They have a moisture problem. Both elevators on my side I need to get to my unit are broken and could not get up to my unit. So it's not ADA compliant. They also do not have carts for you to use. They also have been playing a fun little game charging us $12 for not receiving my proof of renters insurance which I have provided multiple times. This facility is ran so poorly. Your stuff gets so dirty and they could care less to take care of their property. We are planning to get out as soon as possible. Don't sign their contract because it means nothing to them and the "managers" don't even know what the fine print is or what it means. I had a hardship this past month and was agreeing to my notice completely which was pay my fees and last months rent in full by the date specified on my notice, two days earlier in fact. Upon calling I spoke with Nathan who was the on site manager at the time and he had told me that my signed notice was invalid and now since it is past the first of the next month I had to pay the rent due for the current month and this month without notice- which was due in two days. I wasn't asking for partial payment but I was willing to pay the amount and he argued with me and stuttered saying there was nothing he could do, that his program (that he wouldn't disclose) quikstor didn't give him the option to change this amount and it was set by the owner. I asked when the person who signed this document would be in Andres Marino, and he told me he wouldn't and that Andres could contact me if he wanted to on his own will. I asked about the owner and he wouldn't give me that information either. With research there is no Andres Marino in the area, let alone any in the world that are tied to this establishment. My rental agreement form that I had signed the day I rented the unit states that the occupant will pay the owner the indicated fee for each letter sent to the occupant notifying occupant of the owners lien. In the event of default the occupant agrees to pay all collection and lien costs incurred by owner. I also had a lien fee amount increase from my agreement to this notice and didn't receive the proper written notice of change. Well here I am trying to pay for this notice what I'm agreeing to and trying to set up a payment agreement for this months rent and he won't accept it. He told me he can only split the payment if I go in with a family member and he could do two cards on his system. Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of that. But, if I go into the office I can use multiple cards in one transaction. This is really shady to me, and help me if I'm wrong but this smells of illegal. I couldn't even get a straight answer. All he could say is that is the way it is and he can't help me because then they would have to help everyone else. All the managers would tell me the same thing if I could get a hold of them, but he wouldn't classify when that could be or if it would be within these two days. Quality wise- they have rats that were promised to be taken care of. Our items are covered in rat poop, fur, and nesting from other items they've torn up. Our unit and our belongings are also water damaged from their pipelines bursting that caused flooding. We were told it wasn't their problem or their responsibility. I wouldn't be surprised if our unit has been broken into and damaged more or if they kick us out regardless of policy. Maybe they're used to it and this happens more often than not.

When I first signed up for this space it was because it was a good deal. They really only gave me that deal for the first month, We finally decided to move out after receiving yet another rent increase -- three increases in less than two years is honestly ridiculous. It felt like every time we turned around, the price was going up again. On top of that, basic convenience was an issue. The trash and recycling bins are consistently locked, which makes no sense when you're actively paying for a unit. If I'm renting space there, I should be able to throw away small amounts of trash without it turning into a whole ordeal. The customer service was the final straw. When I went to clear out my unit on 3/21/26, I brought a small bag of trash (just hangers, dryer sheets, etc.). I walked into the office and was immediately met with a rude, dismissive attitude. The employee looked annoyed from the start, questioned me about what was in the bag, and made the whole interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. It didn't feel professional at all. Overall, between the constant price increases, lack of basic access, and poor customer service, this place just isn't worth it. I'm relieved to be out and would not recommend renting here.

They are my preferred storage facility for several reasons 1) 7/24 access to your wine locker. Other facilities require you only access during business hours. 2) Receiving of Direct Shipments. They are secure in handling direct shipments and put in a temporary locker so you can access the shipment and move it to your permanent storage locker at your convenience. Other facilities charge a fee for receiving direct shipments. 3) Reasonable Storage fees. Other facilities charge more for the same space. They are not the closest facility to my home, but I don't mind travelling further because of the additional benefits mentioned above. They are my preferred wine storage facility.
