My best advice to one who seeks or craves Wendy's is to drive to a different location. I slipped up and went here knowing I was walking the path to my own harsh demise. The some what rational thought of "Hey I want a fast food burger I'm going to stop at Wendy's." Popped into my head, but I made the crucial mistake of going to this Willowick store. I need a cooperate phone # for this trifling Wendy's on Vine Street. I thought this Wendy's would NEVER become like the trifling one in Euclid, but sadly it has. We stopped by at 10 pm and ALL our food was cold! No sauce as we asked in our bags for nuggets. We had to come home and heat it up in the air fryer, that should not be the case. EVERYONE including the manager that worked on 10/28/22 at 10:00 pm should be fired or reprimanded immediately, also everyone needs to be drug tested; the girl at the driver thru window appeared to be high she even sound high (talking in slow motion thru the intercom!)
