This is the second time I've used this team (2years ago and last month), and I will definitely continue using them for any future moving services. From the beginning, the experience was smooth and stress-free. My sister and I needed last minute moving assistance in our last move and their customer service was able to confirm within 48 hours with quotes done via email. The guys were extremely careful with all of my belongings, especially through some tight, twisting staircases that definitely made the move more challenging. The crew was extreamly efficiently while still taking the time to make sure nothing was damaged. They helped me pack my tools and everything was organized and moving smoothly. The entire team was friendly, hardworking, and easy to work with. I definitely recommend them and will use them again! read more

This is the second time we have used them to move our furniture. They are the best! They helped me set up all the big furniture I had in storage and even helped me put together some smaller things as I am not very handy. All three of them were friendly, quick and calm, incredibly hard working, skilled professionals who go out of their way to make sure the move goes as smoothly as possible. We will absolutely use them again. They are a top notch company. read more

This guys are superb, we used them in 2023 and last month! From the very beginning, they were very responsive to texts and everything was exactly as they quoted. No hidden charges or surprises! I had quite the job for them, showed up on time, moved all me and my husbands stuff from the 4th floor of a house, empty my entire storage unit, and put it all in a new house. Super speedy, friendly, and quality service. Was definitely worth the cost! read more

Were super helpful I got an excellent quote for moving about 20 items from an elevator building to a 3rd Floor Walk Up building. Extremely thankful for the two movers that are very professional & hard working. Felt our personal belongings were in good hands and safe. Price was exactly as estimated. No hidden surprises! read more

Awful experience. These guys are thieves. I did video calls with them beforehand to try to get an accurate price. They added $3,500 to the price when they showed up. Movers know they have you over a barrel on moving day and they will take advantage. The delivery part to this was a nightmare as well. They gave me a few hours heads up. They showed up late. Arrived after 5:30 pm. Unloaded in the dark. Stripped out screws in furniture when "putting it back together." Missing parts to bedroom furniture. EXTREMELY disappointed in this company. Oh yeah, EX CONS for workers. One of the guys was stabbed a few days before showing up to unload our furniture. Still had the stitches. These are the people that will be in your house and handling your property. DO NOT USE!!!!! read more

Their sales manager was so friendly, I actually loved talking to him even as someone who hates talking over the phone. He quoted me fairly too. I don't leave many reviews for things, but I thought they were worth the review when I saw how careful they were with my stuff. This text read more

This company claims they're not brokers, but that's exactly what they are. I contacted them to move my belongings from California to another state and asked about the quote. I specifically asked if they accept credit or debit cards, and they said yes. They quickly took a deposit from my credit card. However, when it came time to pack up my home, they told me I would need a check, money order, or cash, which they never mentioned beforehand. My quote also increased 2K. I called to clarify, and they said they'd accept my card now, but to retrieve my items I needed a money order for remaining amount. The truck was also late, and I was given less than 24 hours' notice, which was very inconvenient. They told me if I wasn't available, I'd be charged extra. On top of that, they wouldn't release my items until I provided a money order, but they told me not to write a name on it until the delivery arrived. Once the delivery came, they gave me a name of another company to write on it, not brokers right? It wasn't a DBA either I looked it up. This was confusing since I was originally told they accepted cards and now was being forced into a cash or check system. Additionally, I paid for them to pack my TVs. I asked if I should buy boxes myself, and they said they could handle it for a fee. But when they unloaded the truck, they told me they had to remove the blankets around my TVs. Why did I pay extra for them to package my TVs if they were going to take the blankets back? I ended up having to pay to keep the blankets since my items were stored. In the end, they are brokers who misled me. When I finally unpacked my things, I found that my TV stands were chipped and several items were damaged and poorly handled. read more

I used JMAS for my recent move from a house to another. Our moving situation was a bit more complex because we had to pack up our house, then go to our storage unit to pick up some stuff (and put other stuff in the unit), then head to our new place to move everything in. Hopefully they made a stressful situation easy. I had a small hiccup, but they were able to figure it out. All in all they stand by their word, are honest and would recommend them for your move. read more

