Who runs this location? Maybe the most idgaf Taco Bell I've ever been to.... Well, I actually still haven't actually ordered from there because it takes an hour to go through the drive through (not an exaggeration). Not sure what the people who "work" there actually do?? read more

I just want to start off with saying I've only cried twice in my life, at the ending of 12 Years a Slave and when my Grandma died...what this Taco Bell did to me today was almost the third. I'm still so devastated from what transpired, I'm literally shaking right now typing this. I cannot even wrap my head around how someone could muck up making a Taco Bell order so bad. I'm trying to think of an equivalent of doing a job so piss-poorly, it's like if the person who made my order was your wedding photographer, and you got the photos of back and it's just random dogs taking dumps in yards. That's actually somehow better because at least that required some effort. Seriously, look at these attached photos. Either the people at the Willoughby Taco Bell have some personal vendetta against me or they're literally sleeping and in a trance like state as they attempt to make an order. Which explains the amount of time it takes for them to get a car through the drive-thru. I'm in tears now, like whoever made this I hope you see this and you take my words and you use them as motivation to be better. Be better at your job, be better at life, because theres no way in hell you could get worse. So, take some pride in your work no matter how simple or boring you might think it to be. There's nothing wrong at all with trying. read more

Drive thru full, doors locked. Went to Sheetz instead. In an age where everything is expensive. This is not worth it anymore

We waited for 45 minutes today just to have our order come out wrong. i told the guy at the window and he said, "Can you just come inside and we will take care of you?" Instead of arguing and trying to be kind, I went inside and it took 10 more minutes to get my bean burritos I originally ordered. When I finally ate them at home I discovered that the bean burritos were ONLY beans and nothing else. No cheese, no red sauce, and no cheese. Just refried beans. Worst Taco Bell...Ever... read more

Pickup lady very impatient and rude! Food substandard for a true Taco Bell franchise.

Not the 1st time I've gotten my order and it was missing an item from this same location. How hard is it for a high schooler and up to read a order receipt. My food was delivered but without the drink, talked to the driver who delivered it and he said he wasn't given one at pickup either. Have photos proving it. read more

Wow, Willoughby Taco Bell. Employees arguing with each other behind the counter. Both kiosks are not working. Credit card machine off of stand. Employees cussing. Out of multiple items on menu. Turned away several people due to out of items including tomato's. Children with parents are sitting in lobby trying eat and employees are still arguing. Would not recommend this place. DoorDash people sitting and waiting for their orders. The females were arguing, male tried to calm them down. One employee has been in bathroom at least three times. Manager needs to fix many things. Think the employee just quit too. It's about 7pm read more

The lady at the window was incredibly rude. As I made my order at the speaker I couldn't hear her. I asked her to repeat what she said. At that point she yelled slowly. When I asked why I couldn't order something she said it was an online option only. So I asked if I ordered it online would I come thru the line to pick it up. Her response was "if that's what you choose to do". Then she laughed. I asked why is it only online at which time another female came on the speaker and said it's been discontinued it is what it is. So hard to believe the rudeness. I made a large order. And after item I ordered. She replied "is that all". They clearly don't want your business. read more

I have never written a review but this location has me so angry! I work in the service industry so I understand how difficult it could be at times. But when I show up an hour before closing snd they tell me "we are closing now so we only have tacos and burritos" i'm a little annoyed. I'm a vegetarian so i live for their potatoes, they tell me they don't have them right now. okay whatever, i order what I want and they gave it to me completely wrong. not to mention the girl was incredibly rude. I have never experienced a costumer service employee be so rude and nasty to me, when i'm nothing but respectful. this encounter has me so upset I can't even put it into words. This taco bell should be shut down, ASAP!!!! read more

If I could give them a negative star I would. Went there Thursday, waited in the huge line. Got my order, looked in the bag and thought stuff was missing. I was assured by the rude kid at the window that it was all there. But if I "felt the need to check, please pull forward ". So I did, literally half my order wasn't in there. Went to go in, the dining room was closed because of covid. So I got BACK in the line, waited for the 6 cars in front of me to order and got to the intercom. Told them what was up, they asked to see my bag of food. I handed them the bag. The rude ass kid asked me "if I took tacos out of the bag" I was iblown away. I told him he was welcome to come check my car and laughed in amazement. He shut the window and 30 seconds later handed me back my bag. I opened it up and counted and the 5 things they forgot were there. I blew it off, got home and when I opened up the food, my son said "mom the taco is empty". I proceeded to open all of them up and there was literally a smear of meat (more juice than actual meat) and barely anything else. It was almost comical. I knew they gave me attitude when I drove back around, but I wasn't rude I was totally polite until the comment about me taking food out of the bag. So I called up to the store. A super rude young man that claimed to be the manager answered and said he "didn't believe that because he knew who I was and made them himself". And proceeded with "i suppose you want you money back or more free food". I said I was done, and I was calling corporate. He laughed and said "good luck with that". And while he was hanging up very clearly said "f**k that b*tch". So yeah corporate got a call, and I'll never go there again. And as far as the teeny bopper manager, if that's what he actually was, he's very lucky he wasn't talking to me face to face. read more

..Again, taco bell is americanized fast food. It's great food in a pinch, or when it's 4 am when nothing else is open. Sorry on the poor picture I submitted, it was literally a monsoon. Specific to this taco bell were some cracked taco shells, every other taco was on par with what you'd see anywhere else in the world. I have to be a cruel horrible person and give it 2 stars simply for the cracked shells. lol, also it's just taco bell, I mean come on. What did you expect. read more

All past reviews are legit. I ordered 25 dollars worth of food.... at taco bell that's like two bags if not one BIG bag but we only got one small bag with 4 tacos in it ??? This is quite literally the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. They don't have pico de gallo. They don't have Baja Blast except in slushy form. They don't know what a Mexi Melt is; I told her how to make it and she said, "we can't do that." I asked for salt and surprisingly, "we don't carry that." This establishment is ran stunningly poor. This Taco Bell the food is all the same like all other taco bells. They are horrible because they aren't open like they are supposed to be! They are supposed to be open until 5am. I dove past it looked closed so I called and her reply is they are supposed to be open til 5 but their computer shut down. So even though the hours on their website on their door say one thing they don't honor that.
