Jets is my favorite local pizza joint. As far as delivery, the food is always delivered on time and hot. I've never had an issue with a rude driver. The food is also very good. I love the deep dish pizza and the fact that you can add extra sauce if you want. The boneless chicken is really good, especially the BBQ. I also really like the cinnamon sticks. The delivery app is well put together and easy to use. read more

This is my new favorite pizza!!! My husband turned me on to this as he is from Michigan and that's is where Jets pizza originated. Had it 3 times now and it has always been hot, fresh and delicious. It's a thick crust square pizza. read more

Was very impressed by the quality and taste of the pizza and breadsticks. I ordered the 8 squares with pepperoni and sausage with parmigiana crust. Great choice. Pick up was easy or you could have delivery. I have been wanting to order from here for a long time. Jets didn't disappoint. I will be ordering again. read more

I'm rather new to Detroit style pizza, and Pittsburgh in general. I found these guys cuz they are close to home and can be picked up easily. I have ordered from them several times now. Not once have have disappointed. The food is always ready when I arrive. I just roll up, they drop it in your car and your on the way. A few times they even came out with my order while I was trying to call them. The option to order all those delicious chewy and crunchy corners? YUM! They also have a text order system which works great. Keep up the good work Jet! read more

prices seem good. you know why? the food is miniature. don't go there hungry. tiny hoagies. tiny pizzas. tiny wings. not bad taste. order double though. read more

It was amazing just what I was looking for to eat! Crust was delicious w/ great flavor.

Dough with powdered salt and powdered garlic. Terrible food, terrible ingredients, terrible service. Worst on planet, next to Albert's Gas Station in Biluxy read more

Pizza is really good. I recommend the turbo crust. I will order again when I stop feeling like a fatty.

When I first received a flyer about 2 years ago, I thought that this was just another pizza shop. One day I decided to try it and wish I would have tried it sooner. I'm absolutely obsessed with Jet's Pizza and order 1-2 a week (sometimes more when I have company). I typically order the 8 Corner Pizza with butter crust, extra cheese, extra sauce and pepperoni. Also, I order the garlic butter dipping sauces. The ingredients in their food is top quality. Everything is fresh and delicious. My loved one has trouble with red sauce and acid reflux. Usually he needs to take a Zantac after he eats pizza. However, when we order Jet's Pizza it's the only time he does not take a Zantac because he does not have any issues with acid reflux after eating their food. That's how we know Jet's is the real deal!! The drivers are very friendly and very appreciative of the tips they receive. I've gotten to know some drivers on a first name basis. I've never had a bad experience and look forward to Jet's Pizza night at my home. I highly recommend Jet's Pizza to family and friends all the time. Jet's Pizza, you have made me very happy!! read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. I have always ordered from this store and have had positive experiences until today. I ordered a pizza and it was not made correctly. As I tried to explain my order, the young, blonde haired manager cut me off. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience, which was a huge mistake. I was told no because it was a standard pizza, which I told him was not what I ordered. He wouldn't let me speak a full sentence. I asked to speak with the store manager and was told no because he doesn't give out personal numbers (although I did not ask for his personal number). I was told to call tomorrow at 11 and to leave the store. I asked for his name so that I could refer to him when speaking to the manager and was told that he doesn't give out his personal information. In trying to advocate for myself, I did not yell but was told not to make a scene as I tried to speak while continually being spoken over and told to leave. He threw my voided check on the counter. I felt helpless in a pizza store that I've ordered from for years. My husband tried to communicate with them and the male worker called the police on him and the female worker said out loud that I was acting like a b$tch. The manager lied to the police and said that my husband threatened to beat him up. My husband wouldn't risk our livelihood over anything like that. He just asked him to speak away from the customers/counter to discuss and resolve the issue, so that the other customers could order. I just came to order food as a reward for our son earning a perfect score on his spelling test. I didn't expect this from Jets. Please do not support this business. read more

Pizza is so subjective, but I really dig Jet's 8 corner deep dish square pizza. The sauce has a great taste and the crust is really good with a lot of crunch. Maybe not the best pizza in the world, but it's very filling and always good. I go there more than any of my other (and closer to me) pizza go to spots. read more

Absolutely AMAZING pizza!!! First time trying Detroit style pizza and can't wait to have it again. Everything about it was perfect, I couldn't give a suggestion to improve if I had to. Delicious sauce, cheese, pepperoni and crispy pan crust (and the crispy browned cheese along the edges were a bonus!) Wish I found this sooner and will be a longtime fan for sure!! read more

Jet's Pizza - 4 Corner Pizza with pepperoni - Pizza Near Me - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

As far as what I've had in PIttsburgh to date, this is the most satisfying deep dish style pizza! Be sure to turbo crust everything. Sauce is phenomenal. I have no notes. Superb. read more

They were not able to check to tell me if the cheese on a salad was pasteurized or not.

