We tried savvy sliders on their second day open because I was so excited to try the menu and couldn't wait. We pulled in and the drive-through was very long. I guess Brook Park is excited to have a fun new place to eat! We walked in and there were lots of people, but the line to order wasn't long and there were some open tables. ordering was easy, but deciding was not! Everyone was so friendly and enthusiastic. The dining room was clean and bright. Their slogan is 'worth the Wait'- No lie here. Most places have a lot of kinks at the beginning, but it seemed like the only one was the wait for food. Good things come, though, right?! I got a combo with the boom chicken and the original savvy. I also added the house blend seasoning to the fries. It reminded me a lot of red robins fries, the blend was good not too salty. My chicken sandwich was cooked well had a nice sturdy bun and a blob of boom sauce. I would've liked a little more sauce or a piece of cheese, but the sandwich was good. with a piece of chicken that small would be very easy to overcook and dry out, but that was not the case here. my savvy burger was fantastic. The onion pickle and mustard really gave this an exciting flavor that I loved. I can't wait to try some of the other burgers. Though it took a minute, our food was fresh and hot! My parents liked their meals and my husband said the chicken tenders were good. We also liked the cheese curds. The breading had a little kick to it and they were tasty! Everyone was working hard as a team and very accommodating. A manager named Mark was in the dining room the whole time talking with guest, thanking them for coming, helping out at the register, etc . that kind of visibility at the beginning goes along way to new customers. As promised, I made my second trip to Savvy Sliders. Always giving a place a second chance and hoping to be blown away on this trip. I hit the drive thru and service was very efficient. I ordered their limited time offer - 5 fingers and two sauces for $10.00. Well, I was told that the second sauce would be $0.49 upcharge. At the window, I showed the employee the website that stated two sauces were included. She said that isn't how it comes up on the register. She handed me my bucket and sauce and I drove forward. Slightly frustrated with the one sauce and the fact that the cup was only filled halfway, I parked and went into the restaurant. I hoped to find a manager but did not see one. Frustrated, I left, knowing that approx 1 ounce of sauce would never be enough. Sure enough it wasn't. The sauce was gone and two tenders were left to eat. How were the tenders? Well, Cane's has nothing to worry about!!! The tenders were delivered quickly and were served hot but they were dry - very dry. The 1 ounce serving of sauce was very very important. I doubt that I will return unless involved in going with a group. I hope someone in management reads this review and tries to look at things from the customer's perspective. read more

Came to try out this new establishment. Never heard of this place before but one of my friends recommended I try it. Ordered the spicy chicken finger meal. The meal comes with 5 chicken tenders, fries, and a long sesame bun. Unfortunately the chicken was super dry but it could be because this place is fairly new and they could still be trying to figure out the kitchen equipment. The crinkle cut fries are delicious and seems fresh. The long bun is buttered and fluffy. The employees were very nice and answered any questions we had. And the place was clean but some of the tables stayed dirty from prior customers and were still dirty by the time I finished my meal. Will come back again to give their sliders a try. read more

This was a nice change for a new CLE gem! We ordered 2 #3 boxes which includes 1 burger slider 2 tenders and a drink. Also added an Oreo shake. $30 for 2 people. First the shake was outstanding. Perfection. Tenders were fantastic texture & flavor was so on point. Fries cajon and house both very good Burgers Savvy sliders were okay. There pickles were fire!! First time at Savvy Sliders and was very happy with the whole experience. The manager (owner?) was very friendly and welcoming. He warned us they make everything to order so sometimes there's a wait but it wasn't too bad. We had the savvy slider, boomin chicken, falafel, and fish which were all very good. They are sliders so bigger eaters will probably want to order a couple. The manager also threw in a couple spicy tenders as a bonus and those were really good too. Definitely a good spice level, similar to or maybe a tad hotter than the Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich. We also got a large fry to split which was enormous. The house seasoning added a nice zip. I don't really understand what's happening here. the place is named Savvy Sliders and yet the most common thing i heard being ordered (as i waited entirely too long for my order) was chicken fingers. ok then. additionally, i'm going to be the asshole that complains about childlike behavior coming from children, but the cashiers need to be talked to. while people were waiting (once again, too long) for their orders, 2 of the girls at (are they even registers anymore) computers were acting completely immature. more accurately, one was, the other was slightly better. but the more annoying one was talking to customers who ordered online as if they were just schoolmates... "it's not up yet... you're gonna have to wait" or just randomly making dumb noises and comments to her coworkers as if she was there all by herself... too loud. another boy was taking break outside which would be fine if they weren't backed up in the kitchen. though, the kid appeared to be 11 and is probably not allowed in the kitchen. anyway, the food was alright. i got the combo w/ fries, a drink and 2 sliders so i got the savvy original slider (no onions) and the falafel slider. the beef one wasn't great. meat tasted weird and was rubbery. however, the falafel was really good (except for the near white tomato on it). the fries were also very good. one other thing that was irritating... everything is packaged in a box which is then taped up and put into a large plastic bag. so much waste and why does it have to be "impossible" to open packaging anymore (everything from cereal to my slider lunch). and why in the hell does my drink have to be taped over when you're handing it directly to me. i get why if it's being handed to a DoorDash driver or whatever, but i picked up my order directly. stupid. well, i'll probably give it another try sometime. i'm sure my wife wants to try it. i happened to be in the area at lunch time so i went alone. if the "boss" doesn't like it, though, i'll be getting my falafel elsewhere. read more

Really only even posting as a warning - we ordered online for pick up. With this, there were no "pick up instructions." I opted to pick up through the drive-thru, as most places with online ordering and drive-thrus allow this and I had a cranky five year-old fresh out of school. So we pull into the drive-thru, they say to pull ahead to the second window. Perfect. Wait about 10 minutes as the line goes by and we get to the window. First person at the window goes to grab the order and doesn't come back. A girl comes over and very rudely says that they don't do online pick-up through the drive-thru. Okay? Then says she "can't even find" the order, as if I was lying? Okay?? So we pulled around, went inside, and watched the order sit there for awhile as we waited to get to the counter. No issues inside besides maybe having an online-order pick up line or something along those lines like other restaurants? I understand they're new, busy, and still getting the hang of things but there's no excuse for rudeness or customer-blaming - this really should've been a much simpler experience. Went to finally give it a chance and i have to say for the high prices not worth it. Order a meal for myself, my wife and son and it was close to $40. Food was no better than a burger king or mcdonalds burger. Onion brings and fries were cold within 5 minute drive to get home. Overall disappointed and certainly will not go back. read more

This place is not for me. The overall taste of the food was underwhelming and paying nearly 16 dollars for sliders that are the diameter if a half dollar makes this place totally overpriced. Was not allowed to upgrade to a different side on a combo meal - you can have fries - that's it - they are missing an opportunity here since Culver's for example lets you sub for a premium side for a minimal upcharge. I was simply not impressed with this place at all and will not be returning.
