They have a moisture problem. Both elevators on my side I need to get to my unit are broken and could not get up to my unit. So it's not ADA compliant. They also do not have carts for you to use. They also have been playing a fun little game charging us $12 for not receiving my proof of renters insurance which I have provided multiple times. This facility is ran so poorly. Your stuff gets so dirty and they could care less to take care of their property. We are planning to get out as soon as possible. I didn't smell any rot or mold like I did at the other places I looked at. Jessica helped me. She was nice. Straight to the point. Im not a fan of the administration fee and the lock. They should include that if you decide to get a unit with them in my personal opinion. You need insurance for your property here. They lock the flats, so you will have to ask for a key to get them to help unload your things. I guess the storage rent has the opportunity to go up within 7 months, so we will see about that. For I 5x7 ill be paying about 70/month with insurance. Not too bad. First month is free, but I still walked out the door paying 66 something because the admin fee, insurance, and lock You need a code to get inside the doors, so thats cool. I feel safe with the location also.

I fought for 2 1/2 years for his return and held that storage so that when he was returned, he would have all his things. When I started that storage, it cost, if I recall $130 or so and you raised your prices continually until I was being charged $300+ I have all those things and more in storage elsewhere for $60/month! I spent over $300,000 to return my son to the US and when I tried to clear out my storage after all these years, you locked me out and charged me for an extra month! You can keep your money and I will write a review, with my story to every review site there is! I asked you all to work with me and you don't care And I will write that review for every day, month and year my son was kidnapped So you can understand humanity and how much you charged only to keep our memories, while those memories were the only think we could hang onto! What could have been resolved in a few days you dragged out to another month. Now my friend is having to rent a uhaul in order to vacate your sad premises! Thank you for nothing!
