Something has happened. This location needs a visit from corporate. I waited and watched 3 idle workers in the drive thru. I pulled up to the speaker to see if they could help, then the one worker kind of scolded me, "hey I'll be right with you, okayyyyy?" Then when I did get my order, there was no chic sauce, no ketchup, no mayo (and no one asked if I wanted any), and the lid on my shake was loose, so it spilled in the caddy. We've all gotten used to CFA being the absolute best service, but this was McDonald's tier. I really hope they fix the issue soon. read more

Food is usually never served in the right sizes along with sauces usually never being in the correct quantity or sometimes never being given out at all. So today was the first day in over three years to visit Chick Fil A. And I'm not impressed. And prob won't visit again for maybe three more years. I'll start out with the way the food is ordered. The have lines set up with people manning the line. That's kinda cool. Except one thing. Where is the menu board. I asked and he shows me a dirty ratty looking 8x11 laminated menu. It was way too small for my passenger to see it. I barely could see it. Why won't they use the menu board that is twenty feet away. Makes no sense. Total zero stars for the ordering process. Number two. The speed to get the food. My order was ready when I got to the window. Total hero's on this. Now let's go with the food itself. I ordered the spicy chicken meal. Which came with waffle fries and a soda. The soda was good and I don't expect it to be bad. But. The waffle fries were cold and rubbery. And the container wasn't even filled up. Please see my picture. The sandwich was a complete failure with presentation. See the picture. The bun wasn't on the chicken. The pickles were not on the chicken. I'm lucky that the chicken was even on the bottom bun. Presentation is a zero for me. The taste didn't make me happy that I spent my hard earned money here. And I wish I could've just gone across the street to Canes. The funny thing is. I flipped a coin to choose where I ate. I regret the flip of the coin. Because I know Canes is very good. read more

I'm not usually one to complain especially during a pandemic. The service here is good, the drive thru line looks intimidating but moves fast. My order was right but when I took my fries out of the bag they were barely half full. My sauces were also placed in the container so you couldn't really tell. It was confusing at first when encountering the drive thru, but then I realized to my amazement how Chick-Fil-A has architected its own way of creating more efficient and innovative ways to handle the long car lines. They have now 4 separate kiosks in which you can drive up to and order, and then another just as you pass the old drive thru radio box to confirm your order. They really care about customer satisfaction and it shows. Food is still good as always, although I thought it was interesting how the chicken strips are now 2x larger it seemed like. read more

This was my third time at this location. The staff is friendly and efficient and the food came out prepared as advertised. I grabbed breakfast the other day and lunch today. Their fried chicken is so much better than the grilled chicken. The grilled chicken sandwich tasted alright but had this fake butter smell like microwave popcorn that I didn't like much. Their fries are those really thick wafer type fries and they're not really crispy or crunchy like a good old McDonald fry. The spicy chicken sandwich was tasty. The breakfast miniature chicken sliders are super sweet and weird tasting. Would not recommend. Their parfait is REALLY tasty but on the sweeter side. Not like Starbucks' parfait which is more like Greek yoghurt. Although there was a big rush at lunch they were efficient and the order came out right. First off, this location used to have fantastic food. the quality now is just awful. Its cheap, old, half the stuff is cold. whatever they are using, it's not even tasty anymore. One thing I got was chicken nuggets to share and they were like tiny pieces of the bottom of a frozen bag, they were super gross.. Now let's get to freshness of food. Chick-fil-A is always a solid go to favorite for fast food. lots of delicious options and I love the app. Great way to scan and get free food. If you are not using the app when you eat here you are being silly. You don't need to pre-load money like Other places and the free food always seems to add up quickly. I also purchased the calendar card annually and every month have something great today's item a free fruit cup and large beverage valued at over four dollars was more than half of the cost of the calendar and you get free items every month. It's a no brainer and honestly the calendars are always cute. read more

So I want to start off saying l literally never review fast food restaurants because I think it's a cop out but I have some things I need to say. Just don't even say it at all. Never been to this location before I've also never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A so I'm pretty surprised. This was around 9 PM on Wednesday. The night shift staff at this location would never survive a lunch shift. Could I have gone inside and have them address all of these issues? Yes absolutely. I can not recommend this CFA store enough! Damian Grana, the general manager, really runs a great team. Every time I've visited I've had great service, even when something was forgotten from my tray it was corrected and then some. This location is always clean despite being always busy. They even gave my dog a treat once in the drive through! I've also used this location for catering a "lunch and learn" class that I host monthly and they do a fantastic job every time. They travel all the way from Fairview Park area to my downtown office and set up quickly and seamlessly. Everything is hot and fresh and at a little over $8 a person for boxed lunches (and no delivery charge!) it's priced so well. I keep telling the catering manager that if I ever get married, this store will be catering my wedding - it is THAT good, and who doesn't like Chick-Fil-A!? read more

Management seems to be under the age of 18, so when voicing complaints, I feel as if my complaint wouldn't have been taken seriously. I have been here plenty and normally the food is good. They have a play place for the kids to play in. They have plenty of seating as well. They deliver the food to your table, and the service is fast. The people working here are friendly and nice. They have a decent dessert selection. This time, I will have to say was kind of disappointing. I got a kids meal for my kid and the nugget where tiny compared to before. It seems like the chicken sandwich got smaller as well. Our fries were cold and they did not taste good. I hate when places raise there prices and make the food smaller. Look CFA, I'm a fan and have been since 2008 when I was shown the light at my first Chick-fil-a lunch in Evansville, IN. Food is consistently good, restaurants are always clean and staffed with (usually) high energy and over-the-top polite teenagers. I have recently discovered the Cobb Salad and for this I am grateful. This location is no different than the standard greatness with the exception of the past 2 or 3 times we've been. All of a sudden, our orders have been incorrect or incomplete, and the drive thru takes 20+ minutes. They sometimes do that thing where they have two kids taking orders standing out in the drive thru lane. Hate to break it to you, this does not speed things up. Another 5 star review for a great place! I have been here a dozen or so times since they opened and as always the food is quick, perfect and the staff is always so very nice. They even walk the floor and refill drinks if needed and always check on you. I am eating at a "fast food" joint but I feel like I'm in a real restaraunt. I've been to the North Olmsted location twice before and it doesn't feel the same as this location. If you are a tea drinker the sweet tea is a must. I haven't tried breakfast yet but I like the addition of breakfast items and the sundaes and milk shakes, I will have to give those a shot soon. read more

I kid you not I went to Chick-fil-A THREE times in one week so I could get their Spicy Chicken Biscuit breakfast sandwich it was that good! Ask for a packet of honey and spread that all over your sandwich and you will be in heaven! You can get a combo meal with an OJ and a box of never ending round hash browns for under $6. Do it! A great place to bring the kids! Chic-a-fill is all about chicken, great customer service and family! Modestly priced and good food. Had the chicken salad sanwhich on wheat bread. Made with real mayo not miracle whip! A Down home style taste just like my grandma made. Tried their new lemon freeze. Sweet but not tangy! I love the mommy corner where there is a variety of items available for moms with babies. Including wipes, diapers, Cheerios in a sealed cup, bibs and the like. Also had a book corner for kids and an indoor play area with an attendant. Hand sanitizer for kids to use before and after leaving play area. Attendant wipes off all surfaces in the play area every 30 minutes. This is a great place to bring your kid as it is so kid friendly!! read more
