These employees suck. Asked them specifically NO KETCHUP 3 times. They affirmed. Hot mustard sauce 3 times. I get a burger loaded with ketchup and bbq sauce. Either they are being willfully obtuse, vindictive for absolutely no reason, or they are all stupid. Either way inexcusable. I hope they get attacked by stray pit bulls bin the bottom of any empty pool read more

Took 40 minutes to go through drive through for one breakfast meal. This place is an absolute joke.

I needed some food fast - and so opted for fast food! Ordered a Filet O' Fish sandwich and a bottle of water. Sandwich was made to order - hot and delicious! The cheese was melted just right, the tartar sauce was perfect, and the bun was soft and fresh. Hit the spot! read more

I just got food here and was so happy to find some place open at 4 AM. I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, a hash brown, and a medium caramel iced coffee. I normally do not like McDonald's coffee as it tends to arrive too sweet for my liking, however this time I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the coffee. My food and drinks were given to me in a very timely manner. The hash brown was warm and crunchy, and greasy, which is to be expected, and is a requirement for a McDonald's hash brown if you ask me. I wish McDonald's would add a breakfast croissant to their menu as that would be my go to order. read more

I went there for breakfast the morning of 12/17/22 and they were out of eggs. How does McDonalds run out of eggs? There is no one working in inventory control? When they see they are running low on eggs they don't order more? You know you are going to need eggs for breakfast. I am embarrassed to say I am a McDonald's shareholder. Maybe we need to do an investigation as to why this McDonald does not have any eggs for breakfast. read more

Worst McDonalds ever seems to be theme here and I agree. Plan on spending 30 minutes in the drive thru. WTF. And obviously they know how bad they are because they have printed cards for a free value meal for JUST THIS LOCATION. And they give them out like candy as a way of saying "Sorry, we suck." read more

Ordered m& m Mc flurry, got Oreo. Was told to keep it. Brought m& m Mc flurry to window, it was a cup of vanilla ice cream. Girl at window then argued how can't I see the candy. I said there isn't any. She had to then bring in a third party to verify if there was or wasn't candy in the cup. After taking off top digging around and having ice cream spill out and then wipe it back in the cup. They asked for the Oreo one back and I gave it to them. They took the no candy Mc flurry away. And then returned with it Filled to top with candy and all the germs of those who dug through it. See phoNo thanks, This is the highlight of my autistic sons week. Thanks for ruining it. Sad that this McDonald's has such low ratings! I ordered off of the uber eats app 25 minutes before they closed and received everything I ordered quick, hot, and delicious. Everything was exactly how it is intended to be. I even ordered a sundae and the ice cream machine was not broken! It came intact not melted at all! Pack on the back for this location, thank you! read more

the absolute worst. we were next in line and conveniently their system was updating and would take 30 mins before they could take another order. ABSOLUTELY insane and worst service ever!!! read more

Wow, exceptionally poor performance late at night. Every. Single. Time. It's 20+ minutes in a line of 5-10 cars. Unacceptable!

Usually a go to spot when you live in westpark and work 3rd shift, they pretend to be closed alot. Tonight my boyfriend and i went there after work (1 am) for sausage mcmuffins. Standard mikky ds. Nothing special. But the woman at the window had a snotty attitude and was wearing headphones and clearly couldn't hear us. We asked for sauce twice and she didnt even give us the right one. Terrible service. read more

People are very rude. Employees as well as customers. Doesn't say much for the area!! I will not return to this one. The drive thru is always wrapped around the building. God forbid they know how to run it correctly!! Mgmt needs to be replaced for running a store like this in such low caliber read more

This is quite possibly the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. There's two drive thru lanes, but all this does it confuse the workers. I've placed orders and by the time I reach the cashier she's forgotten it and I am often asked "Which order was yours?". A few months ago I pulled in around 8am on a Sunday. I was the only car in the drive thru but no one would answer the speaker. Finally I drove around and went in to order. I saw all of the employees standing in the back laughing and joking, no one was up at the counter. When the counter employee finally saw me, she gave a huge sigh and acted like I was bothering her by being there. I have occasionally gone there around 4-5am and am not surprised to be waiting up to ten minutes for food. No, that's not an exaggeration, I timed it at a few seconds over 10 minutes last trip (with only two cars ahead of me). I know it's a McD's and I'm not expecting a five star dining experience but the wait times can get ridiculous. As far as the food goes, I haven't had an awful experiences. They usually get my order right and the food is what you'd expect at a McD's, you're just going to wait an awful long time for it. read more

