain. At this point its a bait in switch to get your money up front and then he disappears. There are other reliable reputable services out there to use.

I documented it with photos and video and filed a claim the same day. The claim was denied. The representative said the cameras were misted so he could not review the entry video and based the decision only on the still photos. He stated the area looked like a prior paint-over job and filler. I disagree--the damage was not there before the wash. A body shop estimate to repair the right rear door shell (including clearcoat) is $792.04. I filed a BBB complaint and have not received a response yet. I'm sharing this so other members know the experience.

Sean gave me a realistic timeframe and delivered right on time - no delays. The stang is looking fantastic again. Can't thank yall enough!
