This was a bad experience, I ordered my pizza on the app and my pickup time was 5:37 I show up a 5:35 and there is a person waiting at the counter and he gets his pizza and the employee walks off. So I am standing at the counter and there are 4 employees who can all see me standing there. Then more people come in and start waiting. The line grows to 5 people and time is passing and no one is coming up to help us. Then finally someone yells over the wall have any of you been helped yet? And we all say no and he screams at someone to come up to us. Meanwhile people have been walking back and forth putting pizzas in the hot box so I see all the pizzas that are ready and just sitting there. Finally someone comes up and says oh sorry I thought you have all been helped. I finally get my pizza he says thank you have a good day and starts helping the next person but I'm standing there again because he forgot my 2 liter. I finally get it and make it to the car and the screenshot I took says 5:52, 15 minutes past my pickup time and 17 minutes in total. I've been living in Columbus for almost 3 years and was caught off guard the 1st time I ordered pizza because they cut it up in these little pieces lol. I appreciate it now but back then I felt like a child who's parents cut their food in bite sizes so I didn't choke lol. That being said, I LOVE Jet's because a large is 8 large full slices of pizza! I get the thin crust with pepperoni and mushroom. I call it in and pick it up 15 minutes later I'm elbows deep in 'Za. I'm picky with pizza. The crust, sauce, cheese has to work well on its own. To me, that's Jet's. The toppings boost the flavor but the pizza is great on its own. We also tried the breadsticks with sauce and omg... even better. I have had Jets pizza before and the pizzas are solid. They have fresh ingredients and I like their hand tossed pizza. This is the first time I have ordered from the Sancus location. It's tucked away in a small strip mall, not very visible from the street. I ordered 3 medium hand tossed pizzas, 2 plain cheese and 1 vegetable (pineapple, green peppers and mushroom) for pick up. All together it was close to $50. The pizzas were really good but the medium size really looked like small. For the size of the pizza, $50 was a little much for 2 cheese and 1 veg pizza. read more

It's not like those other chains where everyone is a 17 year old kid who hates their job and you can feel that they just wanna go home. Until last Thursday I'd never had a Jets pizza. What struck me first was the friendliness of the guy who took my order. Most importantly, wife and I usually get our pizza with something on 3/4 and hers on 1/4. I walked out of the Mellow Mushroom place because they said they don't make it that way so we left. Some places act like when you want a pizza that way it's like giving them a quiz on Quantum Physics. Wife (who is really picky) loved Jets and so did I. No more shopping around. I last rated this pizza shop in February of 2014 but have eaten a lot of pizza from here in the last 2 1/2 years. My original review still holds true and the lunch special is still $5. Jet's puts out a good, solid pizza and their lunch special (2 pieces of pizza and a bottle of pop) for $5.00 is hard to beat. I like their crust which is not one of those wafer thin crusts and yet is not a deep dish. The crust is a little on the crisp side and is not greasy. Jet's is on Sancus Blvd but is tucked into a strip center behind City BBQ and is not real visible. Carryout service at lunch time allows for a quick "in and out". read more

Jet's has awesome salad dressing, if you can get it.... We ordered pizza and salad from Jet's tonight because we wanted (you guessed it) pizza. And we had a variety of options. We ended up choosing Jet's because we like their antipasti salad. It comes with a very tasty salad dressing that clinched the deal for us. We made sure to order extra. We ordered delivery...and got everything but that dressing. The pizza was ok...the salad was ok. Might as well have ordered from papa johns. Mistakes happen. No biggie. But when I called back in, they didn't care a bit. Yeah, sure, it's just a little mistake. But next time, we'll be just as likely to order from somewhere else. I figured I'd try the new guy out and give them a chance. It turned out to be a learning experience - I learned I'll not be returning. Their pizzas carry the quasi-unique shape of a rectangle which boasts that every piece you grab is an edge piece. That sounds good; the taste, however, was a whole other story. I have not tasted ingredients that bland since I ate Domino's Pizza in the early 90's. Each bite seemed to get more and more tasteless and I found myself forcing one more piece down simply so I wouldn't be hungry anymore. The way I see it, there are three ways to eat pizza: Fresh, Cold, and Reheated. I tried Jet's pizza two of the three ways (Fresh and Cold) and it failed both of them. I'm not really surprised there aren't any reviews for Jets yet since it's sort of tucked in a small spot off of Sancus in one of the many strip malls that all look the same. In fact I found Jets while turning around on my lunch because I missed the strip mall that had Pen Station in it (like I said they ALL look the same, stupid Polaris area). What made me curious about Jets and why I went there the first time was the giant sign on the door that said 2 Slices and a Soda $4 and the fact that I love me some pizza. So I went in and ordered said special and was a little off put when I wasn't asked what toppings I wanted and the guy just tossed two slices of pepperoni in the oven. A few minutes later I had a box of 2 slices and a cold 20 oz of Coke in my hand and was out in my car. I opened the box and was disappointed. These weren't normal slices of pizza, these weren't even normal slices of mid-west pizza. These were more of a Sicilian type of pizza (I know way too much about pizza haha) thick crust cut into squares. The pepperoni were sparse at 4 slices per slice but there was a good amount of cheese on it. As for the taste of the pizza well.....it was $4 for two huge ass chunks of pizza and a 20 oz that would cost me $1.25 out of a vending machine....what did I expect? I expected it to suck a lot but it didn't. It's by no means the best pizza I've had but for $4 it filled me up and left me satisfied. All in all it's a good place for lunch or a quick bite to eat if you're up in the area but nothing to go out of your way for. read more

