We called in our order and although the person on the phone seemed a bit confused, everything was correct when we picked it up. Pizza is really good. I've had it at least twice a week every time I traveled to Detroit. I've tried a few other places but I recommend Jets

I picked up some pizza for my team as a welcome to one new team member and a thank you for the other team members for all of their dogged hard work over the last month while on a current launch. I ordered a large pepperoni Detroit style pepperoni, one Hawaiian, one veggie, one chicken bacon ranch and one super special and some liters of cold soda as well. The order total was $113.54. I put an online order by 11am for a pickup by 11AM. I added two orders of their bread (comes with 12 pieces) with ranch and tomato sauce and a liter of Mountain Dew and Sierra Mist to go with the flat of Faygo purchased separately, to support Michigan. $24.97. I picked up the order by 11:13am. Quick and easy since I was likely one of the first orders since they opened. The team was happy with the pizza and the cheese bread. More of both the ranch and the tomato sauce would have been nice for the two cheese bread orders though. Note to self not to order the Hawaiian, none of my team touched it at all. read more

It was my first time ordering from jets pizza and I called in and talked to Nicole , the employee, on the phone, I asked for 2 pizza, when I got there she told gave 1 pizza I ask where is the other , I said 2, she said, u ask for 2 and her computer Said, . I have been visiting this location for about a decade. Service is always good, quality of the food is reliable. Pricing for the pizza and salad is fair with other local chains. Wings, like every pizza place in the area are overpriced for what you get. Delivery generally comes right in the timeframe given. read more

I don't think I've ever called to place an order without being placed on hold for an extended period of time. Frankly I'm sick of it. When I hear can I put you on a brief hold I know they mean they'll get to me when they're done servicing whatever else are doing including cleaning the bathrooms. So I'm voting with my pocketbook. Hello. I am a registered nurse at Beaumont Hospital Dearborn, located in Dearborn, Michigan. It has come to my attention that your company, located in Allen Park, Michigan, has refused multiple times to deliver pizza to nursing and support staff at my hospital. I am very saddened and frankly disappointed and disgusted by this. We have ordered out for delivery prior to the pandemic from your location and there has been no problem before. Multiple other pizza places in the area near your location, have not only delivered but treated the frontline health care workers during this scary time, without our knowledge. Just by the kindness of their hearts for all we are enduring at time to protect the community, including, but not limited too, your employees, of this deadly virus. Precautions of course are put in place for people who plan to deliver food to the hospital. I have supported Jet's Pizza for many years, and I am sadden to say, I will no longer support or promote business with this company in the future. Called to get it straightened out, manager basically told me, "whatever it happens, what do you want me to do?" Uh, bring me the pizza you charged my card for? Ordered a specialty pizza and ordered no red onions. It was delivered with red onions even though it read minus onions on my receipt. I called back thinking it wasn't a big deal that I could get a replacement tomorrow night for dinner instead (at this point the kids decided to go to bed after filling up on the order of cheese bread) sadly they wanted to only give me a coupon for percentage off my next order. Usually like Jets- ordered a med super special with turbo crust - not even close. I will stick with Bella's or B.C's from now on. No sauce - very few items - turbo crust ummm NO. No flavor. Very dry.
