Cafe Blanc is GORGEOUS and boy, does it know it! I've wanted to check this place out for a while so I schleped an hour here for dinner with friends in May 2026 so I could finally try this sort of new restaurant out! Parma Heights is so far, guys. So so far... So after fangirling over the lush, girly decor and taking ALL the pictures ever, my 5 friends and I ordered at the counter a bougie drink and a plate of food each. There's abundant seating in this two story cafe so we found a table and waited between 5 and 10 minutes for it all to be ready. Despite my goal to stop spending money on beverages, I spent $8 on a regular sized iced decaf carrot cake latte with almond milk. Delicious and definitely instagrammable, but RIP to my money. I regret not taking the lovely glass it was served to me in, but my conscious kicked in and I didn't pilfer it. Haha! For dinner, I originally wanted to get a pizza but changed my mind last minute due to it being 90 degrees outside. So instead, I got an italian panini with a side of potato chips ($14). I don't like mayo so asked that be taken off. The only sauces they have are mayo, hot sauce, and horseradish mayo. I got the horseradish mayo on the side, but didn't really use it. I hope they can add mustard and ketchup to their sauce lineup in the future. All in all, I spent about $24. All 6 of us had very instagramable food and drinks. They looked better than they tasted for the most part. I liked my drink and panini but didn't love it, especially for the price. My friends lavender lemon loaf was gorgeous, but sadly dry. I love the look, like the menu, and wish Cafe Blanc wasn't so outrageously far away! I'd love to get brunch here with my gal pals! I wanna get one of their dessert crepes, please and thank you! I am giving Cafe Blanc 4.5 stars out of 5.
I was excited to try Café Blanc because of good things I'd heard and it did not disappoint. There is plenty of seating, with a second level up a set of spiral stairs. The entire place is neutral colors and even had some cute swing benches. The have a counter you walk up and order at. You get a buzzer that goes off when your food is ready. If you dine in, you eat from real plates and glasses which is nice. They offer a nice selection of to go boxes that you can also grab yourself, too. They don't serve their pizzas until noon, so that's what time we went and what a great decision! I had the Blanc pizza, and requested it well done as my normal preference, and it was delicious. 6 slices, a nice size. Very flavorful and cost $15. I also had the Bacon Cesear Wedge, which was not traditional wedge salad, it was made with romain - that luckily was still very crisp! It was a good portion, but could have been a little cheaper at $16. The bacon was made fresh, it is an open kitchen concept with a window so I literally watched her make it which was refreshing. Overall I have no complaints and look forward to going again soon!
Just a beautiful atmosphere to enjoy really good coffee and sweets. They even have a wood burning brick oven outside for pizza. Staff is super friendly and helpful
Home Run! You arrive to a whimsical ambiance. Chairs are swinging in some places, rounded chairs around plants, comforable two seaters on benches really helped sell this place. A bit on the spendier side but worth it. Crepes were a smash and the potato pancakes were delicious topped off with a genius sunset refresher and pistachio latte. Help here was a bit off putting, but given I'm a six foot ten guy who is a tad intimidating I guess I can chalk it up to that. Other than the below par service this place was immense.
This place is cute in the inside and has so much potential but definitely needs a little work. Con's: the staircase to go upstairs is cute but it's not very functional. It's small and spiral so when people are coming down and people going up, it's a hot mess. Most of the staff looked as if they didn't want to be there. I got a tiramisu latte and I noticed everyone had a lady finger on theirs except for me, but because the staff didn't seem super inviting, I didn't want to ask for it. It also wasn't made very well. Pros: the swing seating is very cute. I wish there was more of it. The aesthetic itself could be cute, but there were a lot of dead plants around. The crêpe I got was pretty good. I plan to visit again and hopefully have a better experience to get a better review
Café Blanc is still a win on my second visit! The space is nicely decorated, very clean and aesthetic, though I wouldn't mind a little less beige overall. Service was good, friendly they were friendly. Food and drinks were solid across the board, no complaints there. I specifically came back to try the pizza after my first visit, and it was definitely worth it. Really glad I gave it another go. Overall, a consistently good spot that's worth a repeat visit!
I think this place has excellent marketing, but falls short on delivery. My second time in, on a Tuesday morning. Struggled to find a parking spot, so I expected it to be very busy; however the line only had 1 group in front of me. Nonetheless, there was one employee working. The young lady was doing orders and drinks, alone. I waited in line for 7 minutes to place my order and then another 5-7 minutes for my to-go tiramisu latte. Almost $8 for a latte, that was just ok. I'm not sure I'll come back a third time.
I normally rate my review based on the likelihood of my return, but sometimes that isn't fair. In this case, I likely won't be back to Cafe Blanc. I'm not a coffee drinker and my husband wasn't satisfied with his meal. However, This is still a great spot. Very cute inside. Lots of seating, and different types available. Clean, aesthetically pleasing. The staff was very nice and helpful. It smells wonderful there. I ordered the Eggcrepewich, which was fantastic. It was a large folded egg in a bagel with cheese and bacon. It was tasty and a generous portion. Food was prepared fresh and in perfect timing. There were lots of delicious looking tarts and sweets that I wish I had the room for! My husband ordered the Sweet Tart refresher which was yummy. He also got the Italian sandwich which he said tasted good, but for him it was a small portion. It was $11 and he was still hungry after.
Loved my recent visit to Cafe Blanc! The coffee shop is adorable and huge inside which makes it great to work from or go to with friends. I tried a pistachio latte, lemon blueberry tart and the egg crepewhich and everything was delicious. I appreciated that I could taste the pistachio in the latte, but it wasn't overpowering. The tart was delicious and the crust was perfectly soft and buttery. The crepewhich was served on an everything bagel with bacon, egg, havarti and a sauce of some kind and it was very good. The baristas were friendly and able to answer any questions my friend and I had. I will definitely be back!
Came on a Saturday morning and it was bumping! You order everything at the counter and there was a line. It moved decently quick, but still a bit of a wait. You are given a pager for your order where you can go find your table and come back when ready. The counter/check out area is a little bit crowded due to the line and people picking up orders. I feel like that was my only recommendation - that they streamline that process so it wasn't as crowded there. There is ample seating both downstairs and upstairs and the decor/ambiance is clean, crisp & modern. The food was good, my only reco would be to provide something other than potato chips with the eggcrepewhich. The blueberry lemon tart had amazing flavor. The coffee/espresso was fine - although their pricing is standard market pricing there was nothing special about the flat white I got and therefore didn't make it seem worth the price. Overall, would come back again
Just okay... I had really high hopes for Café Blanc, but sadly I don't think I'll be back. Let's start with the positives: The atmosphere was fantastic, it looks very nice inside and well decorated. I loved the Christmas decor. I got the tiramisus latte and the bacon ham and Swiss panini. The tiramisu latte presentation was gorgeous and it tasted great, not too sweet. Negatives and why I won't be back: For the location that Café Blanc is in, I definitely wasn't expecting the prices to be so high. I paid almost $23 for a sandwich and a Tiramisu latte. Granted, the coffee I expected to be around $7 so I wasn't that surprised. However, their food is up there with some restaurant pricing and is definitely on the more expensive side for what you get. The panini I got wasn't great, it had a good amount of protein on it but was kind of dry and the bacon was very fatty (tasted like packaged pre-cooked bacon). Additionally, the last couple of bites tasted like detergent/chemically so I didn't finish it and I thought that was really odd and kind of gross. I spent a good bit of time in there studying and again the atmosphere was very pleasant. However, it was quite cold in the building to the point where that was the reason I left. I couldn't feel my fingers by the time I headed out. Also one odd thing to note: the bathrooms had no hooks to hang items from. Thus I had to put my book bag on the floor, which was quite disgusting. However, the bathroom was clean, so that was good. All things considered, this is a little out of the way for me and with the high price point/not great experience I won't be back.
The atmosphere was so cool. Inside is a white/creamy color. Loved that they have swinging benches to sit at or you can walk up the windy stairs and sit. You can also watch them make pastries as well. Very clean. Service was good.
Oh man, I'm so upset that my coffee girlies have gatekeeped this place from me! What the heck?!? Okay, so let's start by saying I would not be disappointed if I was purposed to I'm this cafe It's gorgeous with amazing decor and delicious menu. They literally have swing benches and two floors, with a winding staircase. I'm absolutely in love. The tiramisu latte was delicious and adorable with its presentation. Staff were very kind. I'll be back tomorrow, sorry not sorry