My boyfriend and I were craving Jett's pizza and ordered through Ubereats but didn't realize that it was closing at 9 we called Jetts and talked to the store manager Krista she was awesome not only did she call us to make sure our order was ok but she waited til after the store closed to make sure our driver got our order which she didn't have to do. She's the best and I am beyond impressed it's nice to know that I will be gettin great food but not only by better service if you order pizza from here Ask for Krista! I decided to try jet's tonight for the Detroit style pizza... Called about 8:20 in the evening... I was on hold for eight minutes... Hung up and called back... Only for them to tell me that they were not taking any orders. I guess I won't have the Detroit style pizza from Jets. There are a lot of other pizza places ar read more

Well, they deliver, and they do a mighty fine job at it. A cordial, fresh-faced courier was at our doorstep with a bunch of food in his arms on a snowy afternoon, and when the crew goofed and the manager came out personally to present us with the cinnamon sticks we ordered instead of the cheesy bread sticks they sent (and they aren't worth a dissertation), I was impressed. The food, however, wasn't so swift. I can't say I was disappointed, since I knew that what this 37 year-old chain peddles couldn't be too delectable. When I saw the Jet's franchise being built in Banksville Plaza and that Super Mario Brothers reject of a flying mascot they have, I kinda figured we were in for some crummy food. It was edible and not much else. The Italian hoagie I had came in its own nifty rectangular, foil-lined box, and in lieu of a bun, the innards of the hero were contained by two slices of a crostini/bruschetta-like garlic bread. However, aside from the innovative presentation and construction, not to mention the somewhat generous deli meats, the flavors were absent. Also bought was a deep dish pizza that recalled a halfway point between Pizza Hut and Dominos. The crust was thick, crispy, and buttery, and that's about all it had going for it. The cheese and the sauce were there but only as a matter of fact. In terms of taste, I might as well have been eating an English muffin. I've had mall churros that were better than Jet's cinnamon sticks. We could have run up to the market, purchased a box of something similar, and nuked them at home. They tasted like some giant frozen food conglomerate's experiment involving the elementary school demographic and breakfast. Keep the food, and gimme me that sweet jet pack, jack. read more

We order they're delivery at work frequently. If your going to get jets you have to get their deep dish pizza. The crust is crispy and thick. It's unlike most pizza around here. It's also very filling due to the thick crust. We've had good service every time along with timely deliveries. read more

This is a little takeout pizza joint in the same shopping center as Kuhn's. We all got their 2 slice and a drink special for $5. Good deal and it was tasty. The crust was buttery and crunchy but soft and fluffy at the center. I like sweet sauce and this place did it well. Is it the best? No...but it's worth the stop and some revisits. They also deliver which is another plus. Here's where it gets good though... The service was AMAZING! Once the gentleman at the counter found out it was our first visit there, he took his time to explain their menu. Very engaging and I could tell he was really proud of their food. He even said if we wanted our pizza cooked lighter to let him know and he'd redo the order with a less crunchy crust. It was perfect though and everyone ordering with me enjoyed it. Please support this place. There's not a ton of places that offer excellent customer service these days. When great service is combined with a great product, it's a win in my book. read more

Decent pizza but we loved the jetzee subs! We ordered tonight to find out the changed the bread to a regular hoagie roll! I could order a regular hoagie anywhere this is disappointing! We won't be back read more

I really like this place. I recommend the deep dish square pizza. The crust is thick and chewy. (No, it is not Chicago-style.). Their sauce is great, not overly sweet, and works well with the cheese and toppings. They do a nice job with the cheese amount (which is quite a bit), and the whole mix just works. Their round pizza is less distinctive but is still very good. The crust is not floppy, but almost still without being crispy. Again, I love their sauce. The rest is pretty standard but well balanced in the portions. I also like this Jets because they have helped our high school band several times. They are supportive of our very large orders and when they deliver all the pizzas, they make sure we have everything we need before they leave. Thank you, Jets. read more

