Unlike most smoothie shops, my order was placed back in a cooler until I arrived so my smoothie was still fresh. I also ordered a wheatgrass shot but noted there wasn't an option to add lemon. Love the health benefits of the shot but not the taste. So asked if I could just have a slice of lemon. She literally came over, sliced lemon and even squeezed it for me. Really went above and beyond to accommodate that request. Smoothie is absolutely delicious and wheatgrass shot was on point. Will definitely be stopping at this location during my next visit.

And they take their smoothies all the whey. lol The 800 lb gorilla (banana, PB, frozen yogurt, soy milk, chocolate, multi-vitamin, whey) and the Nuts over protein (coffee, PB, cinnamon, raw honey, frozen yogurt, multi-vitamin whey) are quite tasty and filling. The Nuts has that dash of cinnamon was is a tasty surprise! Robeks is almost always busy when we're there. Thats a good sign. A bunch of young people work here, but they are pretty quick to move, friendly, and what I like the most is that they don't use a ton of ice which makes smoothies taste blandish from the water. For about $9, you get a Super Size smoothie or they also have smoothie bowls. I've had one, loved the crunchy puffed rice?, but the glob of peanut butter (meh), and the açai underneath was too liquid for me to spoon. The credit card machine on the left has had issues with the chip malfunctioning for the past few times I've been. I'll keep coming here, you can't beat $9 for lunch. :)

What a horrible experience visiting this location for the first time. First- I was excited there…read morewas a drive thru because with kids in the car this is so convenient. I pull to the first window spend several minutes looking at the menu at which point no one comes to the window. After waiting for several minutes I pull to the second window thinking maybe that one was closed. The second I do that and suddenly the employees can acknowledge me to let me know I need to stay at the first window to order and pay and they want me to back up. I apologized and said no one came to the window so I assumed I was supposed to go to the second window. The girl just glared at me. I start backing up and another car pulls in and to the first window. So then the worker has to go to the window and tell that car to back up. I get to the 2nd window and the worker just walks away again. So I sit there for several more minutes and a different worker comes over to take the order. She asks if I want a receipt I say no and ask if I'm supposed to go to the second window now. She says yes so I pull to the second window. Then she comes to the window again and tells me my card didn't go through and can she have my card to run it again (mind you I was just told I needed to reverse my car to the first window bc that's where I need to pay now suddenly they can pay at the second window ‍)? I asked for a receipt this time- I'll probably be charged twice. She acted like it was the end of the world to get a receipt. I then wait at least 10 min for these smoothies when I notice the receipt doesn't have the booster I ordered added to the smoothies. When she finally comes to the window with the smoothies I ask about the booster and she tells me it wasn't on the ticket so there's no booster in the smoothies. This is a newer location and had hardly anyone there on a warm day- I guess there's a reason they aren't getting customers in.....
