After a couple of days of restaurant meals, I was hungry for breakfast, but needed something with a lot of fruit/veggies. I hunted for acai bowls and found Vitality Bowls. The store is located right at an intersection, so might be hard to get in and out of when there's traffic, but the parking was otherwise decent. The shop is pretty small, but there is enough seating. I chose a warrior bowl and subbed out the goji berries for blueberries. I'm just not a goji fan. The bowl and a tip were about $15, and I can't say that it was fully worth that to me, but it was good and just what I needed on a Sunday morning. It was honestly kind of flavorless, except for the granola and banana. The credit card reader is unreliable, I guess, so they asked me to pay with cash. Both me, and the next guest had cash to cover our orders, but I think that could be an issue if you rely on credit or contactless payment. I also want to say that they open kind of late on Sunday, so I was up and waiting to go for a couple of hours. read more

First time in my life having a smoothie that was "bad" I ordered the pina colada and the flavor is not only weak (perfect texture but the flavor is half watery) what flavor is actually there tastes like gritty unripe unripe mango. From the reviews, I decided to order the Tropical Paradise smoothie since I don't have a big sweet tooth and boy was it tasty, it had just the right amount of sweetness. I got the veggie panini and would dip it into the tomato basil soup. The two paired very well together so I highly recommend the combo!! I've been on an açaí binge for a while now so while driving in rocky river I saw a vitality bowls in my monocle and hurried along. The place is brand spanking new so it's super duper clean inside, maybe three or four tables but it's definitely a take it to go type of place. The menu is nice and big for you to read, you can see the kitchen staff prepping your food through a glass window. My reason for my sub-par rating is as follows: *for a health food place, I was surprised that a full macro breakdown wasn't available to me, I have a super strict diet and not knowing the sugar breakdowns and carb amounts was a killer for me. *the lady running the place( an Asian woman) wasn't too friendly and she wasn't too informed about her product. *I understand the food is MTO but 30 min for an açaí bowl is a little insane to me, especially after I'm already annoyed that it was super pricey for what I got. *it's right on the corner of two BUSY roads and getting into the parking lot is a dangerous sport lol. I get this isn't THEIR fault but they should try to make it a one way or something all in all, I can find açaí for cheaper and quicker and closer but if I'm in the area I'll definitely give it a second try. read more

Portion sizes are good enough for me, it's supposed to be healthy and it takes me at least a half an hour to finish a medium smoothie bowl. Pricing is expected when ordering from a place that uses only organic and then still having to make a profit. I will continue to come here as long it says this way. The dragon bowl was very colorful and aesthetically pleasing, and tasted DELICIOUS! It comes with bee pollen sprinkled on top (I've never heard of it but it's healthy). The dijon and pesto on the panini was a great combo. The smoothie wasn't too sweet which worked for me. Recommend making a visit here if you haven't already. read more
