So making 1/2 and 1/2 topping was easy enough, though adding and taking out the buffalo sauce on the chicken/ranch/bacon pizza didn't seem to make a difference. They tasted exactly the same, so I'm thinking they messed up the order. Each deep dish slice was big enough to be filling when paired with fried chicken at the party. Some people had 2 pieces. We had leftovers at a party with 20 people and 2 party trays. I should get the thin crust next time. Especially for a party - a little diversity would be good. Since discovering this great pizza joint, I've gone Keto and haven't had pizza in a while... but they tasted just as good as I remembered. Jet's is delicious, definitely the best chain out there, which I always order for delivery via GrubHub. I wondered why it's so expensive and I realized that grubhub secretly adds several dollars to each item on the menu!! So download the Jet's app or order off their website!! I added a photo comparison of the receipts for you to see the grubhub hidden fees. Totally doing the Jet's app next time. Here's what I ordered: - Cauliflower crust (turbo crust) with mushroom topping: it was soooooo tiny like only four little pieces. Small enough to feed a little child. I ate the pizza so fast in the blink of an eye then waited 20 minutes to see if I was actually as hungry as I thought I was afterwards, I was. I really like cauliflower crusts so if you do too, I would recommend ordering more than one of these. It was $17 on grubhub, $13.60 from the actual Jet's store - so definitely a bit pricey for such a tiny little pizza. The pizza was probably less than 10 inches in diameter if I had to guess off my memory and very thin due to the yummy cauliflower crust. I wish I could order this in a larger size. - Greek salad with Greek dressing: it was just okay, a standard Greek salad. Nothing overly impressive or good about it but at least I was able to get something green into my meal. It came with a giant container of dressing even though I only ordered the small size - maybe get your own package of lettuce to add to it lol. Date of order: 11/8/2022 I am the Chief Election Inspector for Good Hope School. My team works very long hours with each election and I wanted to reward them with some fresh pizza to get through the end of night activities. I brought up the website and noticed the "Text to order" feature at 20% off. I didn't need anything fancy and I didn't have a lot of time so I used the process to order two pizzas. I received a text confirmation after entering payment and confirmed delivery in 50 minutes. 75 minutes later I called the store to see about my late order. The person that answered the phone told me that it was "eight minutes away." No apology or acknowledgement that it was already over 20 minutes late. Again, busy night at the polls and so I let that go. 30 minutes after that call, still no pizza so I called again. This time I was told that the last person I talked to didn't know what they were talking about because they didn't have any delivery drivers tonight and were using Doordash and Doordash hadn't even acknowledged the order. Since there was no timeline of when I could get the pizza and it was almost 8 pm I told them to cancel the order. I thought we were done but then they called me back to process the refund and I had to read off my credit card number to get the refund. The manager was at least apologetic, but that doesn't solve the problem of 16 hard-working, hungry people that now have no food. Never again, Jet's. Never again! read more

Customer service the worst ever, we walked in there were two people behind the workstation who looked at us and continued to work without saying hello. Got to the counter to look at the menu stood there for about 7 minutes and a guy walks pass us and says someone will be with you in a moment about 3 minutes later a young guy comes from the back and ask for our order. I haven't tried all the styles of crust from here but I've enjoyed the ones I've ordered. The sauce is great it's has a freshly made taste that's well seasoned. The crust is cooked very similar to Rocky Rococos. They have a variety of bread sticks and dipping sauce along with flavored crust. The pizzas were made pretty consistently as far as the toppings, they are placed on evenly. Not like your typical fast chain pizza. I like this because nobody wants to find a plain cheese pizza slice when other toppings were ordered. They have a TV so waiting 10-15 minutes goes by real quickly. Staff are helpful when trying to select certain pizzas. Just ask them, they really know their food the best. Their tomatoes are said to be grown in Mediterranean climates, with lush, rich soil, making the red sauce easily accentuated by blasts of fresh-cut red onions, green peppers, olives, and mushrooms. I am reminded of connective, substantial, and wheaty sourdough by the tangibly-progressive taste in the deep, soft bread, in which there is an effortful crunch to be had at the very bottom! Indeed, I want to return to top the edges of the crust with just butter and sesame, instead of the additional garlic and cajun seasoning. So much joy and satisfaction arose in me when I experienced the mozzarella and cheddar cheese sway and drip as I pulled away with greasy fingers from a bite into the center. This restaurant has good reviews so I tried it. To be honest, I have no idea what people see in this place. It's new so maybe that's what's exciting. The price, given the quality, is way off. I ordered a small cheese and sausage with a Greek salad. They advertise themselves as a place for pizza and salads.The salad was a huge bowl of iceburg lettuce, 2 cherry tomatoes, 2 black olives, and 2 pepperocini. It was THE worst salad I've ever had and cost almost $6.00. The pizza wasn't much better. A small 1 topping left much to be desired. It was extremely salty (in spite of a note asking for no added salt). The ingredients were sub par. If you build your own, all toppings are a la carte so your 8.99 basic can quickly add up to twice the price. Alternatively, you can order a specialty pizza with combinations guaranteed to give you high cholesterol! I will not go here again. I'm sure all the salt will not serve me well tonight. On top of it all, I ordered and paid through Yelp. The order wasn't ready when I got there and the cashier rang it up asked me for payment. This place has the best crust I've had on a thick pizza. Hands down. I'll take Jet's even over a bunch of the local pizzerias that hipster scum like myself rave over on account of the crust alone. If I could give no stars I would. Uber eats delivered the pizza and they were great. Jets on the other hand told us we would need to contact uber eats for jets mistakes. They got the bread sticks correct. The 2 pizzas were slathered in ranch when we ordered a cup of ranch dipping sauce. Being lactose intolerant, one of the pizzas should have been cheese less. Instead it had cheese, the bbq's sauce was pizza sauce. Overall, as my first experience and the manager not wanting to fix their mistakes make me never want to go back. Love their pizza! I guess everyone has there favorite place but I find that their hand tossed is as good as any crust I've ever had. The toppings are plentiful and always the best. If you want upgrades to crust, Parmesan or mozzarella cheese they are available. The standard pizza offerings are great (Jet 10 is my favorite) and the boats are divine. To top it all off every time I pickup (once per week) the staff is always smiling and friendly. In Milwaukee that's a rarity. These guys must love their jobs. Thanks guys!! read more

Fresh ingredients and fast delivery! Ordered for delivery and I'm just outside their area. They agreed to do it anyway, which was really nice! I usually get thin crust pizza, but their Detroit style deep dish sounded delicious. Ordered a deep dish and some wings. The pizza tasted fresh like it just came out of the oven and the wings were crispy and saucy! They even offered me a coupon because I was a first time customer! Delivery time seemed long, 45 minutes to an hour, because they said they were busy, but it actually came just about 40 minutes. The driver was very friendly and she gave us some coupons to use for the next order. Their menu looks great! I'm gonna have to try a salad on my next order. Will go back soon! read more

When the store opened I was so happy and pleased with this pizza place. The pizza was terrific and the Jet sandwiches were delicious. Recently, this place has deteriorated down to wrong orders, cold food that is overdone and not even receiving my order. I still have not been credited for the order I never received.
