I just want to start off with saying I've only cried twice in my life, at the ending of 12 Years a Slave and when my Grandma died...what this Taco Bell did to me today was almost the third. I'm still so devastated from what transpired, I'm literally shaking right now typing this. I cannot even wrap my head around how someone could muck up making a Taco Bell order so bad. I'm trying to think of an equivalent of doing a job so piss-poorly, it's like if the person who made my order was your wedding photographer, and you got the photos of back and it's just random dogs taking dumps in yards. That's actually somehow better because at least that required some effort. Seriously, look at these attached photos. Either the people at the Willoughby Taco Bell have some personal vendetta against me or they're literally sleeping and in a trance like state as they attempt to make an order. Which explains the amount of time it takes for them to get a car through the drive-thru. I'm in tears now, like whoever made this I hope you see this and you take my words and you use them as motivation to be better. Be better at your job, be better at life, because theres no way in hell you could get worse. So, take some pride in your work no matter how simple or boring you might think it to be. We waited for 45 minutes today just to have our order come out wrong. i told the guy at the window and he said, "Can you just come inside and we will take care of you?" Instead of arguing and trying to be kind, I went inside and it took 10 more minutes to get my bean burritos I originally ordered. Turned away several people due to out of items including tomato's. Children with parents are sitting in lobby trying eat and employees are still arguing. Would not recommend this place. The lady at the window was incredibly rude. As I made my order at the speaker I couldn't hear her. I asked her to repeat what she said. At that point she yelled slowly. When I asked why I couldn't order something she said it was an online option only. So I asked if I ordered it online would I come thru the line to pick it up. Her response was "if that's what you choose to do". Then she laughed. I asked why is it only online at which time another female came on the speaker and said it's been discontinued it is what it is. I have never written a review but this location has me so angry! I work in the service industry so I understand how difficult it could be at times. But when I show up an hour before closing snd they tell me "we are closing now so we only have tacos and burritos" i'm a little annoyed. If I could give them a negative star I would. Went there Thursday, waited in the huge line. Got my order, looked in the bag and thought stuff was missing. I was assured by the rude kid at the window that it was all there. But if I "felt the need to check, please pull forward ". So I did, literally half my order wasn't in there. Went to go in, the dining room was closed because of covid. So I got BACK in the line, waited for the 6 cars in front of me to order and got to the intercom. Told them what was up, they asked to see my bag of food. I handed them the bag. The rude ass kid asked me "if I took tacos out of the bag" I was iblown away. I told him he was welcome to come check my car and laughed in amazement. He shut the window and 30 seconds later handed me back my bag. I opened it up and counted and the 5 things they forgot were there. I blew it off, got home and when I opened up the food, my son said "mom the taco is empty". I proceeded to open all of them up and there was literally a smear of meat (more juice than actual meat) and barely anything else. It was almost comical. I knew they gave me attitude when I drove back around, but I wasn't rude I was totally polite until the comment about me taking food out of the bag. So I called up to the store. A super rude young man that claimed to be the manager answered and said he "didn't believe that because he knew who I was and made them himself". And proceeded with "i suppose you want you money back or more free food". I said I was done, and I was calling corporate. He laughed and said "good luck with that". And while he was hanging up very clearly said "f**k that b*tch". So yeah corporate got a call, and I'll never go there again.
