This location has consistently provided a negative experience, and unfortunately, this will be my last visit. When interacting with customers over the intercom, staff should remain professional at all times. You never know who you're speaking to, and basic courtesy should be expected. During my visit, I experienced and observed the following: * Staff behaving unprofessionally, including flirting at the drive-thru window while customers were waiting * Extremely slow service with long wait times * Orders frequently incorrect or served cold * Employees appearing disengaged and lacking basic customer service * Staff behind the building smoking and not following proper hygiene practices * Unsafe food handling, including no gloves and improper handling of food These issues raise serious concerns about both customer service and food safety standards. This does not appear to be a one-time incident, but an ongoing problem. This location would benefit from stronger management oversight, proper staff training, and enforcement of basic health and safety protocols. I will also be reporting these concerns to the appropriate organizations. read more

I visit this location often. And I have yet to have a bad experience. The prices are exactly what I expect. The staff is always friendly. I always have hot and fresh items. Which is always a plus. And much appreciated. I do recommend this location. You won't be disappointed. read more

Terrible, terrible service. I pulled up to the intercom about 1 o'clock in the morning on a Friday. The woman talks so fast that I couldn't understand what she was saying. I asked her to repeat it, and she did the same thing. Finally, a guy came on the intercom to tell me that they had a DoorDash order, and they would be, about 15 minutes before they could do anybody else's order. I didn't bother to ask him anything else. Bad food & screwed up orders. Time & time again so I gave up going here. Sad ass onion rings, luke warm fish or Original chix sandwiches. Lousy cheese puffs. Broke *ss shake machine. My last visit I only ordered a double whopper with cheese $9.60. I got a whopper with cheese. I thought when I got the bag it was lite. I thought you crazy! I was here early on a Friday morning (7:30 AMish) just needing a place to work from for a bit. I got a large soda - pricey. There was only one other person inside the store. The interior was nicely decorated and I opted for a high stool at the raised table I had just driven up from Columbus and decided to stand at the counter and work. The wifi was fine - which is the only thing I really needed. I got to work right away. OH - the have a soda fountain with Coke products. I should have got a smaller size and gone for refills - live and learn. Anyways, there was a fairly large staff that must have mostly been working the drive through as there was little to no walk in traffic the 45 minutes or so I was there. The manager (?) seemed to have a running dialogue with her employees. At times there was some colorful language - which does not offend me but might others. I supposed she thought no one was listening in the store front but her voice carries. The location is good - .2 miles from 71. I was meeting folks right at the exchange of 71 and 150th. Came here at 11:00pm to grab some lunch with a friend and upon my arrival the doors were locked and they wouldn't open them. Instead they just stared at us as we knocked. I checked for a sign saying, "Lobby Closed" but their were none. However the drive thru wasn't an option as I was in a dump truck but I walked up and they allowed me to order. I'm really not a huge fan of eating fast food but when you're on vacation and you're looking to grab breakfast and move quickly on to your next destination, Burger King works! Let me just say that the manager that was working the morning my party of 8 arrived gave us the best customer service I've ever experienced at a Burger King! He was patient, suggested options and was very friendly and energetic. He took our crazy, super lengthy order and made sure we had everything served hot and quickly! We ate there and I watched him cater to the other customers, I remember leaving and thinking how impressed I was with the service here. This location was clean, the staff was efficient and friendly, I would definitely recommend stopping in to make your purchase. read more

Cold chicken sandwich, I ordered it deluxe I got 1 tomato the size of a quarter, barely any lettuce .... incompetency starts at the bottom up , when you can't even put the proper amount of lettuce and tomato on a sandwich and make it look somewhat presentable then quit your job , as far as any manager not capable of overseeing your employees and ensuring quality food goes out is an even bigger incompetent ..... person .... the owner of this franchise should be ashamed and comfortable with paying people to sit around and not work at 1/4 capacity.... a microwave could do a better job read more

Burger King aka Burger Slop. Ordered 2 big kings, onion rings, whopper with cheese, 2 double cheeseburgers and a 8pc jalapeno bites. What I received was 2 Big Kings, 1 whopper w/cheese, 1 double cheeseburger, no onion rings and a missing sandwich. Having not lived in the Cleveland area for the past year I havent been to this one as of late but they are known for consistently fucking up the order. Well nothing has changed at this location. The Fat sweat working the window probably ate the rings and the missing sandwich. Her arm was big enough that it took up the entire togo window. I know working at a place like Burger King requires an aptitude test in intelligence but it cant be that hard. They are the rudest employees and rate subpar on an intelligence level. I ordered a chicken sandwich with tomato instead of lettuce. The smallest tomato slice was given to me a size of a pickel..was that even necessary? I ask the employee if they can give me a normal slice she said there is a $0.15 charge again are you serious?
