I understand mistakes happen but what I didn't expect was the male owner screamed at me saying it was a mistake. He continued in his irate yelling in front of other customers at the bar. I asked him why was he so upset and told him I didn't raise my voice when asking my question just wanted to know if they offered anything to compensate my time and effort to return because of their mistake. Many restaurants offer a dessert or discount on a future meal. As a customer I'm very disappointed with the way I was treated. Because they were very busy tonight I was told they did me a favor by taking my takeout order, which I placed after 8pm. I don't know him personally. Perhaps he is a great guy and maybe he was having a bad night but now he doesn't deserve our future business. There are other good restaurants in the area.

Good afternoon!!!! I would like to take this time to tell you how my family and myself absolutely love pizza Marsala. The people I work with over at CVS, we order from you guys all the time. However, I personally prefer to order at night. You can tell a difference in who is cooking the food. The lady who works at night definitely knows how to make our food taste wonderful! Every time my family and I order I am very satisfied when we order at night. She is very nice, very kind, and very polite. The older gentleman that works at night with her is very nice as well. Our pizzas are always good. The lady who works in the morning however, can be rude, and sometimes miserable, I try to have someone else I work with order the food during the day because I would prefer not to talk to her. My question is, why is there a young kid there during the day? Is that her child? I personally think a pizza shop with sharp objects and heavy objects is no place for a child. Pizza Marsala will as long as I am on this earth keep getting my business, but it will ONLY be at night time when I know my food is going to be made right without any mistakes and I know I will get talked to nicely. I have tried many many pizza's, however this Pizza Marsala ranks #1 for my taste buds. The Cheese and sauce are a perfect combination, the staff is always so friendly, and most importantly I've never had to wait longer than when I was promised it would be ready for. What is our favorite: Tuscan Chicken Pizza. We highly recommend this specialty however you won't go wrong with just a plain cheese. Give this place a shot, you won't be disappointed. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had with delivery. After 1.5 hours without food, I called the pizza shop and the man who answered the phone was rude and uninformative as to the status of my order. When the order finally arrived the delivery man was equally as rude and unapologetic. The food was cold and not fit for my dog . I would never recommend this establishment. read more

This is the best spot around. Great service and the food.... Amazing. Eat here all the time and its always a pleasure. They even have burgers. Best burgers ive ever had.
