Stopped here for takeout on May 10, 2023. Picked up three chili dogs, and two medium fries. Once again, it appeared another restaurant was short staffed as our window person also had to retrieve our order, and perhaps prepare it as well. The young lady was pleasant and efficient. The food was hot and the order was correct. No complaints. Rally's is a regular stop for us, as a family member has a penchant for chili dogs, and nowhere else on Vine Street are they available. The buns are fresh. The chili is just right. If I had a complaint it would be for more onions. Next time, we'll just ask. We also enjoy the lightly spiced French fries. A little different, but not too much! read more

Beware. I ordered and paid for a Brisket Bosswich sandwich (3x meat) but received the smaller and less expensive Brisket Melt sandwich instead. I was not provided a receipt either. There seems to be communication and clerical problems here. Perhaps their computer system was down as the order taker cashier could not ring me up properly and did not read back my order to me before I paid for it. Otherwise, the service was friendly. Have you ever got the feeling that you were cheated? I shudder to think that the $1.00 coupon for a large french fries that I redeemed was at the heart of the problem. read more

Very rude. They Don't even say thank you . They don't wear uniforms or hairnets or gloves or anything. Damn near threw the food threw the window! Fine looking chili dog i got. Also missed something from my order. Also got wings that were barely covered in BBQ. Looked like tenders more than anything. Fed it to my dog otherwise i would have gotten pictures. About to do the same with this uh... Chili dog. Never seen a hot dog with more wrinkles than a scrotum. read more

I went to Rally's for a quick lunch that turned into not a quick lunch. I was in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and when I got in line there was only 3 cars in front of me. The food was okay for a fast food burger which was why I gave 2 stars instead of one. read more

The worst, they cannot understand simple English. I ask for no cheese - comes with two slices; little mayo, little ketchup and no mustard - no mustard is all they heard, bun covered in mayo with ketchup dripping out the side. This is not a one time thing, happens every time I go, keep hoping they'll hire decent people, but keep hiring the same ole losers that think they deserve $15 an hour. read more

I'm giving Rally's 4 stars because I love their fries! Their fries are so good! They come with other options like loaded fries and chilli fries but I've never gotten those kinds. We have had the Rally burger, the Big Buford, the spicy chicken, fries, ice cream - thats about it. I will say, it doesn't seem as cheap maybe, like the spicy chicken combo is a regular price combo, but it is made of a chopped up chicken patty, when I would expect a real chicken breast for the price. This place is a drive thru - not sure if that is trypical, tho I think it is. They seem to be pretty good with getting the order correct, and moving the line along. read more

Call president Rick Silva's office and got run around. Thieves and incompetent. Guess management needs to look at things from a consumer's viewpoint. It doesn't get better for ANY fast food drive-thru. The food is always great and the prices are better than right. The clincher here is the people and I guess the speaker/ordering system. You can always understand them but more importantly, THEY understand you. Caliber of the staff here make it the best deal in the area. read more

Went to the Vine street. Rally's for the first time monday September 21 2020. Was a little leery, after the bad experience I had at the Rally's in Maple hts. Will I was surprised they where not busy, being it was between lunch and dinner Very nice young man who was polite, friendly, took the order of a buford burger small fries banana milk shake. Took a little time for the food to arrive. Which makes sense seen they weren't busy, the young man handed the milk shake first which tasted like real banana, not that off flavor you get from some other places. Then he handed me the bag with the fries , burger. You knew it was freshly made from the heat coming from the bag. The fries were almost to hot to eat. mmmmm the burger was also hot the meat was moist and a generous amount of fixens. Nothing like the burger I got from the Maple hts. Store where the meat was burnt and dry a only few topping, and their fries were cold and hard like reheated. Good going Vine st. Rally's be seeing you again. read more

I have had the worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant at this establishment. After ordering food at the window, receiving it and going home I found what I received was not correct. I went back and the Manager did put the full order back in and remade it. I thought the same thing, that was the right thing to do and Kudos. Well I got home and was missing a burger. Everyone deserves a second chance so I went back tonight and talk about things getting worse. I placed my order and when I looked at the screen on the terminal the 2 burgers I ordered for 5 bucks was ringing up at over 3 bucks each. That was fixed and I did verify the screen was right. I then waited for my food. 4 Burgers and 2 large fries were put into the smallest bag they had. When they brought the food to the window after my experience I asked for them to double check it. He could not verify for me so he took the bag and started to check what was there. The guy that took my order went over to him when he realized he was making sure the order was correct, grabbed the fries from his hand shoved them back into the bag without any checking and then came to the window shoved my food into my hand and slammed the window in my face as I said hold on. As I was waiting on my food there was another customer that was there to get his food which was missing after he left the drive through and had to return. So I knocked on the window and the manager who I had spoken to the day before came to the window opened it and began fighting with me. He said the order was right and I was no longer allowed on the premises. When I arrived home I had a sweet ice tea when I asked for unsweetened and a food that was smashed and cold. The person that had half the order called the store when I got to the house and the manager told him the order was f*#c*!ng right and would not speak with him. If you want the meal you ordered handled in a professional manner, served hot and from a team that knows what they are doing and does not disrespect customers DO NOT go to this place. read more

The food served here is decent. But the staff has alot to learn when it comes to appearance,hygiene and representing a business they work for. They are suspicious individuals with visible tattoos on arms and necks. They have blue,red,and green sprayed colors in hair. Nose piercings. And their attitudes are poor when it comes to customer service because they havent been educated properly and trained well to do their job in a respectful manner. The owner needs to hire quality staff workers not just a bunch of young kids that look like punks and who draw suspicious individuals and groups that hang out in outside dining area making other guests uncomfortable and feeling unsafe. The owner is like a slumlord....just collecting his money but not overseeing his business. Clearly doesnt care about the Eastlake community his business is in,if he did he would address these issues but has not. Money is all he cares about. Wouldnt recommend if you dont like feeling unsafe around suspicious shady people. read more