Thank you Mark and the team for such excellent service from beginning to end. We asked for a quote and we're provided with one straight away. It was followed by a phone call and a trip by Sean to the pick up venue to make sure the quote is as accurate as possible. On the day Mark and the team were very professional, tidy, clean and very helpful. Nowadays when you cannot speak to a human being on the phone, we can highly recommend Sean and the team for such service and communication throughout. Thanks! read more

I used this company to move so much stuff, all the things arrived within so less time without no problem (had to move a TV and arrive with no scratch or broken). The team of movers were friendly, professional, and efficient, and they took great care with all of our belongings. They arrived on time and completed the move within the estimated time frame, and we were especially grateful for their willingness to accommodate our needs and work around our busy schedule. They came in under their estimated prices. The next day they called me to check that everything went as I wanted. At every stage of the moving process I felt that things were well under control. I would def use them again and highly recommend them. read more

I was trying to move a week earlier, but I wasn't able to, so I was really stressed about trying to find a company that had availability for the next day. They messaged me back with a quicker response than I expected! Which was awesome! The two movers I had were great and efficient, they were ahead of the schedule and didn't slow down to chill. They were able to get the job done quick and didn't complain when my apartment had a power outage and it's 110 degree outside. Unloaded 9000 pounds of vinyl flooring (very heavy stuff) and moved a bunch of furniture for us. Were so kind and helped me get through a stressful day. read more

I used the Yelp feature to reach out this company and discuss particulars. The responses were fairly quick and after a few back and forth messages, I provided a phone number. I quickly received a call to reconfirm details, receive a quote, set a date and pay the deposit. They moved quickly, placing furniture and boxes in each of the designated areas. They assembled the bed, unrolled and placed rugs and offered to assemble the dining table. The screws went missing, likely in transit to storage (not their fault). The employees were extremely helpful and even went the extra mile when I ended up having more items than I thought. I thanked them all and gave each a $100 tip for their quick and efficient work. read more

From start to finish, it was a great experience. They were super responsive via phone setting up the move. Movers were friendly, courteous, and worked together like a well oiled moving machine that operated at a brisk pace. My daybed wouldn't fit through my apartment door, so they took the whole thing apart and put it all back together- truly above and beyond. They proved to be everything that I expected, and the price was very transparent between the quote, and what I was charged. I knew exactly what to expect, and they made my move as relaxed as possible. read more

They jacked my price up 150% even though there were 2 large items I took off the inventory. I had a few more bins but not $10,000 worth. They showed up at 8 pm to load my things. Horrible company. We had a great experience with this company. I called about a week before our move and got all the info I needed, my questions were answered, and everything was very clear and upfront! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are scammers! They send you a quote, which is low. When the team (FINALLY) arrived at my property, the team leader did a walk through and was shaking his head - stating that the quote that I had locked in was seriously under-quoted. Therefore, he did another walkthrough with the office and my move more than doubled in cost. It was so late in the day, that I had to accepted what they said, as I had already given notice to move out of my apartment. The team lead then proceeded to "fleece" me by stating that he could further reduce the outlandish quote, if I paid him and the team cash - but, we had to keep that between us (he received a higher cash amount - of course)! As a result, I ended up giving them most of my furnishings as I couldn't afford to ship them! They eventually finished packing at the end of the following day. Also, please note that this 30 day free storage is a rouse! Your goods do not leave the location until the semi is full, which in hindsight makes perfect sense. If you are not familiar with relocating, this is something to keep in mind - it is not FREE STORAGE! I was able to secure a new apartment in the new location quickly, but, still had to wait a few weeks for my items to arrive - which is normal, I guess! I did not receive everything that was packed up. Even when the items were delivered, the crew didn't really care, they dumped boxes wherever, so, I had the task of moving them up 2 flights of stairs etc. They are supposed to set up your beds etc, but, for one of the beds, they were not able to find the fixtures, so, I had to pay another person to put the bed together when I eventually found the items. I have a lot of expensive/significant items that were missing from the shipment. I contacted the company immediately and I was provided with information about making a claim. I am unable to submit the claim as I have been asking for paperwork from the company and I am unable to receive a response, so, I guess I will be out of pocket - BIG TIME! Run far away from this company, they are scammers! read more