Cafe Blanc is absolutely adorable. One of the most gorgeous and insta-worthy coffee shops I've ever been to. It's also much larger than I expected and has a lovely patio out front with lots of tables. They have a large food menu with typical cafe eats as well as dinner entrees. I came for lunch on a Friday and got a tiramisu iced coffee (very good), as well as a mushroom crepe. The crepe could have been a little hotter, but it was tasty and the drink was good. Can't wait to go back to try more drinks and pastries. read more
I arrived and met 3 friends here on a weekday morning in May 2026 to work. We (2 guys and 2 ladies) all work remote so it was fun to meetup. We all visited Cafe Blanc for the first time and loved our experience especially the large (free) parking lot. We sat on the 2nd level towards the back. QUICK REVIEW (read this if you don't want to read this whole review): Try the potato pancakes. Great food and service. Slightly more elevated cafe. Busy during peak morning/afternoon hours and most likely less busy in the evenings. I have not been in the evening yet. Free parking lot and free wifi. FOOD - there are lots of food options to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have sandwiches, salads, pizza, and pastries. I arrived around 10:20am so I wanted breakfast. I read that the croissants are okay but I haven't tried them. I ordered the potato pancakes, blueberry hibiscus tea (hot) as a dine-in order plus a slice of almond cake as a takeout order. The potato pancakes ($19) was delicious. It comes with 3 thick potato pancakes topped an egg on the center and with bacon bits spread all over. The potato pancakes also come with sour cream on the side which I didn't realize so I moved that to the side of my plate because I don't like or eat sour cream. I would order the potato pancakes again as a savory breakfast item but $19 is a little steep for the price. The blueberry hibiscus tea ($4) was a refreshing drink served on a mug. If you enjoy the combination of white tea leaves, rose hips, natural blueberry, and hibiscus then this tea is for you. I also ordered an almond cake slice ($6) but to go. The almond cake is a light and tasty cake with sliced/shaved almonds on top. SERVICE -- Friendly. Me and one of the shorter female employee had a nice laugh when I went down later in the day to order an almond cake. They started getting busy when I arrived after 10am on a weekday but I was able to walk right up to the front counter to order. The buzzer handed to me buzzed probably within 15-20 mins and I went down to get my order. I believe the tea that I ordered was ready first. Overall, I'll definitely be back. Prices are higher than a traditional cafe. The plus is that there is free wifi so it's a perfect spot to work on your laptop. The tables are big and the chairs are comfortable. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 99/250 total reviews in 2026 - 940 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 27 May 2026 read more
This place has been on my Cleveland bucket list for a few months so I dragged a bunch of my girlfriends to accompany me! I had seen pictures of their dreamy spiral staircase, the impossibly chic rope benches, the cream palette with splashes of greenery and in person it all looked even better! The style was real, not too much, not tacky, just gorgeous. Their drinks were the star in my opinion! I got something of their seasonal menu--white rose refresher with sparkling water, not Redbull, thanks. Rose syrup at the bottom, splash of coconut milk and topped with a rock candy!!! So good and refreshing. It was $7 but the size was palpable too. Their food was not my favorite though. I got a ham and cheese croissant and it was the breadiest, least flaky croissant I've ever had. Not buttery, not light and not worth the $11! Their sandwiches looked pretty thin and dry as well. I think I would try a salad next time as that looked pretty good. There was parking and the building itself was chic and pretty too. Will be coming back! read more