I've been on a pizza and ribs kick lately and I got a flier in the mail with coupons for Jet's so I thought, "What the heck?" We ordered the Jumbo Jet so I could try several things at once. It's about $23 with tax and comes with a large 3-topping pizza, 1/2 pound boneless wings, and breadsticks. When I called in my order this place lost its first star before I even tried the product. Three toppings means three toppings. So if you get two toppings on half the pizza it counts and two whole toppings. Every other pizza place I've ever eaten at in my life counts a half topping as half of a topping. Paying full price for half of a topping isn't cool. Anywhere else I could have ordered 1 whole topping and 4 half toppings no problem. The guy taking my order said he couldn't do anything because the computer limited him. Bummer for you. We had the crust flavorized with Turbo Crust which is garlic, butter and romano. This is unique the ability to pick the flavor of your crust but I think it's more of a dusting than a flavor. The deep dish square pizza had thick bread and the crust mostly tasted like bread. Toppings were decent and the sauce was thick and tasty, probably the best part of the pizza. Wings were about what you would expect from a pizza shop...not all that great. We had the honey BBQ flavor and they tasted exactly like something you could get at a grocery store and reheat in a microwave. No texture a crispness from deep frying found on these wings. The breadsticks were decent as well. Again my favorite part was the pizza sauce for dipping. I think if they were a little thinner they would cook through more thoroughly and taste a bit better. If it wasn't for the topping fiasco/rip off this place would be a clear cut 4 for pizza and a 1 for wings. My rating is based solely on the pizza which is clearly better than Massey's, Donato's, and my favorite chain Papa Johns, but not nearly as good as the Golden Standard that is Plank's Cafe on Parson's. For something closer than Planks I would definitely eat it again over the other even closer restaurants listed above in my neighborhood. read more

Ordered some pizza for our football watching today and was pleasantly surprised. I fully expected it to be mediocre but tolerable. The pizza though was really good! This is way better than papa john or Pizza Hut. Tried some boneless wings too which were pretty decent.. I mean not amazing but I've had much worse. What's interesting to me is that the toppings are inconsistent. There will be a ton of sausage and hardly any pepperoni. The crust was reminiscent of Pizza Hut - but better I think. Pizza is very tasty. Get the turbo crust. This is a chain, but acts like a neighborhood pizzeria - you can stop by and get a slice, or a pie. Please consider my review. This is just another chain pizza place. Their pizza is slightly above average, probably better than Dominos or Papa johns but not by much!!! The dough is chewy which is not exactly my style, but may be yours. Cheese and sauce are typical cheapo chain style, nothing special. Toppings are skimped on and very low quality and very fatty meats. It's such a lard-fest of a pizza that it may make you sick, be warned. If you want good pizza why not just go to Worthington Pizza Primo close by (one block away)? It is also cheaper, and a real self-owned business run by someone who cares about each and every pie, not a chain. I think you will find it is much better than Jet's. read more

My husband and I just moved to Westerville from the DC area. We had a welcome gift which included a coupon from Jet's Pizza, so we figured we'd go ahead and give them a try. The delivery was on time and the food was still hot. The deep dish pizza was not greasy or mushy and was still nice and crunchy. We also received excellent customer service. Terrible customer service. Received the wrong pizza and nothing was done. They acted like it was my fault and made me a pizza with half cooked toppings as hey were forgotten the first time around. Next time ordering they refused to accept my coupon that came from a jets email. I can't figure out why jets doesn't have 5 stars. I personally love this pizza the crust is all I need. And the wings are pretty decent as well. I've lived on the east coast and the west. I've had pizza in the heart of New York City and downtown LA. I've even eaten pizza in South Korea and Japan. And honestly I always crave Jet's. The sauce is the right amount of sweet and salty, the cheese melts great. I will, however, say the pepperoni could be a better quality, but once it all goes in the mouth it's divine. I've tried different types of pizza on there menu and I've never been disappointed. Now I just need to visit Naples to experience where pizza originated. read more

We ordered this pizza to be delivered to our hotel during a softball tournament. We had a pretty big order because we ordered for our entire team and their families. We chose this place because it was recommended to us by a local friend as well as by the hotel staff. This pizza was very good. It was thick and hearty and we very easily could have ordered about half of what we did because it seemed to fill everyone up quicker than traditional pizza would have.
