Got a small storage unit about 3 months ago, the price was affordable they are always having specials which is very convenient! Service was great, the process was explained when we vacated the unit they were quick to respond with confirmation of the empty unit. Have used them in the past will use them again! read more

Taylor Self Storage - Moose and Murphy loves Taylor Storage - Self Storage Near Me - Vista, California

I like this place. It is very well maintained and they've responded to the current health crisis extremely well. I was happy to see measures taken to ensure customer and staff safety (glass window so you can do business without approaching) and yet they are still open for business. That combined with the extensive security system with plenty of cameras makes me feel safe visiting. Any more you do have to be careful about homeless people living around storage units, but I didn't see any here possibly due to the huge fence around the place. I think my products are safe here. I've had a lot of storage spaces over the years (frequent travel and my job means I have to keep a lot of extra product that's hard to store at home), but I felt very good when I got a unit here. read more

I have been a customer at Taylor for about a year. I am really impressed with all the improvements that I have noticed since I have moved in. I was surprised that when I signed up, they had no junk fees, no admin fees, no security deposit, and they handed me a free lock. This I have never seen done before. I have used many self storage facilities in the past, for my business and personal use, and this one impressed me the most. For anyone needing storage, I am some what of an authority and I can tell you, for the price and for what you get, this place beats them all. read more

I kept my things there for over a decade. Last week Andy and his team went above and beyond to help when I was moving and I had a tight deadline. Never had any problems. They were always thoughtful and professional. Highly recommended! read more

Thank you for your response, I appreciate it. I am pretty surprised about the rental amount, as when I called to inquire about the rent going up to $95, I was told by the woman who answered the phone that they raise the rent every five years. $69 was the advertised price when I moved my belongings in. No one EVER mentioned that I was being charged the wrong rate!!! I even looked at a smaller unit and still wasn't informed about being charged the wrong rate. I appreciate you not charging me the back rent, as it was not my error and I was never informed. As to the food in my unit, I have NO IDEA what you are talking about!! I was the only one who had access and unless one of the movers put something in my boxes when I moved in three years ago, or one of my friends when I was packing, I was not aware of any food in there. I went through my things and did not find any food. I agree, there should be no food stored in the units. Although I'm sure the other units are nicer, as I did see inside some of them and they looked much better than the one I had, the ones in building A with the garage doors...are not nice. They need new weatherstripping on the bottom of the doors, stuff gets in. read more

This place was just remodeled and super clean! I felt safe keeping my stuff here compared to others. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Taylor storage does a great job of storing multiple items they even have an area in the back where they can store a vehicle or two maybe a trailer. I use them for a small storage facility in which they have always been very clean and very efficient they do offer 24 hour storage but if you have a smaller unit which is nested inside one of their buildings you need to go there during their hours and sometimes there can be a little constraint on the weekends because they are open from 9 to 4 on weekends otherwise you have access to everything you need when you need it. The manager or owner who works in the office is totally awesome he knows everything as soon as you pull up he notices you recognized as you open the gate he's just an awesome guy. When he's not there there are a couple other employees not bad but they don't know as much as he does he is definitely the man. And it's nice to know he's keeping an eye on all your stuff. Not sure what a five star storage facility is so that's why I'm only giving them 4 stars butt they just maybe a five-star facility and I don't know it. read more

Taylor Self Storage - Alarmed - Self Storage Near Me - Vista, California

I like this place. It's very cheap to rent a storage place. The staff is extremely friendly. And from what I have seen very secure. I do not believe it is temperature controlled "at least our storage unit" but I did not mind that. The transaction to have a unit went smoothly and the manager guides you step by step and before hand he shows you the unit you are about to rent. I would recommend bringing your business here. But I would ask to see if they do have temperature and humidity controlled units, for those of you out there wanting that. read more

I found this place online, they have good prices and decent location. Then I came here to read some mixed reviews. Some of the low star reviews are kind of weird and random so I ignored them... anyway, like others said it's clean and safe, I even got to see and choose my unit. This storage place isn't like some of the awful ones I've had to use in the past. I moved from the east coast back and forth a few times so I've seen my fair share of places to store your stuff. This place is one of the nicer self storages I've used and don't feel ripped off, the prices are good, it's worth the drive. Also, I'm a single woman and my stuff isn't worthless crap so I was really sold when I saw a huge screen in the office with all the security live feed. I want to be able to come whenever I want to get my skis out of the unit and feel safe enough to do that and secure enough to know they'll be there. I liked the big red gate and getting to use a security code to enter. So it's not like randos are wandering around trying to jump you and steal your stuff- it's a closed off property, no hobos hanging around to bug you like in some other places. read more

I been using this place for a few months to store my business inventory and they have a good storage rates. The main complaint is the security gate is at an angle and I get worried my car is going to run into it when punching in my access code. read more

I absolutely love storage facility. I've been storing here for 5 years. Being in the military, I'm gone 6 months at a time. My belongings have never been safer. They about 50 camera's covering the property. The buildings are kept up and always clean. They have 24 he on site manager. The staff has always been very helpful and professional. Like I said, I'm gone a lot, and they have a automatic payment plan, so I do not have to worry about remembering to pay every month, while I'm away. For all of the military out there, this is the place to store. Oh yeah, they do give military discounts! read more

I parked my RV for 8 months and I find out that someone was stolen my gasoline until last time they stolen the full tank and left me empty tank totally, they have signal in all place that they have security cameras but I ask then for the footage of the cameras and they said that the cameras isn't work, so, place is sketchy. I send an email reporting what happened and never got answer back, so, I do not recommend this place... it's not safety to storage you things... read more

Loren went above and beyond in our search for an RV storage space. I highly recommend this business!

Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with this place. I am a longtime renter and never had an issue. I like the manager - he is a nice and funny guy. However, what kills it for me is the sudden rent increase by 30 percent with only one month's notice. It might be legal, but I would argue it is borderline abusive on the owner's part. A normal person would reluctantly expect rent to increase in reasonable increments. Not by 30 percent and with short notice. read more

I have been using Taylor Self Storage in Vista for almost 2 years now. I have easy access when I need to get into my unit and I feel like the security is really good which is important to me. It is not that far from Oceanside where I originally looked for a unit. I ended up here because you could not beat the move in special of 2 free months rent and a free lock. read more