Such a cute, casual cafe! We were able to park easily in the private lot and find seating on a weekday around noon. There are plenty of seating options that are comfortable and spacious (outlets too!). The food is slightly pricey and you order at the counter before sitting, but overall worth it for the cute and comfortable vibe and good service. The food was pretty good, nothing super special but everything was good quality and tasty. A very nice place for a casual brunch or coffee! read more

Update: I went again recently, they are always making improvements!! I got a brown sugar latte with banana cold foam and it was the best I've ever had! The coffee was very good! I also got my favorite pesto turkey wrap and that was great as well! Everything was out very quickly and great. Great relaxing music & beautiful cafe as always read more
Let me set the scene, it's a Tuesday, early afternoon. 45 degrees f in Cleveland and the sun is shining! I have a hair appt near by so I got work from here until my appointment. I was skeptical reading the reviews, but this place is fantastic for a daytime cafe. It's Tuesday so the foot traffic is manageable. I asked a lot of questions at the register because it was my first time. The gal working was receptive, authentic and patient. I got the margherita pizza and peanut butter chocolate mousse tart and a rose matcha, iced. The water station is easily accessible. silverware and grab your own boxes Togo , I appreciate that and definitely has to reduce interruptions to staff while they work. There's a window where you can watch the beautiful creations get assembled. Upstairs has a lot of seating, some plugs for devices. Only thing is the stairs feel steep and made me dizzy lol, proceed with caution. read more

