It's always difficult to find reasonable but healthy food at any airport. I'd highly recommend Inca Tea Cafe. Not only are they known for their impressive coffee and tea but their avocado salad was priced at $11 and an extra $3 for some chicken. In additional to the plentiful avocado slices I had walnuts, goat cheese, and cranberries all in a spring mix. It's served with balsamic vinaigrette. Nice dinner for delayed flight wait!!! read more

Kayla was absolutely awful in her customer service and attitude towards her customers and coworker. I visited this little spot since it was near my departing gate. I didn't seem to have a similar experience as some other yelp reviewers. The employee that was helping me didn't seem too friendly, or positive....when I asked for Lavender, he just mumbled "we're out". I ended up ordering a caramel latte instead and I don't feel this was much different than any other of the thousands of lattes I've had in coffee shops in any of the other 50 states. This was voted as the #1 grab n go fast food spot in airports in the entire US, by USA today. A woman whom refused to give me her name after the incident occurred working Monday morning June 30, 2025 had a extremely aggressive and hostile demeanor and disposition completely unprovoked and unwarranted. I expressed an issue with my drink, (I am never one to complain but I wanted to enjoy my drink and would have paid for another one) she didn't acknowledge or respond to me. She looked at me, then proceeded to continue what she was doing. I waited about 5-6 minutes and asked her again, do you have any recommendations what drink was on the sweeter side, still to no avail, no response. I waited and asked her again, and she yelled at me. I asked if she was okay. She screamed "Are you okay? You're not okay, you're my not going to be okay if you keep talking to me."... in an extremely hostile and low vibrational manner. I asked the other employee, "Could I please speak to a manager?, could I have her name?". He refused to tell me her name... She went in the back office and brought me back a piece of paper in which said "Fuck you". Just an all around unprofessional, terrible experience. Terrible start to the morning. Inca Tea Cafe is located near the C7 gate ate Cleveland Hopkins. They have a small store front but it is very welcoming. The menu is located overhead and they have options presented in the cases and in front of them. I stopped in wanting some caffeine while passing through Cleveland on an early morning flight. I'm glad I stopped in. The usual suspects in caffeine delivery can be found in Cleveland Hopkins, but if you are patient you can find a gem like Inca Tea Cafe. The line wasn't long as it's past the main branch of the airport and requires a bit of patience to get to. If you enjoy tea, then be patient and find Inca Tea Cafe. I ordered an iced black tea version from the board and it was prepared quickly in an interesting brewing system. I hadn't seen it before. I was skeptical when ice was simply placed in a cup below the brewer as often "iced tea" is simply hot tea that was put in a cup of ice which melts the ice and dilutes the tea. This however did not. The tea was quite flavorful and I enjoyed it. The service was quick and friendly. They have breakfast and lunch options as well including a "beyond burger" for those that are plant based or simply wish to ditch meat for a meal. I'll certainly be back. read more

This tea store is in the Cleveland Hopkins international airport. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a great quality tea and coffee shop within the airport. I'm very free and it was so pleasant to be able to find some thing healthy that I could eat that didn't have a ton of sugar in it. They had a Chia seed pudding made with coconut milk absolutely delicious. They have some organic tea options and regular herbal tea options. Inca tea has two locations at Hopkins airport in Cleveland. It's one of the *healthier options* in this airport. They have a mix of pastries, cold and hot beverages, and other types of foods. My go-to is their kombucha- Inca makes their own and it's so good. It comes in a can. I wish they had more flavors though- sometimes I can only find one flavor at this cafe, but my local whole foods in Cleveland has 3+. read more

I ordered a bagel, toasted with butter along with a hot tea. The prices were so high but alas it's the airport. So, I ordered and awaited a bagel aka like I know it should be with butter dripping out when I opened the wrapping. No. The bagel was put through a toaster but was not toasted. The manager who should get an award for dealing with her employees had to tell one of them, "if it's like this (not toasted) then you have to put it in again. Oh and I got the butter, cold in a container as a block. I had to cut it out smash the bagel and in the end it sucked. So, I paid for a horrible do it yourself piece of crap. Love Love Love Inca Tea Cafe! I fly in and out of CLE airport every week and this is my go to spot for any drink and food I need before my flight. They have a wide and unique variety of hot beverages as well as cold pressed juices. Pastries, mini quiches, muffins, gluten free and vegan options, avocado toast! Typically there isn't much of a line and I'm able to order and be on my way within 5-10 min. I love the quiche and cappuccino. Oh an the chia pudding cups w fruit are perfect if you're in a rush and don't have time to wait for the quiche. Go check them out next time you fly! read more

Inca tea cafe is a joint in the Cleveland Hopkins airport concourse C that we have been to many times. The food is great considering that it is in an airport. We got the açaí bowl which had fresh fruit on it. Also we got the peanut butter toast which is a filling piece of white bread that is smothered in peanut butter, banana, honey, has a few chai seeds and some almond slices. The feel here is a welcoming and the service is pretty quick it is definitely open pretty early as a breakfast option. read more

I like to try different coffee shops so I tried Inca Tea Cafe before my departure flight. I was not going to take away any stars from my delicious vanilla ice latte and lox bagel because the customer service from one employee was unsatisfactory. This was in Oct. 10, 2019 at 0500. The young lady was short with dark hair. Unfortunately, her attitude was not professional nor courteous. Now, granted she could have been having a bad morning, but she was friendly to some and rude to others. I almost asked for a refund but I watched her prepare my food. Based on the feedback that others have left here, I must conclude that it is possible that I simply visited Inca Tea on what was clearly an "off" morning. Admittedly, the hour was very early. Nevertheless, the experience left a lot to be desired. I was lured in by a short line, local options such as Bialy's Bagels, and GF options on the menu. My husband and I ordered two bagels with avocado, a coffee, and a latte. Prices were eminently reasonable. After ordering, we waited well over 10 minutes for our order, despite having no one in line ahead of us. My latte was badly scalded and completely flavorless. My husband ordered an everything bagel + avocado and received a plain bagel smeared in brown, crusty avocado spread from the previous day. The drip coffee was passable and I was lucky enough to receive a fresh avocado, so we were each left only about 50% unsatisfied. I love what this tea stand is going for: a cozy, local alternative to Starbucks with a bevy of healthy nosh options for harried flyers. Maybe I went on an off day, but I might also postulate that they're just trying to do too much in too small a space with an inefficient system in place. I might give it another whirl prior to my next flight to see if this was an aberration. read more

After dealing with a very incompetent Starbucks in Terminal C where at 1pm they did not have any coffee I discovered Inca Tea Cafe. I was pleasantly surprised. The girl was extremely pleasant and efficient. Gave me a background on the actual coffee. The coffee was delightful, WAY better than the Starbucks airport coffee would have been if they actually had it. I stopped here again on my journey in the airport a few days later and was not disappointed. For sure if you're in Terminal C go here instead of Starbucks. Starbucks has an issue with quality, cleanliness, and actually having coffee. read more

This is the second time I try Inca while on B concourse for a Delta flight out of Cleveland. Located right across from gate B4- this small tea/ coffee stand should not be overlooked. This morning I chose "Jamaican Me Crazy" coffee along with a chocolate chip scone. Yummm! I generally make it a goal to support and try local businesses. I'm really glad I gave this place a chance this morning- the coffee is much better than my usual Starbucks, the scone is bakery fresh and the price for the two was less than what I usually pay for a coffee at sbux.
