I half expected a drumroll when they handed it over. Fresh, flavorful, and high-quality--honestly, the guac alone deserves its own fan club. But alas, no tale of triumph is without its tragedy. The restaurant is clean and antiseptic and very much embraces the minimalist philosophy in architecture. There are no cashiers so you have to order all your food to a kiosk. There are a lot of items you can choose from outside other recommended dishes. I built my own bowl with noodles and garlic sesame sauce, which was really good. The staff is nice and friendly and the kitchen looks to be a well oiled machine. I like my bowl and would order it again. If you wanna quick bite to eat, thats outside of your tradition from fast food then stop by here you won't be disappointed.
