The food was prepared rather quickly. The staff at the window was polite and respectful. I went through the drive through. The parking lot was clear of debris. No trash anywhere. The lawn was manicured neatly. The cost was reasonable. Amply parking on the lot. Appears to be wheelchair accessible. There was not a long wait in line at the drive through. I had a four whopper meals, With a chicken sandwich, It came tough and with no mayo after we confirmed it with the driver through speaker it came with mayo. One of the whoopers came with pickles after it wasn't supposed to come with pickles. WHEN I proceed to call a complaint I was offered to remake the meal then before I could even tell the worker about the sandwich with pickles he hung up on me. Food is good, but doesn't justify 29 minutes in the drive thru line or more than 10 minutes in a spot waiting for food. Ridiculous. The one on Carnegie is just plain rude and lazy. This one is not lazy, but doesn't seem to understand how fast food works. People in line before us are leaving with food. What's up? Still waiting. After 1 hour and 2 minutes and being yelled at by the manager for not coming back to the window even though 4 people asked what I was waiting on, I did not get what I ordered. The best Burger King around and it isn't even close. I have taken food back to work that still looks like a BK commercial. I have gone there at least 5 times in the past 3 years and have never been disappointed. My wife concurs. She always makes me ask for no lettuce on her Whopper Jr., because by the time I bring it back, it is usually wilty and sad from most BK's within a few short minutes. I brought her lunch to work once after forgetting to ask for "no lettuce" and it takes me at least 10 minutes or so to drive/park and drop it off. She was super surprised that the lettuce was still green with a bit a crunch. All of the employees there deserve kudos. No joke. This Burger King deserves credit. read more

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. The service is always super slow no matter if they're busy or not. They constantly forget things off orders or sometimes you have to stand there for 20+ mins because they forget your order altogether. So many times I've order nuggets (which are usually already done since they're made in batches) and I've still had to wait more than 10 mins, only to hear them ask "wait ,what did you order?". Also they usually forget my sauce. It's not hard to spot workers just standing around, idle. It's a shame because the location is convenient so It's usually the only option for my lunch. I'm giving it three stars because the service at this place is abysmally slow. The food is great, of course, but it takes far too long to get your food. I thought the entire idea behind fast food is that it's fast? I was going to give it two stars but then I remembered that the ICEE machine always works, which is more than can be said for other establishments around here. When there are no cars in the drive-through line and I pull up to place an order, it shouldn't take 5 minutes to get it to me once I'm at the window, especially when I don't order anything out of the ordinary. This happens almost every time I go! Honestly, this place is starting to bring back memories of the old McDonald's by Case. I always brought a newspaper in when I went there because it could take up to 10 minutes to get your food at times. Guess what happened to that location? It closed! Probably the WORST customer service that I have ever had. I placed a mobile order and I stood near the register waiting for staff. As I was waiting, staff was loud, goofing around, and acting extremely unprofessional. A staff member stood on the left of me, printed out receipts from over the counter, and said "I'm not taking anymore orders." An employee said she was new and it was her 3rd day so she hadn't learned the entire computer yet when we asked to make some changes or our order. I arrived to pick up food for an order that was placed 20 minutes ago on the day before Thanksgiving and I left the day after Christmas. The entertaining thing about this location is they actually have a sign up that says you were only allowed in the dining room for 30 minutes, so you have to leave immediately after receiving your food because you're 30 minutes is up. I get lunch at BK once a year - this place has the best fries - hot, just right, not greasy, not too much salt. And, their whopper is fixed Picture Perfect, truly. If you're getting at the drive through/to-go, it is wrapped inside the box so you can pick it up one-handed and start eating. In all honesty this was the best Burger King I've ever been to in my life. The lady serving in the drive through (Monica) was so patient and polite. Our service was not super fast, however 3 workers spoke to us during that time that our food was coming and that they hoped we would have a good day. We ordered French toast sticks and coffee and it was awesome. Plenty of syrup and napkins included as well. I would go back again next time I'm in the area. read more
