This is one of my favorite "fast food" spots in the city when I'm craving chicken tenders. Think Canes except everything is seasoned very well. I always get the chicken strip meal with the house sauce and even the sauce is seasoned. Everyone taking orders and at the window are always super nice. A friend of mine recommended this joint. He said the chicken and the sauce on the spicy chicken sandwich was awesome. I happened to be in the neighborhood, so I stopped in for a bite. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, but they were out of spicy chicken breasts. However, they substituted three spicy chicken tenders for the breast on the sandwich. They put it on a yummy bun, added some iceburg lettuce, and squirted on some zesty sauce. The sandwich was served piping hot, so hot that it burned my mouth. The flavor was amazing! This was the best spicy chicken sandwich that I've ever had. The pickles, sauce, lettuce, and chicken were all perfect. It had a good bit of spice to it. Amazing! The staff is always pleasant and provide great service every time I visit. The line can be long at times but what chicken spot isn't when the food is bomb. My husband dug the spicy chicken sandwich. It was juicy and very spicy. You can tell the chicken was freshly made in house. I was excited to try this place after seeing all the delicious post on IG. I can see why people compare it to Raising Cane's but The Crispy Chick has more variety. These are the items that Cane's do not have : A spicy chicken sandwich, A signature sandwich with house sauce, coleslaw and pickles sitting inside two brioche buns, chicken wrap, different dipping sauces and cheesecake slices. We got the signature sandwich and 3 piece meal. They're were tasty , well battered and not dry at all. I just love the house sauce. If I had to nitpick it would be the wait time. Just finished two items from the Crispy Chick - the mega meal which I shared with my wife and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Mega Meal is 6 tenders, crinkle fries, texas toast slice, 2 oz container of cole slaw, 2 containers (2 oz size) of House Sauce - kinda like a Cane's sauce) and a drink. The spicy sandwich includes sweet pickles, had 3 tenders on it, their hot sauce (which they do NOT sell as one of their sauces) all served on a brioche bun. Also ordered two Habanero sauces (again, probably a 2 oz container). Excellent. The tenders are good. The highlight to me were the sauces - the original house sauce is fabulous (like I said kinda like a Cane's sauce), the habanero sauce had a wonderful contrast of heat and sweet. The "hot sauce" on the sandwich was superb - it does pick a burst of heat. As the owner explained to me, they do not sell this sauce on the side as it is too expensive to produce as it is a boatload of habanero's. So be warned - the spicy chicken sandwich is hot! Not like all those other fake "spicy" sandwiches out there. The contrast on the sandwich of the heat, along with the sweet pickles, was outstanding. I loved this sandwich and would contend that I liked this even a bit better than the Mega Meal. The place has a little seating inside, along with a take out window. I was there around 1:00 pm on a Thursday and even at that time I would say the business was brisk - both inside and outside in the drive through line. I strongly encourage you to visit. They tout homemade - all sauces homemade and chicken tenders fried fresh. They tout helping employees. They tout helping improve the neighborhood. Great story! read more

Stopped here because we wanted to give them a try . Reminded us a lot of Raising Cane's, but if Raising canes actually seasoned their food. Chicken fingers weren't as crispy as Canes, but they were much more flavorful. The one thing I always said when I got the Texas toast at Raising Cane's was they need to put garlic on this toast and Krispy chick does just that. The chicken fingers, however, on the small and thin side probably 1/3 the size of your average chicken finger. They should call him chicken fries for the size that they were .