The decision to stick with this moving company came down to the last minute when things had to move fast. Customer service was easy to deal with. Rates were pretty solid when understanding the value & the companies creditability. Not the cheapest option but the speediest definitely. The packing and unpacking crews did a professional job, were very friendly and tolerated and accommodated our personal wishes. Everything arrived in perfect order. That included a saxophone, guitar, and a lot of delicate stereo equipment. Nothing was damaged or broken, although some boxes looked a little squashed. read more

From the moment I spoke with James to book my move, I felt confident and at ease that my move would go smoothly. Our experience entailed moving our home contents out of two large self storage units into our newly renovated 3-story home. The move was not easy due to tight access, narrow stairs, and several large and heavy pieces of furniture. They did a fast and good job, despite boxes not being well balanced and sometimes too heavy. Due to some technical issues, our move date was up in the air but James was really accommodating and worked with us to shift it as we worked! Compared to the quotes I got from other companies in the area this excellent value for the price. I would definitely use them again! read more

Do not use this company. Terrible customer service service and up charging. We received a quote from James and he did not inform us that it can take 3-30 days to receive our stuff, the day they picked up our stuff they wanted to charged us 1,200 more for our bed frame and two tv's in addition to that James is a constant liar he did our invoice incorrect and never informed us that they would charge $75 for every 7 steps( which was not on the first invoice although we provided our unit #). They also charge you $500 of Admin fee. No to mentioned that we did not receive our stuff till Sunday and only one worker was carrying all of the stuff this tells you how much they care about their employees. When contact James on Friday he never once returned my call and instead of being professional he called me a Karen. Regardless of how upset a customer may be you never disrespect them. Update at 1:34pm they did not like my review and said that they will be taking me to court and I said that's fine with me. Reporting them to the better business bureau for threatening me. read more

Fantastic and efficient! Got the job done excellently! All of our delicate items were transported safely and quickly. The movers were EXACTLY on time, professional, extremely fast, meticulous in how they packed furniture, mirrors, etc, and were done in just shy of 3 hours for a 1bd, 1 ba apartment (which is the minimum anyway). I was told repeatedly to be prepared to receive my shipment within a week of when they picked it up. However, when that was not going to happen, they stopped communicating with me except to say in the contract it could be within 1-30 days. It took them 12 days to at least me know that it was not coming for another a week. When items were damaged, no one would return my phone calls or texts. Know what you are getting into. Do not hire these scammers. You'll thank me later. They will quote a low price and claim to be reputable and honest. Then when it's time to pay they double or tripple the amount you owe. The relocation with Jet Moving and Storage was challenging. A rep, Tracy, who apparently brokered the move as Trinity Relocation Service for $1500 using Jet as there moving company hung up on me when I pressed him for a delivery date of our belongings, at least Adrianna advocated for us. What is clear is that our belongings were delivered Sunday , a month after pickup. Marcos and Juan of Jet Moving showed up and were incredibly helpful. Worked really hard to make thinks right. Went to Home Depot to pick up missing parts. Helped repair some of the furniture that was damaged. They are bright spots to a bad moving experience. Yes, you read correctly damaged furniture. If it were just Marcos and Juan it would be a 5 stars plus. But it was on the front end where stuff got broken and things were sideways. The bed when delivered was missing it's parts and the hutch legs were broken off hutch and there was just a bunch of other stuff on the front end that made that part of out move just terrible, I'll leave it at that. ...another update Jet Storage has again reached out to make things right offering to replace the missing power cable as well as fix furniture or pay for repair. Will need to contact the specialized bed company to get the info. They lucked out, our son is incredibly handy and is repairing other items needing fixed. Jet moving is making an effort to rectify the situation which we appreciate. Perhaps we are just an outlier experience, only other reviews can tell. Anyway wished the move was positive.
