So I've been storage searching for about a week now, and I finally locked in on this storage place. I loved the units and I love how clean this particular location is. I didn't smell any rot or mold like I did at the other places I looked at. Jessica helped me. She was nice. Straight to the point. Im not a fan of the administration fee and the lock. They should include that if you decide to get a unit with them in my personal opinion. You need insurance for your property here. They lock the flats, so you will have to ask for a key to get them to help unload your things. I guess the storage rent has the opportunity to go up within 7 months, so we will see about that. For I 5x7 ill be paying about 70/month with insurance. Not too bad. First month is free, but I still walked out the door paying 66 something because the admin fee, insurance, and lock You need a code to get inside the doors, so thats cool. So you know, I kept that storage because all my son's things were there... My son, before he was 3 years old was abducted, taken and held in Korea. I fought for 2 1/2 years for his return and held that storage so that when he was returned, he would have all his things. When I started that storage, it cost, if I recall $130 or so and you raised your prices continually until I was being charged $300+ I have all those things and more in storage elsewhere for $60/month! I spent over $300,000 to return my son to the US and when I tried to clear out my storage after all these years, you locked me out and charged me for an extra month! You can keep your money and I will write a review, with my story to every review site there is! I asked you all to work with me and you don't care And I will write that review for every day, month and year my son was kidnapped So you can understand humanity and how much you charged only to keep our memories, while those memories were the only think we could hang onto! What could have been resolved in a few days you dragged out to another month. Now my friend is having to rent a uhaul in order to vacate your sad premises! Thank you for nothing! read more

On August 28th I contracted with Storquest for a 5' x 5' storage unit at $69.00/ month. Paid for August & September 2024 & Just received a notice that on October 23, 2024 the Monthly Rent rate jumps to $90/00. This is a 30% increase in two months. Do not store your items here. We had ALL of our belongings in this storage unit for 6-7 months only to find the majority of our belongings with mold on them. I've had to throw away brand new clothes after investing in a whole new wardrobe, a printer, an iMac computer amongst other things. Worst part is, this is a relatively new location. My husband and I specifically picked a climate controlled storage facility due to the nature of our items (furniture, electronics, etc). Not to mention, our very expensive bed frame and living room furniture had mold all over it. Items that were stored in boxes felt damp too. I still can't believe it. I've been with this storage facility since they opened and for the most part it's been a good experience. I would say over the past year or so, is where some issues have come up. They are not staffed to meet the needs of the business. Two weeks ago my wife and I went to get some items out of our unit and had to give our DL to use a cart. No big deal, but when we went to return the cart and get our DL, the only staff member for the day went to lunch. We had to wait an hour then drive back to the storage facility to get the license. We left a voicemail for the store manager and he never called back. I went back today and there was no one available to use a cart. read more

if you're renting and have a unit in the B building I'd highly recommend checking your unit because there are areas without any cameras. Mine was robbed of invaluable items. Management said it was an isolated incident but they don't know if it was or wasn't because there's no cameras facing an entire isle on the third floor. Brought up my concern that management should give everyone a courtesy call to check on their units, but the manager got mad at me her tone quickly changed from friendly to irritated like if I did her wrong or something. She's not the one who lost all of her dead dogs items to thieves including a clipping of my dogs braided hair that was warped up and in his doggie tote. Really bad customer service, weird hours, access's to one building but not the other.. this place needs some improvement.. we called to help help and the rep was rude and not helpful at all. I'm in the military. I placed my stuff in a unit located at this property. I had to throw away everything with cloth and foam to include my couch, bed, bags, cushion, etc. The mold accumulation is not worth it. The company can say that everything I'm saying is a lie but I had an external entity come in and do a study. I have the results and I'll email them to you. They won't compensate for anything. You can message me. This is the last thing you want to worry about after coming home from a deployment. read more

I noticed this place as I do Frequent the gym nearby. So I decided to stop in and see how much the units cost. I met a gentleman by the name of Martin who was very professional and helpful. He also showed me where the unit was and how to operate the lock. The place is new and environmentally controlled. read more

It's a clean, easily accessible storage unit. The staff has been friendly so far and helped w/a billing situation while my daughter was away @ bootcamp. Lots of different size units to choose from as well and always have specials going on. I have noticed they are full a lot more now but they still have a good selection. read more

This place is nice and clean. However, there is no way you can get a hold directly from the people in the office. The number to call will directly contact you to the central. The people from the central offices were not helpful at all. The manager at the Vista location was a very nice guy. I had no issue with him at all. However, I had a bad experience at the end with one of the staff there. The day I moved out and emptied the storage, I told that girl who was in charge of the store that I needed her to stop my automated payments. She took my info and said to not worry that she will do so that same day. So I left trusting she would take care of this. Well, two days after I found out my card was charged. Anyways, long story short, it took them almost a week to get my refund back on my bank account. The manager was apologetic but it wasn't his fault. I don't blame it at him. I just blame it at the girl who didn't pay attention to details and at the central offices for they have such a horrible customer service team. read more