This place used to be great But lately there are literally just children running it and children do childlike things. If you're ordering a pizza for delivery it's at least 70 minutes but most likely it's gonna be around 90 because there's only one delivery driver. If they are busy and you do a text order for delivery they will change it to a pick up and then make you think you're crazy and that you actually ordered pick up. I wonder where the owner is. This last time was the last time. Ordered delivery. Planned accordingly knowing it takes minimum 70 minutes and called and asked at the 90 minute mark where the pizza was. We were told it was on its way when it hadn't arrived half hour later we called and were told it was actually put in as a pickup which was false. I canceled the order Two hours after ordering it and not receiving my order. Hopefully my money gets refunded or the owner is going to be hearing from me. read more

I gave this place a second chance...but I kinda regret it. I ordered their "NY Style" pizza, but for anyone who has ever had an actual slice in NYC, this isn't even close. When I opened the top of the pizza box it was literally nothing but a pool of grease. The delivery guy was nice and it arrived hot and early so no issues there but, man, the quality is just not up to snuff. I also ordered light sauce and that didn't happen either. Looks like this "jet" didn't even clear the runway. read more

No longer a customer if Jackie remains an employee. I would've continued to be a loyal customer and gave 5 stars... until today. I frequently ordered from Jet's Pizza in Dormont and used the Slice App for convenience. I placed my order through Slice. It said my food would be delivered between 8:45pm and 8:55pm. It was going on 9:05pm so figured I'd call to get an ETA. Jackie, who claims to be the manager, stated that she had contacted Slice previously to inform them to stop all orders and that mine had accidentally slipped through. I simply said, I understood but that isn't my fault if the app didn't follow through, and asked since I paid for my order already and asked how she planned on handling this. I then asked her how the customer is supposed to know this, if no facility on either end is contacting the customer to let them know?! She became almost belligerent at this point. She kept speaking over me, and I then told her that is no way to treat customers. She began screaming and throwing F bombs at me and then disconnected the call. I then contacted Slice and spoke to a representative who informed me that she in fact, contacted them to cancel all orders DIRECTLY after MY ORDER was placed. Therefore, I SHOULD HAVE recieved my order from them. I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessionalism and rude treatment from a business in my entire life. I will NEVER order from Jet's again if this is the type of people they hire as employees, let alone promote to management. Emails are already being sent to corporate to file a complaint and I have 3 other adults who witnessed her appalling behavior. read more

Don't know how it took so long to try Jet's. Their deep dish and speciality pizzas are very good.

I ordered the build your own pizza made up of mostly vegetable toppings. I loved it . Will try it again when I come around.

It was hard to give this place a 1 star review. They don't deserve any stars, in my honest opinion. I texted my pizza order through their website and received a text back saying it would be ready in 20 minutes. I left my apartment in Dormont and drove down to Jet's. I parked outside and there was a sign on the door saying the lobby was closed. The sign listed a number to call and they would bring the pizza out to you. I called the number and I got a busy signal. I proceeded to call again and again. Over the course of 40 minutes, I called 28 times. Busy signal every time. Multiple people were outside in their cars waiting and could not get thru. I decided to walk up to the building and no one came out to ask my name. Finally someone came out with a pizza and walked past me. They walked back in the building without even acknowledging me. Another worker came out and I had to tell him my name for the pizza. Some people were getting their pizza but most of us weren't. 20 minutes pass and my pizza wasn't done. A worker comes out and says that my pizza hasn't even been made (now an hour after I ordered). The entire experience was a mess and would not recommend this place. They did not say one word to me or apologize for the wait. I do not recommend. Go to Giovanni's, much better service. read more

Jet's is nothing less than fabulous! Pittsburgh's South Hills has the very best pizza shops in the entire Pittsburgh metro area, in my opinion; and, I'm from the North Hills! You won't find a better pizza anywhere in Pittsburgh than Jet's and that's saying a lot considering their competition in the South Hills. Try the 8 corner offering; every slice has crust! Just do it! Their new text your order and bring the pizza to your car method worked great for me!
