Italian lemonade

I have been here a few times before but it has been a good 2 years since I was last able to visit . Upon entering, the hostess and a male server were fighting about taking a table, it made for quite the awkward entrance. Fortunately, another male server walked over and offered us a table which was super nice. We sat a low top by the bar and admired all of the famous entertainers photos on the wall . We had mojitos and an Italian lemonade , delicious ! For food, we ordered the Stromboli , meatballs and Italian tuna sandwich. All were absolutely to die for ! Our waiter was very pleasant and we were overall very happy with our meal.

We dined in on a cold Sunday night, so it wasn't really busy but that's understandable. Our service was super friendly and quick and was really accommodating with our infant son! We started with the Caprese salad that was really good. I do think that it was overpriced considering it was two slices of tomato and two slices for mozzarella for $10. The pizza was cooked perfect in their coal fired oven. Would definitely go back and try some of the other dishes.

Eggplant Marino very tasty

When I tell you the pizza was delicious & the eggplant was so flavorful They will let you do a half & half which is great because you can try 2 of the great combinations in one visit. My new buddy was Shaine because he was so much more than a server! Not only helped with menu selections he was attentive filled our drinks and confirmed to ensure. Top tier service because I don't like when I start with a Diet Coke and have a regular coke returned. He even brought a to go cup with ice for me when he brought the box to take home the rest of the tasty pizza that was perfect the next day in the air fryer. We had half ricotta, hot peppers & sausage and the other half was carnivore - loaded with meat! The restaurant is decorated with such classy pictures mixed with sport pictures and has an entirely cool vibe with an awesome mix of music that lets you hmmm & sway a bit as you enjoy the deliciousness of the food. It is a great place for a date or family dinner. Looking forward to trying the unique style of chicken wings that smelled and are served with sautéed onions! Well done all around

The 12 inch white Pizza with spinach and cooked prosciutto added.

Sports Bar like restaurant. The prices are kinda high for pizza. Additional toppings on a pizza are $3 each with the cheese pizza starting at $14.99 for a 12 inch. For starters we got the wings 5 for $9.99. They came out warm not hot. The garlic knots are more like rolls. Those were good. Also had the "homemade" lemonade very syrup sweet. The thick cut (not really) pepperoni and sausage pizza. It was very oily from the pepperoni grease. It tastes good those especially the sausage nice and crumbly. Daughter had the White pizza and added spinach and prosciutto. Daughter kept asking for extra napkins but never got them.

Here frequently. Always good service and food. No complaints. Fire. Lit. Lava. Tots. ......boom!

A good spot to grab some pizza, along with other menu items! Although it is not my favorite spot, it's a go to and is always consistently good! Worth a visit!

My son and I came to Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza after Christmas shopping at Miracle Mile. I liked the atmosphere, they have a nice seating area and a decent size bar. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We started out with some garlic knots, which were ok. We also split a pizza. We did have cheese and half Kalmatta Olives. I really liked the sauce and cheese. The olives gave a nice salty touch. Definitely a pretty good meal!

Pizza comes well done, wings are excellent and the white sangria definitely tasted like apple. Our service was excellent! It's a little on the noisy side.

We have been here at their location and a few others and have always enjoyed the pizza, wings and especially the meatballs!! I get the kettle of meatballs to go at least once a month. This time we had a picnic family gathering in Boyce park in monroeville and decided to make it simple ! It was STEVE YOU ARW THE MAN !!' ordering with him was a joy ! The service and professional manor was appreciated! Call and talk to them, yes you can order on line but the extra care given over a phone call or I. Person is so much better. The meal was great ! Thank you STEVE for making our picnic a success

I have always wanted to try Napoli as there generally seems to be a fair amount of people there. I decided to grab a pizza to take home one Saturday when I was running around doing Holiday errands. I went with the round cut, but looking at people who were dining in orders, the square looked good.

This is a pizza place, but I was doing some Christmas shopping by my self so I just wanted something to go, and a sandwich was a better choice than pizza. This sub was just alright, mostly ham, the red onion was way too thick, the pepperoncini I had added and their Italian dressing made it somewhat better. Would I go out of my way to eat here? no. But if I am stuck in Monroeville it is a choice that isn't a national chain, and is a local business. Next time I would probably try their pizza, their vegetables on the sandwich were cut for that, not a sub. It was not a bad sub, I finished it, but there was not anything remarkable about it.

The late night greasy fix after the school dance with your friends while playing the pac man table top game. (I wish Fellini's had one of those!) The steak hoagie is by far the better of the steak hoagies that I've had recently. It's seasoned well and they actually put the mayo on the hoagie! It starts to liquify and just soaks all through the sandwich the way it should! The provolone sticks are incredible! I don't know if they're homemade, but they sure taste it. And the breadsticks! The breadsticks are just leftover dough covered in delicious butter garlic sauce. PERFECTION! Today, I got the cheese calzone, fried dough, and cannolis. They were all delicious. Their calzones are only around $10 for a plain cheese. And, the portion is quite big too. It's not too doughy and their dough is flavorful and delicious. It looks like they top their calzones with a good bit of butter. It may look a bit soggy on the bottom, but the flavor is still excellent. Their sauce is lightly sweet and goes perfectly with the cheese. It's packed well and is the perfect amount of cheese for a calzone. Would have liked a bit more ricotta specifically and maybe a side dipping sauce, but still amazing! The desserts are pretty good too. Some of them are (as expected) not made in house, but others like the cinnamon rolls and fried dough are. When I ordered, I initially switched one of my desserts for the other. But, they just gave me the other dessert for free! Very considerate. The cannolis, although partially premade, were still quite tasty. Good amount of filling, great texture, adequate amount of chocolate chips inside, crispy outside, and nice chocolate cover. Their fried dough is also tasty and similar to a funnel cake. Would have maybe liked a sweet sauce (like caramel or chocolate) with the fried dough, but I had some leftover caramel to use so no issues there. All in all, a very good stop for pizza in Monroeville. It seems extremely underrated, and I was the only person to be in the store at the time (and my order was the only one for pick up at that time, which was Labor Day weekend). Being from the area, I cannot believe I have never heard of this place before. I put it on my short list of places to try, and one day when out in the Monroeville area, I was finally able to stop. Like I said, the concept is simple. This place serves pizza. There is one size, and some toppings to choose from. At the time of writing this, pizzas are $8 and it is cash only. The price includes any toppings you want to put on. They are open Thursday through Sunday from 4 until 7:30. Orders are placed over the phone, and then picked up through the side/basement door of a normal residential house. We placed an order for three pizzas, and they were to be ready for pickup in about 30 minutes. We got one Pepperoni, one Mushroom and Onion, and one with Sausage and Extra Cheese. When we arrived, there was another person picking up, but our pies were hot and ready. The ladies working were quick and kind. The pizzas are truly so good! The crust is not too thick or too thin, and the sauce is a sweeter one. All of the pies we got we liked, but the sausage was a true winner for us personally. One pizza could easily feed two or three people, and they are cut into 8 slices. I cannot wait to have this place again. The pizza was great, the ambiance and entire operation give off everything that classic Pittsburgh is about - no frills, but a great product. Plus, you cannot beat the value. Will definitely be back soon!
