I recommend avoiding this Marco's location (Worthington Centre) at all costs, at least until the young woman currently running the place is terminated. This individual is the rudest, most incompetent fast food manager I have ever encountered. I've been getting pizzas from this location about once a week for the last 10 years. I'm done. Whoever the owner is (this mgr would not tell me the owner's name, which should tell you something about the interaction I had with her) would be wise to fire this person, else they will continue to see sales decrease. I feel sorry for the people working at this location. I've seen many new employees there over the last couple of months and I suspect turnover is very high due to this individual. read more

Five stars when hungry, four stars when not. There's something about not being able to eat this meal slow that speaks miles for the passion I feel for it. Each bite is better than the last but not as good as the next. I just finished eating, and let me tell ya, it was just a blur of sauce dipping and preparing bites. At one point I think I actually started sweating, but not 100% sure. I went with the boneless buffalo wings, that were LOADED with sauce, a pizza with pepp on the whole thing and japs on half for me, since munchie isn't big on the spicy. Which is surprising because she's with me. Anyway. We got a side of blue cheese, ranch, extra pizza sauce, and they threw in a buffalo for the wings (which was not used nor needed). The two guys running the joint resembled the typical "hang loose and eat pizza" vibe, and we were immediately blasted with old school rock when walking in to pick it up. All around, solid experience. I just had my first Marco's Pizza in a couple of years. After eating part of it, I can see why we quit ordering from Marco's. Pizza was 15 minutes late. I ordered two hours before requested delivery time. Their website asked for a delivery time so I picked one. Didn't say about that time or within 15-20 minutes of that time, it asked for an exact time. The pizza we received looked like the toppings were just thrown on the pizza and barely cooked. Also the pizza had very little taste. We have tried other pizza delivery places over the past two years and most if not all arrive early. Guess it will be quite a while before I order another Marco's Pizza. read more

11/6/19 I order a Hawaiian with half bacon thin crust and a cheese read. I had requested to have this well done. This pizza looked like it was white cake when I opened the box! No where near to being well done. But you well done my cheese bread ??? I think they should be watching the oven more closely and if it takes a minute it is what it is. Me I rather wait for my food as it's done right the first time. Not have my pizza hand pushed done this conveyor as it's not getting properly baked. Marcos Pizza is simply some of the best pizza you can get for a reasonable price. Their pizza is always excellent although their wings are not quite as good. I really like the wings but my fiance is not a big fan of their BBQ. She also does not like how they deliver their boneless wings, which is plan with the sauce on the side and you spin them yourself in the container to add the sauce. So we no longer order their boneless wings anymore. This is also one of the rare places where they have excellent pizza if you just get pepperoni and cheese but also have an excellent deluxe "everything" type pizza as well. My favorite pizza though that I've gotten is their mushroom pizza - if you're a mushroom pizza fan then this is the best place to get a mushroom pizza. They deliver pretty quickly as well, typically in about 35 minutes or so which is much better than most of the pizza places we order from. I'd highly recommend you check them out, oh and don't forget to check their website to see if online ordering is available as it is for some areas and it works great! read more

I am writing this review as an experienced Marco's customer and we were very loyal in ordering most of our pizza needs from the Worthington location. The pizza has gone down hill in the recent months and the customer service is lacking. As you can see in my picture it doesn't lie and this one of of our pizza's for a child's party who recently beat cancer. The kids didn't eat more than a piece or 2 and that says a lot. I contacted Molly the District manager and explained to her the issue I was having. This was the 2nd time in a row we received bad pizza and this recent one was worse than the first time. In the end the crust is chewy, little or missing toppings and if you are expecting a smile when you walk in you better bring someone with you to do the smiling. Molly told me to never email her personal email again but that is the email address she emailed me with in the first place. I contacted the BBB because no one could help with my situation. Pizza was fine, like any other cheap pizza, but the service was terrible. We had a free pizza promotional coupon for moving into the neighborhood so I called to have a pizza delivered and try it out. I repeatedly (4 times) made it clear to the person taking my order that I would be using this promotional coupon, he said that was alright and I'd just have to give the coupon to the driver. Everything was fine until the pizza was delivered. Delivery was timely, but as I hand the coupon to the driver he says, "Use it next time, pay this time" so I paid to avoid any conflict with the driver. I immediately call and talk to the manager, Pablo, to describe the issue and was met with almost immediate aggression. I informed Pablo that I would be canceling my transaction since I repeatedly notified the person who took my order (listed as Pablo on the receipt btw) that I would be using my free pizza promotion. As soon as I finished my sentence Pablo screamed, "YOU GOT YOUR PIZZA DIDN'T YOU?!" And it devolved into a shouting match from there as we each tried to talk over the other. Don't go here. It's 2x the price of Lil Caesars and about the same quality, and the general manager has the temperament of a small child. read more