This'll be my first negative review and I'm not taking it lightly. This review is based on many bad experiences here from the age of 13-27. Throughout my many years of going here, this is what I've experienced. 1) A van load of us was coming back late from Lorain on a Saturday night. Some needed to use the restroom and I was craving some fries. There was practically no other customers in there. Nor in the drive thru. All I ordered was fries. It took 10-15 min for one order of fries. 2) I went through the drive thru after a couple of hours of landscaping. I needed food and was craving a large sweet tea. I was in a hurry so I didn't check my order till after I drove away. To my dismay it wasn't a large sweet tea but a nasty diet coke instead. That's the worst way to screw up a sweet tea order. Guess what. It happened again later on. 3) After taking my driver's test, my dad took me here for lunch. I ordered two McDoubles. When I got them, both only contained the buns , the patties, and a little bit of ketchup. No cheese, no onions, no pickles. I took them both back and asked for new ones. Once received, I went back to my table. I opened them to find one was correct and the other was missing the pickle and cheese...I wasn't going ng back up there again. 4) Service is usually slow, ice cream machine is quite often "broken", and overall food quality isn't good in terms of what is actually good McDonalds food. Some of you are probably wondering why I've been coming here for so long. When I was a kid I didn't have a choice. Sometimes it's the closest McDonald's to me when I'm with kids that want it or on my way for a long trek down I-71. I only go in absolute desperation and will usually avoid it otherwise. Go to the Ralley's or Taco Bell instead read more

Sat in the drive thru forever with no service. Even as cars lined up behind me the girl was only taking orders from the other lane. I finally gave up after the 3rd time she took the other lanes order over mine. This is by far the worst McDonald's in Cleveland if not the entire state read more

Craving fries and a coke. Took me 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. There was only 4 people in front of me. I had to pull up and wait for my drink. Then they forgot about me. I had to go inside and ask for it. What the hell. That's what I get for cheating on my diet. read more

100% accurate with all other reviews. Slowest drive thru I've ever been to. Go elsewhere, there is no reason why a fast food should take 20 minutes. Poorly managed and operated by idiots read more

The manager at this location was extremely rude. On top of that, this is a visibly mismanaged location. Not only did we sit in line for 20 minutes (with only two cars in front of us), but there was also no one to take our order or take our payment. Time for new management! read more

I know this is mcdonalds, but I've been going to this one for 20 years and it is still by far the slowest service of any. Late at night I think they only have one girl doing everything, taking the orders, collecting the money, cooking the food, and handing it out the window. This is probably a management and staffing problem. I go next door to rallys and I'm in and out in no time, and they are very friendly at rally's. It's hit or miss at this mcdonalds. read more

wow, I understand why this location ONLY had a 1 star rating. Its the holidays, so I popped in while running errands to grab a quick breakfast sandwich. No line at the drive up, great! Quickly placed my order and paid at the first window. Nice cashier. After a brief wait behind another car I picked up my sandwich from a sour faced teenager with no manners. Its McDonalds, I would be sour faced if I was spending my Saturday morning there too. I drove off and about a block away grabbed my sandwich at the light. Upon first inspection, it didn't look like the bacon egg and cheese bagel I'd ordered, but a sausage egg and cheese. I sighed. I could endure that even though it wasn't what I ordered. Mistakes happen and its JUST a MickyDs sandwich right? I took a bite and was met with the greasiest hamburger patty in the middle of the sandwich. The light turned, I made a U turn and went back. They replaced it, no problem, but FAST FOOD should not require returning, parking, waiting in a queue and then for the replacement. I wasted another 15 minutes dealing with my "Fast Food" fix. Stuff happens, but ALL the time? Choose another McDonalds, they are everywhere, and save yourself the hassle of this location. read more
