Plain food no seasonings. The falafel tasted like straight doughballs wasn't a good experience.

You walk in- pretty unsuspecting nothing over the top but the food and service. I've never had someone let me sample the cured meats so that I can best decide what wrap I wanted. I went with the corned beef - which melted in your mouth. Then the house aioli, pita bread wraps... everything was delicious. The owners were awesome. The staff happy and proud of the product they're putting out there. Thanks for the hospitality So good!!

My search didn't take me long, as I quickly found Express Deli: 5 minutes from the airport with an absurdly good rating. I don't always love ruben's, mostly because I'm not the biggest corn beef fan, but when they are done well, I am down. And I figured a place with a 4.9 rating would probably hit the spot. I think it did! I assume the mustached man who was a mirror image of the mascot was the owner, and he couldn't have been friendlier. There were only a couple of tables in here, so we sat down to ate, while a steady crowd of pick-up orders flowed through on a Friday at lunch time. My friend absolutely *insisted* I mention that they do not have parking spot lines painted in their lot. I am not one to turn down a dare, but I also acknowledge that these are the most inconsequential words I've ever typed in over 3,500 reviews. If you were to rank my priorities when evaluating a sandwich, the parking spot lines wouldn't crack the top 500. But my job is done here.

You order food at the counter, online or at the drive thru and they do have indoor seating. The menu consisted of soup, salad, deli sandwiches and spuds (baked potatoes). They offer a "choose 2" option, which is 1/2 soup, salad, sandwich or spud + another half for $10.99. There is an up charge for Premium options that are marked with a red "P". My total was $12.19 including tip for the Choose 2. I tried the 1/2 spud with chili and cheese and 1/2 grilled chicken club sandwich. Food was fresh and came out quickly. Service was Excellent! Nice decor too with big screen TV's and clean restrooms.Highly recommend McAlister's!

I did want the sauerkraut to have more tang, and I think the dressing got somewhat lost in the mix, but I still thought it was a tasty sandwich. The $12.99 price tag also came with a pickle and a small side of unremarkable but serviceable potato salad. I was pleased to see that the soda fountain came stocked with Diet Dr. Pepper. I'm accustomed to restaurants only offering diet Coke/Pepsi for zero-sugar soda options. For dessert, I got a slice of the Colossal Carrot Cake, which didn't quite live up to its name, though it was a sizeable slice. The cake was moist, and if you like carrot cake, you'll probably be happy with McAlister's. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean.

As I'm sitting here eating the leftover pierogis, figured I'd share my review…read more While I was in Parma snagging some tasty baked goods, I checked for any thrift stores in the area. Two stores popped up in a plaza, but what caught my eye was a business named "Pierogi House" So I set my gps to head there... They DID NOT disappoint! The owners were working the kitchen - one peeling potatoes and the other working the grill. I ordered a chicken gyro and a 6 pack of potato & cheese pierogi. Wow The chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned. I'm pretty sure that they add feta (and maybe red pepper?) to their tzatziki, because it was packed with all kinda flavors! Stuffed so full, it burst out the side of the pita They are served with fresh, seasoned potato wedges. I love the seasoning as it reminds me of what the Russian owner of the Italian restaurant in Hollywood Beach, sprinkles on his breakfast potatoes. The pierogies were massive - 6 pack weighed just under 2 lbs - served with fresh grilled onions and packed with a delicious cheesy mashed potato filling. Best part: Gyro combo was $10 and the 6 pack pierogi was only $7.99! They had said that they just recently switched over from a market to restaurant and business was ok but far from great. After eating their food, it can only be because ppl don't know about them... Cuz that ish was DELICIOUS So go check em out and after you do, tell all your friends to do the same. I'm gonna be real salty if this place closes!! *Went back today and it was just as good. They now offer kielbasa with the pierogi. It's delish!

I've got the cabbage rolls and mashed potatoes, the Kraut and I added some of my own beets and I heated it up at home. 350 for 45 min. covered. It was wonderful. Pure Polski! Two good guys running the kitchen and a good crowd for breakfast on Saturday morning. I will definitely be back to try the other stuff. I got the goulash to go as well. I'm gonna eat that probably for lunch tomorrow on Sunday. It's too bad the Browns have to be on too. I've been searching and searching for GALUMPKI that is as good as my uncles, which was my grandmother's Polish recipe and this place takes the cake. Now that is a Polish stuffed cabbage. Five stars a great place I'll be back. See you around.

This is a Chicago company that I'm glad has landed in Cleveland. I was never a fan of Subway or any of those other places. Potbelly is different. How? Allow me to explain. First, I'll tell you what I usually get, then build from there. I love their turkey, Swiss, and avocado--my absolute fave. Their Italian "Wreck" is Ah-Mazing. The new prime rib is also excellent. For these sandwiches to work, you really need to start with fresh ingredients, or they'll be awful. After they come out of the oven, they add the avocado. I usually add the lettuce, onion, tomato, and a heaping helping of mayo and giardiniera or hot peppers. They're SO good. Their sandwiches are stuffed with ingredients, regardless of which size you get. The Skinny is filling; that's their smallest size. But wait, there's more! Their bagged chips are sui generis to Potbelly. I haven't even seen them sold in Chicago. But they pair perfectly with their sandwiches. Now, I recommend washing this all down with a bit of sweetness. Their Dream Bars are AH-MAZING. Grab one, even if you save it for later. I love them. I'm a big fan of their lemonade because I'm just sick of carbonated sodas. Folks, Clevelanders....it's worth your while to give this place an honest shot! Potbelly... bring back the PB&J! Nothing like a good, toasted, PB&J!
