What a great and highly underrated spot! The employees there are very friendly, contrary to some of the reviews on Google and Yelp. Today, I got the cheese calzone, fried dough, and cannolis. They were all delicious. Their calzones are only around $10 for a plain cheese. And, the portion is quite big too. It's not too doughy and their dough is flavorful and delicious. It looks like they top their calzones with a good bit of butter. It may look a bit soggy on the bottom, but the flavor is still excellent. Their sauce is lightly sweet and goes perfectly with the cheese. It's packed well and is the perfect amount of cheese for a calzone. Would have liked a bit more ricotta specifically and maybe a side dipping sauce, but still amazing! The desserts are pretty good too. Some of them are (as expected) not made in house, but others like the cinnamon rolls and fried dough are. When I ordered, I initially switched one of my desserts for the other. But, they just gave me the other dessert for free! Very considerate. The cannolis, although partially premade, were still quite tasty. Good amount of filling, great texture, adequate amount of chocolate chips inside, crispy outside, and nice chocolate cover. Their fried dough is also tasty and similar to a funnel cake. Would have maybe liked a sweet sauce (like caramel or chocolate) with the fried dough, but I had some leftover caramel to use so no issues there. All in all, a very good stop for pizza in Monroeville. It seems extremely underrated, and I was the only person to be in the store at the time (and my order was the only one for pick up at that time, which was Labor Day weekend). The food is amazing I absolutely cannot stop buying the hot wing dings and they even offer all flats for a small fee but 100% worth it if you're anything like me ... the ranch is really good taste like it's homemade and the management and other staff are very respectful nice and friendly. 10/10 would recommend and the place always seems clean which is always a plus when dealing with food! read more

I ordered a pizza for my 4 year old sons birthday who recently came out as transgender (female to male). I was chatting up the owner, trynna get some sweet deals & discounts ch'feel. Well he wouldn't offer any money off but he did throw in their signature blue milk pizza. The blue milk pizza comes standard for all transgender children below the age of 5, it tastes like a mix of kerosene and acetaminophen. Needless to say all the kids loved the blue milk pizza, except for my sons friend Dougan (who threw up blood as he's lactose intolerant. Dougan is always ruining things, so I can't say this upset me as it's what the little demon deserved. They charged me almost $9 for cheese fries. $4 for fries, $4 for cheese. You have to pay extra for any dressings, which is ridiculous(for example, the buffalo chicken wrap doesn't come with ranch, you have to pay for it LOL). The food is frozen GFS garbage. The pizza is awful. It tastes horrible and there's a stupid amount of cheese. All you taste is rubbery cheese and a mild hint of canned tomato sauce. I'll starve before eating here again. read more

My husband and I were in town for the living dead weekend at Monroeville Mall and needed a nighttime pizza to round out the experience. We picked these guys because they were one of the only menus the hotel had available and didn't feel like searching for another place. I love the Pizza Marsala in Greensburg, so I thought I would have the same experience with the Monroeville store in regards to delivery. Unfortunately, when I called to place the order, I specified that I needed my delivery at 11:30, due to lunch restrictions, I was ensured that this was not a problem. At 11:40 when we still hadn't received our pizza, I called back to the store and was told that it was on its way and would be just a few more minutes. At 11:50, I called again when there were still no signs of delivery and I was assured that it was on the way. I then google mapped the place from my location and discovered that it was only 0.8 miles from where we were. The pizza arrived at 11:56, and less than half of us got to enjoy the food before returning from our lunch break, which is sad because it was very tasty. read more

I ordered three pizzas for delivery to feed my hungry sales team.The 5 cheese pizza had the cheese arrived with the cheese completely slid off and it looked a mess. When I called with an understanding attitude that things happen they said they would send another. The replacement pizza arrived with the same issue. When I called the "manager" said he couldn't refund me for a partial order and all that I could get was a credit there for next time I order( for one pizza).. which I am never going to do. He said the owner was on vacation and he couldn't authorize a refund to my payment method which was a debit card. He said if you want money you have to come pick it up. After not accepting that he finally agreed to have the delivery driver come back with my cash refund for the one pizza. It was really just a mess how it was handled. Great local pizza place in Monroeville. We ordered the Ranchero Pizza and it was delicious. This pizza is more New York style. The large pizza is very large. The pizza slice has a thin crust in the middle with a good thick crust at the end. The sauce is great along with the cheese. If I lived in the area I would order this pizza. The only negative was the price. The pie was over $21 which seems steep for a non-Gourmet pie. I also asked for plates and they were out of plates which sucked for us since we were staying in a hotel. Give it a try over the chains. read more

The crew that is usually working are very rude. I have had several times where personal calls are being taken while waiting to order. If you do order from here, always add 10 minutes AT LEAST to the waiting time they tell you. I am usually told 25 minutes and regardless of the day of the week it's an average 35-40 minute wait.
