    This place is a total rip off. I have had a large, ground level storage unit for years for my company. Over the years, the rent has increased by $100s. I've attached two photos from the September payment and the notice I received for the October rent increase. It went up $40 a month. That's nearly a 10% increase this month alone. I should note that this will be the 2nd rate increase this year... Thankfully I moved out before the October increase took place. Go elsewhere where the facilities value your business.

    The fourth time in 5 days we swept water from the unit. $350 per month for a leaking unit.

    Do not rent here. We have rented an indoor unit for 3 years. For the last 6 weeks, we have had a lot of rain. Our unit with many others had massive amounts of water leaking from above & through walls on the floor. I had to sweep out large amounts of water many times. The management brought someone to clear the water out of the hallway but made no repairs to avoid continued issues. They offered to replace the cardboard boxes for free but said they were not responsible for items in boxes damaged. We have had nothing but constant issues with rodents. Many of our items are now infested. Recently we have moved & found that the entire back wall had mold growing & transferring to our boxes. This place is terrible & expensive with constant price increases. BEWARE.

    Filthy. Smells. Elevators don't work, had to take stairs. Still has carpet. I didn't even move into my unit because it was so gross.

But I'm kicked out becuz of another tenant who was trying to hit me with a bat so I asked the facility Manger for help and was kicked out for doing so....Very unfare and just not a pleasant environment...So if u need help remember don't ask this place for it cuz they will kick u out in a heart beat....I got one day left to move my stuff out and I asked summer to plz let me have tell tomorrow cuz I get paid at 12am tonight and can have a truck here to move me...So so rudly said NO AND KEPT ON WALKING AWAY....JUSTDONT RENT HERE

    Bad business practices, doesn't care about customer service and uses a false identity to sign…read morenotices and doesn't abide by the notice information proving to be false information given to occupants! Don't sign their contract because it means nothing to them and the "managers" don't even know what the fine print is or what it means. I had a hardship this past month and was agreeing to my notice completely which was pay my fees and last months rent in full by the date specified on my notice, two days earlier in fact. Upon calling I spoke with Nathan who was the on site manager at the time and he had told me that my signed notice was invalid and now since it is past the first of the next month I had to pay the rent due for the current month and this month without notice- which was due in two days. I wasn't asking for partial payment but I was willing to pay the amount and he argued with me and stuttered saying there was nothing he could do, that his program (that he wouldn't disclose) quikstor didn't give him the option to change this amount and it was set by the owner. I asked when the person who signed this document would be in Andres Marino, and he told me he wouldn't and that Andres could contact me if he wanted to on his own will. I asked about the owner and he wouldn't give me that information either. With research there is no Andres Marino in the area, let alone any in the world that are tied to this establishment. My rental agreement form that I had signed the day I rented the unit states that the occupant will pay the owner the indicated fee for each letter sent to the occupant notifying occupant of the owners lien. In the event of default the occupant agrees to pay all collection and lien costs incurred by owner. I also had a lien fee amount increase from my agreement to this notice and didn't receive the proper written notice of change. Well here I am trying to pay for this notice what I'm agreeing to and trying to set up a payment agreement for this months rent and he won't accept it. He told me he can only split the payment if I go in with a family member and he could do two cards on his system. Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of that. But, if I go into the office I can use multiple cards in one transaction. This is really shady to me, and help me if I'm wrong but this smells of illegal. I couldn't even get a straight answer. All he could say is that is the way it is and he can't help me because then they would have to help everyone else. All the managers would tell me the same thing if I could get a hold of them, but he wouldn't classify when that could be or if it would be within these two days. Quality wise- they have rats that were promised to be taken care of. Our items are covered in rat poop, fur, and nesting from other items they've torn up. Our unit and our belongings are also water damaged from their pipelines bursting that caused flooding. We were told it wasn't their problem or their responsibility. I wouldn't be surprised if our unit has been broken into and damaged more or if they kick us out regardless of policy. Maybe they're used to it and this happens more often than not.

If you are looking for a moving company that is reliable, careful, detail-oriented, and deeply respectful of your home and your items, Diamond Moving Company is the one. I'm genuinely grateful for the experience and won't hesitate to hire them again in the future. My one complaint which has happened everytime I use them is the estimate is almost half meaning it usually cost 2x what I am quoted.
