Horrible car wash I just got $8000 wheels and it scratched them all up. They said they were not liable for any aftermarket products. The pulley for the wheels scratched my wheels all on my left side. they still didn't want to pay for it. Horrible car wash scratches your car do not recommend.!!!! read more

I tried going twice just to give them a fair shot. Both times, my truck came away almost as dirty as it went in. I suppose if you want to have the wear and tear of going daily (like they try to push on you with their membership) it might be ok? I went back today and when the guy was (relentlessly) pushing extras and higher priced services/memberships, I told him no because I was just there to give them a second chance. He basically responded with, "Yeah, just so you know, our car wash isn't really meant to like, get the dirt off, it is a chemical wash." Which... what? I went through, came home and saw the exact same disappointment I saw the first time. It is hard to see some of it in the pictures because of glare, but it makes the vehicle very streaky. It didn't get bird poop off that had only been there about a day. Also, I don't blame the guy trying to sell extra stuff, I am sure that is exactly what and how his bosses want it, but man is it pushy. Rapid Express is now Pressure Club Car Wash. Yup, they got bought out and it's not worth going to anymore. If you are going for a simple wash you may be screwed if they are pressuring the guy in front of you to Join The Club. If you are being this person your going to be stuck for at least 15 minutes while they do all the paperwork. Traffic gets totally backed up. How Stupid is this ? At least Rapid Express did the memberships at the vacuum cleaner spots. Not in line. Whats the matter guys? Scared you won't rope someone into a membership fast enough ?? Secondly, the right lane is for the quick pass so you don't have to wait. That is until that line is broken down. Then your screwed again. This place is to be totally avoided. On the other side of 35 is a much better underrated car wash. Avoid this place and their new price hikes you probably didn't notice on your "membership". read more

Ever since I purchased my vehicle I have brought it to this car wash. I noticed my vehicle had scratches throughout the hood, roof, and trunk of my car. I spoke with a manager named Andrew regarding the issue since I've only brought my car here. He was very nice and polite and told me to bring my car in to get looked at. Today I bring my car in and Gary the regional manager was extremely rude and did not even listen to what I had to say. He claims these scratches on my vehicle are from sun damage and not his car wash. (I had no idea the sun can cause scratches on my vehicle) It's ridiculous how one manager says we can file a claim and investigate and the other doesn't even listen to their paying customers. Don't recommend this place whatsoever I will stick to laser car washes from now on. I have to now eat the cost of $1,000 to repair the scratches on my car! read more

Either these guys suck or they need training... at the entrance They have sprayers there but they didn't use them... Then with the chamois sticks they only washed the hood and windshield... Didn't go over my panoramic roof or back/Side windows... Also didn't touch the wheels or along the side of the car (where it was the dirtiest)... Got my car washed on the 15th, When I drove up to pay for my single wash I stated I wanted the basic $7 wash, I was told it does not come with soap, if I wanted soap, it would be $12.00. I told the two girls working the booth that day that I wanted the basic $7 that would be fine. They charged me the $12.00 anyway and I only realized it after I checked my bank for the charges. The phone number listed on this page is out of service also. While the car wash was nice. I won't go without cash again. Buyer BEWARE folks; I went into the , Rapid Express Carwash of Kyle with a fully functional panoramic sunroof as well as functioning power mirrors; I left the wash with sunroof that had been pushed out of the frame and both side mirrors ripped from the motors that control them! $4k later, I just spoke to the General Manager who explained to me that it was just a coincidence that this happened in his car wash, and that my beef should be with Ford regarding defects to my brand new truck! This place hired a new guy that yells and screams at you while your trying to pull into the car wash stall. I feel I have to stop my monthly car wash plan. He makes a simple car wash experience horrible! He is so annoying!! I felt compelled to create a Rapid Express to Yelp to help prepare anyone that wants to be harassed while getting a simple service. They use toilet bowl cleaner and dawn to pre-wash cars. These things will strip your paint and clear coat.

I use one of their monthly wash plans and haven't had any complaints. Staff is always friendly and courteous.

I purchased the super membership and it's wonderful. It completely washes off my dirty car. And when my car is so dirty they let me rewash it without a hassle. I highly recommend getting a membership. Their staff is highly friendly; they also take care of many customers needs!! The overall experience is phenomenal! read more

The best carwash i've gone to hands down!! I drive a jeep wrangler and the workers scrub off debris before getting the actual wash. This places leaves my vehicle so shiny and dry, love it!! read more

We've been a rapid express member since December of 2019. We have had nothing but great customer service. Most recently i went though the car wash and when coming out i noticed my side mirror was not attached anymore. I went to talk to one of the gentlemen working and he was so professional! It turned out the screw on the mirror were loose and the car wash just agitated it, but the guy took the time to make sure he heard me and addressed the problem. He showed me how to fix it and taped my mirror in place so it wouldn't get worst on my drive home. My husband easily screwed the mirror back into place thanks to the guy pointing out how to access the screws. Accidents happen but good customer service will get you far! If I could give zero stars I would. Went there and while inside the wash it broke, but no big deal those things happen. I along with others were told to drive between the vacuums and they would let us in, but not to get back in line so did exactly what we were told. Was approached by a tall, thin young kid who questioned us as why were were there so told him what we were told to do. This kid became so disrespectful and confrontational on the way he was speaking to me decided not to confront just cancel prepay authorization and move on as I'm too old for drama. Once inside a nice young lady was assisting with my request, but this young man decided to confront me again inside the office. Then told his manager I was " yelling at him". I'm glad you stand up for your employees, but your little guy is a hot head and extremely disrespectful to customers. This place may provide a nice wash and he shouldn't be a reflection upon the whole staff, but this young man certainly needs training on how to speak to customers. read more