True to its name, cafe blanc is an all white building, pretty looking too. There's plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. The outdoor tables remind me of European cafes. They have a variety of drinks, pastries, sandwiches and crepes. We got pizza, crepe, soup and a sandwich. Everything tasted great. I highly recommend this place for brunch. read more

Beautiful interior with bright natural lighting, spacious tables, creative decor. The menu is creative with lots of options that cater to various diets, as well as both caffeinated and non caffeinated drink options. I love coming here to spend a few hours catching up or getting work done. The staff are efficient and keep up with cleaning in between customers. The restrooms are also thoughtfully decorated. Unsuspecting from the outside but worth the visit & stay inside! read more

I was in OH for work, and had a bit of time in the evening, so I came here for an event put on by The Mahjong Girl. What a pretty place! I'm not sure what it's attached to- it looks like some sort of place of worship. But it's connected to an enormous white building with an enormous parking lot. There is a pretty area in front with outdoor seating and a pizza oven & small bar. Inside, you order at the front- they have all kinds of interesting spritzers-non alcoholic- and alcoholic cocktails. They also have crepes and pizzas and a few other things. An unusual, surprisingly sturdy spiral wooden staircase brings you upstairs but there is seating downstairs too. Our games were upstairs, so that's where we went- lots of room, probably a great place to dine with friends or do a work group during the day. We each received two drink tickets, and the spritzers- made with juices and sparkling water- were fantastic! Really really good- they came with rock candy for sweetener, nice touch! A woman next to me tried a pina colada, and said it was good- so I think you're ok on alcohol too! read more

Cafe Blanc is a beautiful space! It's thoughtfully decorated with a calm, relaxing vibe. I came in with high expectations, & maybe that set the bar too high. While the presentation of the food and drinks was visually impressive, the flavor and portion sizes didn't match the price point. The only thing that seemed ok for the price was the bagel board my sister got. That being said, it's a cool spot for a casual hangout or even a quiet book club meeting. They have a lot of spacious seating upstairs and even a few games you can play. Although the food wasn't my favorite, I'd still rate it a 3 out of 5 based on the overall atmosphere and aesthetic. read more
Stopped by for hot tea while in the area. They offer a few different options. I wish it were loose tea, but it's just a tea bag in the ceramic mug. If you get a pot of blooming tea, I believe it is loose leaf ($11). Didn't get a chance to try the food, but hope to be back soon. The outdoor pizza oven looks cool! The place beautiful with a white/neutral atmosphere. It is spacious with two floors of seating. Good for groups or a work space. Restroom available. Free parking. read more
Food was very tasty and I had the most amazing pistachio raspberry tart. My latte was very good as well. They had a lot of food options. Such a unique and interesting space. I sat upstairs, which was somewhat cafeteria like. I found the café slightly uncomfortable temperature-wise because every time the door opened, a gust of cold air would fill the space. The ceiling seemed dingy too... Could use a coat of white paint. Overall, though a bit noisy. This is really unique café worth a visit and I wouldn't mind going back and trying the crêpes and or croissants. read more

This coffee shop covers it all, and does it well. Regular drinks and specialty lattes alike. They offer their drinks in mugs. The food is incredible--fresh ingredients and options for a healthier meal, or one to satisfy the sweet tooth. A window panel offers a view of the kitchen, showcasing their cleanly creation process. The ambiance inside is unlike anything in the greater Cleveland area. Great for taking pictures to post, as well as to enjoy a nice drink, meal, and conversation! An outdoor front patio is available in the summer. Plenty of parking in a side lot next to the cafe. read more
This cafe is so beautiful inside ! A nice place for a coffee/breakfast or to catch up on work. On weekends, they are VERY busy but overall line moves quick. They also have a patio with plenty of seating. I tried the mocha which was perfectly not too sweet. And a lemon blueberry crepe. The portion of the crepe was big so keep in mind when ordering! The crep was also delicious and blueberries were fresh. I want to come back to try their pizzzas. It is a bit pricey for both food and coffee drinks but overall a nice spot to treat yourself read more

