YES! FINALLY -- A GREAT AUTOMATIC CARWASH LOCATION IN BUDA! I was so excited when I realized the carwash finally opened! My first trip through was last night and I am now a life-long fan! They have many car wash options. The packages ranged from $6.00 -- $15.00. The thing that really got me hooked to this car wash is the app! YES! They have an app! As a junkie who loooooves keeping her car clean and spotless, this made me so excited. There are a few things you can do with the app: 1) There is a rewards program they offer to earn points for a free Platinum Wash! All you have to do is pay through the phone for the points to stack by adding your credit card. You can either buy the washes from the phone directly (they will store in your "wallet"). Or, you can just "AirPAY" by scanning your phone at the kiosk. This will be used at checkout vs trying to stick your card in the card reader. It's so much easier -- we all know the darn struggle of trying to stick your card in the reader from the window. This takes out the neck and arm strain, haha. 2) You can send car washes as gifts through the app! AH! This made me stoked. Along with myself, my family loves giving their cars some cleaning love. This is great for anyone who loves car washes. Please, feel free to send me a car wash as a gift anytime -- haha! 3) You can join a wash club! Yes! There is a club! The club wash plans range from $18.00/month -- $36.00/month. The plans vary in service. But... and here is the best part: You can get your car washed each and every day if you are in the club!!! YES! All you have to do is click the "Wash Club" button and then scan your phone! Bada-bing bada-BOOM. BEAUTIFUL! I am certainly going to join this club ASAP! Not only is the app portion of this cool -- the car wash is great as well. I had a big meeting this morning and I showed up styling! I was very impressed with how the wash turned out. I couldn't complain on how it looks for not being hand washed. Looks amazing! The support team is also amazing! I needed help with something last night so I sent a quick email while I sat in the wash (haha). I got a speedy reply the next morning!! When I replied to that email in the morning, they replied back within minutes. I was HIGHLY impressed and appreciated the service I received. Thought I'd give it a try since it barely opened up, but it is just plain awful and really a car wash sham! Don't make the same mistake that I did. First off, it's one of the most expensive car washes I've ever encountered! I paid $18 for a crappy car wash that left my car still dirty and actually added tons of scratches to my car. I paid for their highest package which was supposed to be an all deluxe package. The car wash actually scratched up most of my car! Passing through town filled up with gas at Walmart and they offered a car wash thinking it was Walmart car wash. I has to drive 3/8 of a mile to use my voucher only to find out the car was was broken and not operational. I was only passing through town how do I get a refund? read more

Swiped credit card, entered, soap but no brush, exited looking worse than when I arrived. Went back around, swiped card again, same result. Went home and hand washed the soapy mud from the car. Called the phone number several times and no one ever answers. Went to their website and it's not complete or maintained. This car wash ripped off my rear spoiler on one end as I was driving through the blow dryer. The instructions say to not stop and the dryer will move up as you go. The dryer clearly did not and ripped it off. The car wash did clean my car but now I will have to repair my car. read more

Took my car there the other day and initially was pretty happy UNTIL I walked along the back of my car - the wash left a foot long area of dirt from the bottom to the top of my car! When I got home and drove up next to my wife's truck I KNEW she had been there too because she also had the streak of dirt on her tailgate! HORRIBLE! read more

This was the worst car wash I have been to in a long time. We pay 15 for the highest level car was they had, when you start to pull in there was no undercarriage wash and once the soap started coming out you could not see the light that told you whether or not to keep pulling for ward or stop once we did stop there was only one stop and then the light came on saying to exit and as we pulled forward there was no rinse only the blower which appears that it is suppose to raise and go over your car automatically as you pull threw although as it got to the back of my car there was a verry loud scrapping sound. Once we pulled out we stopped to check my car and there were no scratches but my car was still cometley covered in soap. Worst car wash...definitely not worth the money...HIGH RIP OFF read more

