Very nice guys working here. Place was empty so all tables were clean. They kept the prep area super clean. The Philly steak was made good & fresh and pretty tasty w/ added LTM. The steak portion seemed less than the chicken Philly which I've had last 3 visits. The price of $10.25 for the regular seems a high for the size considering it's half a step above fast food places. Been to this location a few times with no problems, but this last time was different. The same employees were working that have been there every time I've gone. I walked in an hour + before closing. Ordered my usual beef cheesesteak, that I've never had a problem with ordering before. Provolone. Extra veggies (no problem at any location with this as I don't get any of the cold veggie toppings). They only had wheat bread. Ok. That was fine. I was complimented, told I was looking beautiful, which made me uncomfortable, I was in sweats after cleaning out the attic all day. I was sent out the door with more BS compliments and we'll see you next time. When we opened our subs at home, there was less than a regular portion of the veggies and little cheese. That explained the reason for the creepy compliments. I will not be returning. read more

Showed up there at 6:40pm when they close at 9:00pm. They had no bread to fulfill the order of 4 subs. Not sure how you allow yourself to run out of bread when you are a sandwich shop. Worker advised they were making more bread but it would be awhile before it's done. read more

I came in at 8:55 tonight, 5 minutes before they closed. Which, is a terrible thing to do and they had every right to refuse me service. They had already put all the ingredients away and were practically closed when my horrible self walked in. And yet, They still served me. The lady and gentleman working were super polite, made me a sub, and had a nice bit of small talk about their awning outside breaking earlier in the day, even after I came in and delayed their end of their day. Introduced a colleague to the wonderful world of Jersey Mike's today. You can only eat Subway so many times before needing something substantially better, in my opinion, and JM fits the bill!! I had the Chipotle Chicken Philly and it was delicious!! The bread alone is worth the price of the sandwich, and I love the style of sliced Philly-style chicken that they use. I've been a HUGE fan of Jersey Mike's Subs for decades. In fact, I used to go to the original store in Point Pleasant, NJ when I was a much younger (i'm 60 now), since I lived in the area. Nothing like spending a day at the beach sunning and swimming, then getting some good food to satisfy your hunger. I've been in Ohio now for 27 years, and have been supporting many of the local JM stores in Cuyahoga County. I was utterly shocked when I came to this JM store to get a giant turkey and swiss sub, and saw the price was over $16 dollars! I understand inflation and food prices going up, but this is ridiculous! I think there is something more going on here, perhaps some kind of price gouging?! read more

Stopped in for subs to go for the family on my way bAck from Indianapolis, then Columbus. My one star is just based on pricing ! Subs are great. Last week I had a sub for lunch in Indianapolis, a huge turkey & provolone for $13.25. I ordered the same here and I pay $15.25 for the same sh#t!! Bulls#hit!!! $6.00 more for three huge subs. We got two subs from there. A hot and a cold one. I was surprised they cut the deli meat to order, even the cheese is cut off the block to order. Not sure if it was because it was a slow day, or if that's SOP. We got our subs to go. Once we opened it up it was kind of messy, but they tasted really good. The price was on par for an over-the-counter sub place with take out and sit-down options. It'd be nice if they had more toppings options, and it seemed odd their California Chicken sub didn't have avocado on it. The place was very clean and the employees were nice. No complaints there. We'll be back to try some other things in the future. Give it a shot, nice alternative to subway. read more

I've been a fan of Jersey Mikes since I stumbled upon one in Michigan. I love how the owners at this location are so personable and friendly. They take interest in you and put care into making your order. The food is always fresh and the establishment is clean. My favorite sub shop! I had the Philly cheesesteak today and it was delicious. The bread was fresh and it was nice and hot. I also like how the subs are wrapped in foil so they stay hot until you get to your destination. The cookies are also pretty tasty too! read more

I was not all that impressed with Jersey Mike's. The sandwiches were only okay -- they put WAY too much lettuce on them. I could hardly taste the meat because of all the toppings that they put on it. Also, I ordered my sandwiches online and when I got there, after the time I was told they would be ready, I still had to wait for them to be made. The excuse given was that they got busy, but I believe that pre-orders should be ready when they are supposed to be ready and walk-ins done around the pre-orders. And the excuse of being busy didn't wash. There were only two people in the store and 5 employees. How hard would it be for one of those employees dedicated to on-line orders as they come in? My husband and I have lunch at this particular Jersey Mike's location, at least once a week, as the meal and service are simply outstanding! We just moved to the area and the same guy (I'm a jerk, I don't know his name ~ although, I can only assume that he's the owner/operator as he's there every single time we've frequented the establishment) takes the time to acknowledge the fact that he remembers us (which is rather nice and unexpected) even when there are several people in line. Very disappointed with both the food and the attitude of the man who made my sandwich. I ordered a grilled veggie wrap on tomato basil to take out. I got a wrap full of lettuce with sauce and maybe one grilled green pepper and a micro amount of cheese. I took it to the meeting I had to attend and ate it, but returned to the restaurant afterwards to voice my concern, thinking I must have gotten the wrong sandwich . The gentleman insisted he had made the right sandwich and was very defensive. With a small bag of chips, the cost was about $8. Just what I needed today! Best Italian sub I've had in a long time. Although any sandwich would have satisfied me. Fresh bread. Fresh sliced cheese and meat piled high with fresh cut veggies, topped with oil, vinegar and that oh so special seasoning. Yum! Service top notch. The last time I ate here locally was 7 or 8 years ago. I live out of the area. Came in and immediately recognized the man and woman from over on Lorain Rd in Fairview Park. I was told they moved here about a year ago. So happy I found them today. Hands down the leader among sandwich shops in southwest Cleveland suburbs. I have a long history with Subway which is quickly losing market share. The inconsistency with their bread from location to location is terrible.I cant stand the precut lettuce and preservatives in a bag. JJ's is like the Walmart of sandwich places. It will do in a pinch but if I have a choice I would go somewhere else. Penn Station and Di Bella's reminds me more of Quiznos. Again okay for certain sandwiches only.