We did go back! Had a really good mushroom and cheese crepe. I was curious to see how the housekeeping was getting there before the rush on a Sunday and I found it was not much better inside than outside. The theme is white, but the cushions are getting a bit discolored and needed straightened even though we were among the first to arrive. I'm rooting for this business - the food, drinks and service are great - but could use a little elbow grease. read more

The photos online are complete false advertising. Their delivery option redirects to Uber Eats and shows photos of food that is nothing like what is delivered. This includes portion. $15.50 for 1 slice of bread covered with an avocado and 3 slices of tomato. Online showed 4 slices. BLT was on the most stale hoagie bread. Pictured on sliced bread. I couldn't believe they sold it. And it was cold. Like it came out of the refrigerator and was cooked the night before. We literally threw everything away except for pulling some of the meat off the bread and the tarts which we haven't tried yet because after spending $90 on takeout from here we had to goto the grocery store to buy bread and cheese to make our own sandwiches. Called to inquire about the conflicting photos and what was delivered and was told the owner would get back to me which never happened. I support local, but I will NEVER recommend this place. Complete false advertising. Update** The owner never got back to me, but Uber Eats did and agreed that the photos were misleading. read more

Selfie time! Exquisite minimalist decor with lots of room inside, out and an upstairs that stunning and clean as could be. The most well acquainted Café in Parma Heights for sure Cafeteria style ordering. The food came quickly. Unfortunately the Caprese salad needed a hug; the tomatoes weren't ripe, the mozzarella was gritty, the basil had no taste. I decided to give their highly acclaimed pizza a try and no dice, they were "out" 45 mins before they closed (even though it's made in house. Apparently their potato pancakes are great as well, again they were out (am taking this as a good sign). The service was right on Que and faster than expected. I will definitely give this place another try after Sunday services. If you're in the area, I would give Café Blanc your business. read more
Today was my first time visiting Cafe Blanc, and I was immediately drawn in by the awesome ambiance and decorations. The vibe was fantastic, and it was easy to see why it's a popular spot--so popular, in fact, that it was extremely packed even right at 9 a.m. which is when they open. While the bustling energy was cool, it did create a rather cramped waiting situation. The line stretched to the door, which was a bit awkward to stand in since the tables are right near the entrance. I felt like I was constantly in someone's way. After about 10 minutes, we were finally able to place our order. We ordered a pair of cortados and, since they were sold out of banana bread, a banana bread cookie. The cortado itself was absolutely delicious--rich and perfectly balanced. My only suggestion would be for them to use a smaller cup. A cortado is equal parts espresso and milk, and in the large cup it only filled about half of the space. Other coffee shops offer them in smaller cups, so the entire cup is full. It just felt a bit strange to have so much empty space. While we only had a small treat, I did notice that some of the food prices seemed a bit high compared to other places, with crepes for $15 and avocado toast for $13. Overall, the coffee and atmosphere were both outstanding. Despite the awkward line and wait, I would definitely go back to enjoy the great coffee and aesthetic - but probably not on a Saturday. read more

I can see why this is the hit new spot in town!!! This place is adorable!!!! I came here for a nice little birthday breakfast and it was delicious!! We got a table up stairs because the swing chairs were taken ( I will be back for you guys!!!) We all ordered coffee and a plate! I got the breakfast bagel... it was yummy!! It's served with chips on the side, not my favorite for breakfast but it wasn't bad!! I also got a lavender latte which was delicious and not too flowery!! My friend enjoyed the crepe and said it was the perfect amount of chocolate to strawberry ratio!! And my other friend said the avocado toast was also delicious! I will be back here soon to relax and try even more coffees! The place had so many seats and areas to sit and get your work done!! I love a cafe with coffee AND food!! Definitely recommend this beautiful place!! read more
No offense, but I can't believe I'm in Parma AND found this amazing, beautiful, cool vibe, coffee, shop and lunch place! This is great for summer because they have an outside dog friendly, covered patio and coffee bar. Then for the cold days, inside they have really cozy yet clean atmosphere, comfy seating, and I don't know where it leads to but a spiral staircase. Inside is the main kitchen/cooking area and another coffee bar. Some areas u can be waited on by a server. I highly highly recommend this place it's beautiful. read more

An adorable little cafe with awesome food options and great drinks! Perfect place for meeting with friends. They have a spacious outdoor seating area as well as an outdoor pizza oven! Crepes were amazing but not as amazing as my seasonal carrot cake latte. Plenty of seating. Service was fast and they made great recommendations. read more