Decided to give this place a whirl for the first time. Took the wifes car through thinking it was going to be fantastic and was already thinking about buying the monthly pass. Well, after going through it was pretty much like having someone hose your car down with a garden hose and then someone stand there with a hairdryer to dry it. My 9 year old could do better with a roll of bounty and tap water. Would probably be cheaper too. Anyways. Here are some pics approx 10 mins after the wash. I've been to the Brite and Shiny wash a couple of times since it opened. It's nice having a good car wash in Buda, and it does a good job with my cars. Recently, I had a situation where the person in the car wash backed up and triggered the wash a second time instead of pulling through, and they stayed inside to enjoy the wash I had paid for. I contacted Brite and Shiny via the mobile app and they responded within a few minutes to let me know they received my message and would investigate. The next morning, I had a follow-up with an offer for a refund or a re-washcode that's valid for 90 days. I really appreciated the quick turnaround and commitment to customer satisfaction. I'll continue to wash my cars here thanks to this positive experience. Keep up the great work! read more

WORST CAR WASH EVER. If I could give a negative star rating I would. This is a new place and thought I would give it a try. ALL IT DID WAS LEAVE STREAKS THROUGH THE DIRT. I should have known it was awful, it didn't even get the dirt off the windshield. Lasted about 2 minutes and even though I only paid for the $6 car wash, it wasn't worth it. I could have done a better job at home by just spraying water out of the hose. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE..................EVER unless they improve it. So, this car has been open and taking money far before the attached gas station had opened. I decided to give it a try and immediately got an error at the payment machine. It gives you the option to buy future car wash tickets for $20. I chose this option and received an error that stated "See car wash attendant." Guess what? No car wash attendant. I went to the owner's website to try and get my refund, but never heard back. Imagine that? I won't ever use this car wash again, and I definitely will not recommend it to anyone that I speak with regarding it. The brushes gouged my car by the front passenger headlight as seen in my attached photo. I wish I had read these reviews because this is pretty common from what I see written here. Great family business with fast and helpful service! I first used the wash the week of Christmas and was not happy. I emailed customer service and was immediately answered by Ginger, one of the owners. They are very knowledgeable and helped me to understand proper exterior car care! They highly recommend waxing your vehicle at least every six months, depending on the environment of your vehicle. I own a dirt yard so you can imagine how caked on the grime can be so I needed more than one wash to begin my car care practices. She explained that they had a few mechanical bugs that have been resolved and the wash is now calibrated to properly wash my tahoe. As a courtesy, Ginger gave me a free second wash to try them again and I am satisfied!! They have earned my business and I bought a monthly wash club today so they'll be seeing me a lot!! read more

On 8/24/2021, I paid $18 for a Platinum Wash and Tire dressing; instead, I received the Cooper Wash with dusty tires and dirty streaked windows. Car wash was as expected but I ended up getting stuck at the end because the dryer wouldn't come up and blocked me. I had to back all the way out making everyone else who was in line back up too, and my car got wet again because some of the jets were spraying. Would be nice to have a phone number on the building somewhere to call if there's a problem like this. read more

best car wash in town, period. don't believe the reviews as most of the people didn't use the wash correctly. Its very simple, when light flashes enter, slowly enter with wipers on so you can see, then when it honks and says stop, put in park, turn OFF wipers! let it wash you then slowly exit through rinse arches and dryer. (note: dryer will raise as you drive under it, so don't stop just keep going forward). Also, I have seen reviews where they got the cheapest wash they could get and expect it to do what the top washes do, come on people use some common sense, if your car is really dirty it might require some extra attention. there is even a sign that states this on the premises. However, if I believed all the reviews on every business out there, I would never leave my house. glad I didn't on this business, it was great!! I also know that if you aren't satisfied, you can contact them via email and they will take very good care of you. read more

