Shoot, even the bathroom is amazing at the facility along with their little candies that they have available for you I've suffered a traumatic brain injury in the past so businesses that can help me remember things or at least be kind when I have forgotten mean a lot to me. Recently my truck was broken into while I was in Mexico and my purse along with all of my credit cards in my bank card were stolen. This made it impossible for me to pay my storage bill when it came due. I had been on auto pay, but once the cards were killed, that was no longer relevant. Andre went way out of his way to call and remind me that the bill was due, he even let me know how many days I had to work with before a late charge would be assessed once I realize that I wasn't going to be able to use my bank card in time he immediately sent me a form which was super easy to fill out online, allowing my bank account to be linked to my auto pay, and the funds were immediately available so that my items in storage were safe and sound Andre followed up with me to make sure that I had it done if I needed any help he was there for me and just overall compassionate and understanding! When I first signed up for this space it was because it was a good deal. They really only gave me that deal for the first month, We finally decided to move out after receiving yet another rent increase -- three increases in less than two years is honestly ridiculous. It felt like every time we turned around, the price was going up again. On top of that, basic convenience was an issue. The trash and recycling bins are consistently locked, which makes no sense when you're actively paying for a unit. If I'm renting space there, I should be able to throw away small amounts of trash without it turning into a whole ordeal. The customer service was the final straw. When I went to clear out my unit on 3/21/26, I brought a small bag of trash (just hangers, dryer sheets, etc.). I walked into the office and was immediately met with a rude, dismissive attitude. The employee looked annoyed from the start, questioned me about what was in the bag, and made the whole interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. It didn't feel professional at all. Overall, between the constant price increases, lack of basic access, and poor customer service, this place just isn't worth it. I'm relieved to be out and would not recommend renting here.