A very strong 3 star, but not quite a 4! The delivery was on time and the young man making the delivery was certainly friendly enough, but talking about a tip isn't cool! The pizza was the right temp, had decent flavor, but it was lacking some Italian seasoning and not enough cheese! The wings were very juicy and the meat was falling of the bone good, but one wing was a ball with a bone in it - no class for quality that's for sure and there was a bit too much sauce - but that's a good thing! I NEVER expected to actually enjoy this pizza, let alone love it! But it is so good! The crust is perfect, no not Columbus style but I'm so happy to take a break from that pizza on a cracker, the toppings and cheese are abundant and very good quality, I love the sauce, and the prices are amazing. They have great service and are always very fast whether picking up myself or having it delivered it is always hot and super fresh! Don't sleep on Marcos, especially this location! WOW! The food here was GREAT! I read an Yahoo pizza survey article and decided to give Marco's Pizza a try. (Marco's, Blaze, and Papa Murphy's rated higher than Papa Johns, Little Caesar, Pizza Hut, and Domino's) We've found a new go-to place when we want delicious food at an affordable price. It not only better than any pizza I have eaten in a long while, it showed up when they said it would, hot and fresh, and actually looked like what is shown on advertisements. Quality is good and consistent. I've been a fan for sometime now and this location delivers. We had the new chicken florentine pizza ,an Italian sub, and cheesy bread. All were very tasty even though I usually don't care for non-standard flavored pizzas. The florentine pizza had a light taste and savory flavor that was very apealing. This location is close to work, and I have a manager that has told me about their lunch buffet. Had to meet my husband at Kroger to drop something off to him (and I had to get some stuff at Kroger for a manager meeting). My husband was hungry, and asked if I wanted to eat lunch with him. His suggestion was Wendy's which is across the way from Kroger, but when I mentioned to him that Marco's had a lunch buffet, we had to go. The front of the restaurant is small, but that's okay. It showed up 90 minutes later, cold, with the wrong toppings and the wrong crust. When I called back, I was told it was the first night for this employee to be working as a driver. We've been ordering delivery for just over ten years from this location. We've never really had any issues and the food has always been great. Now I'm sitting here fuming because when I went to order online today, it asked me to download an app to get 25% off of a regular priced menu item so I thought, sure why not? We order from them fairly often. I downloaded the app, accepted that coupon, put in an order for a pizza, added a couple of sodas, then it added my customer loyalty points reward for an additional $10 off and I was thrilled! The price couldn't be beat! I clicked on checkout and suddenly it tells me they do not delivery to my area and refuses to let me move past that message. I called the store and the manager on duty gives me a runaround about it and essentially tells me that she can go in and manually accept delivery for me for a phone order, but can't give me the $10 discount because she's not a real manager and could lose her job over it. She says they just updated their delivery map and since I added the loyalty discount in the app, even though the order was never even placed, the $10 is just gone now. Then she tried to blame it all on the fact that our last order was a carry out order instead of delivery. Seriously?! How scared of upper management do these places want their manager on duty types to really be? So now I have a delivery order in with another company for like 4 times what I was gonna spend with them today and feeling pretty salty about it. Piss poor customer service and THAT customer service was only necessary because they asked me to use their stupid app and changed their delivery map randomly after getting delivery there for over ten years. Where do I begin. We have tried every pizza place on the north side and in Worthington, and this is by far the best pizza around! Then on top we went to them to ask for any kind if donation for the Worthington arts program and they went above and beyond! They supplied free pizza for the entire cast and crew of Sound of music and didn't blink an eye to help out. Alexander the manager is top notch and I will only use Marcos for anything we ever do for parties or events. Many restaurants in the area could care less and even seemed annoyed that we asked! The Worthingway middle school will never forget! FYI I love their garlic sauce the best! read more

Love this pizza and the cheezybread. We've been coming here since they closed the Dublin location, and it's worth the trip. Great pizza, very reasonable prices, and unlike the Dublin store a nice sit down area if you want to eat out. Online ordering is also a nice touch. We got the deep dish pizza and it was pretty good! The cinnamon bread was kind of bland, but not terrible. We were told to stay away from Marcos because their food was terrible, but that is not the case. We had a good experience and will be ordering from them again in the future! read more