DO NOT USE My wife and I both used this car wash after it opened and both of us had the same experience with the $12 and $15 service. It leaves your car COVERED in soap. The rinse cycle is waaay to short with little water. When I left the machine I noticed the guy that used the car wash before me had pulled over in the parking lot. He was frantically trying to wipe the excess soap off his vehicle as well. I had to drive back to the house and rinse off all the excess soap! I went to the company website to inform them of the issue and the web site is apparently not finished as the contact info is all generic. Hopefully,they will get this thing dialed in right but until then ZERO stars! read more

This place is too expensive for what it does. The most expensive wash $15 and it didn't do anything to my car. My car wasn't even that dirty so I thought it would leave it spotless but nope. It was as if it was just rinsed with water. For 15 dollars I would rather take it to water works spa in Kyle. They do a wonderful job free vacuums (which this place doesn't have. Not even a vacuuming station) and if your car doesn't stay clean, keep the receipt and you can go again for a free wash within a week. Don't waste your money here. It sucks. read more

I've been taking my wife's Audi A6 to the buda car wash since it opened, she used to make me hand wash it because she didn't trust the automatic car washes. I love it because it does such a good job and it's a black car, it's never scratched or damaged it, I learned that if it sat under a tree with birds to pre wash the top at home before going thru the wash as the droppings get baked in under the sun and are hard to get off. I've told all my friends about it and they love it also, I've noticed they have techs there daily checking on it, I called one day when it was out of service and they had a tech there in 15 min to fix the problem and got my wash, this was on a Sunday, from what I understand the techs are on call 7 days a week! That's a company that cares about there customers. I'm a wash club member for life! I noticed some of the pics on yelp showed scratches on cars but the foam brushes only rotate forward or reverse, they cannot make circular scratches, it's never scratched the Audi after 100s of washes, also foam can't dent your car. Luckily the Audi has a gas door lock but if your gas door is open it will probably remove it, also if you have any body parts hanging of car it's probably not a good idea to go to any automated car wash. read more

I did the $15 wash and was pretty disappointed for the price. It did an OK job but missed some spots. It wasn't as thorough as some other automated washes when you go for their highest priced wash. Before purchasing the single wash, I thought about getting the unlimited month since it is $36 / month for the $15 wash level. But you have to download their app and purchase the monthly package through the app. I started to do this but before I could complete the purchase someone pull in behind me. Instead of delaying them anymore. I paid at for a single wash at the machine and went on through. Not sure now whether it is worth $36/month. Definitely not worth $15 / wash. read more

I have been through the machine several times before as I have purchased their 5 pack of washes twice now. I assume this was about my 8th time through. I went in with no damage what so ever to my car and got washed. When we arrived at our next destination I got out of my car to find it had pulled the door where I put my gas right off the car. I contacted the owner who claimed he has never seen such a thing before and took absolutely no responsibility. He asked for a bunch of time and receipt information which I provided and then proceeded to just not follow up at all. I assume he saw exactly what I said which is my car go in with no damage and come out damaged so it was easier to ignore me than to take responsibility or live up to the guarantee that my car wouldn't be damaged. Again this was the fuel door, it was not damaged, it was not aftermarket, it was not barely hanging on it was literally ripped off my car while in the wash. I would say I understand these things happen, but the response from the owner is what earns my 1 star review. read more

Tried out Brite And Shiny car wash in Buda, and to my surprise it did a decent job. I purchased the $15 wash. Everything worked as it should except the dryer timer, which the display was blank. I hadn't washed the vehicle in several months and it came out pretty clean for a drive thru. Only complaints that I have are that it missed a small strip in the middle of the rear from where the spinning brushes didnt overlap very well, and the dryer was really scary as it was inches from my vehicle. My ride height is well below the limit of 84". The strip that the wash missed was minimal and only on the upper portion of my rear windshield. Otherwise, not bad, and even my rims were clean. When I got home I sprayed some Armor All on the tires and my Durango looks great. Will likely purchase the unlimited month for $36 which covers the most expensive wash. read more
