I ordered through the drive thru but forgot 1 item, so apologized and asked to add it to my order at the window and the guy said he doesn't think he can do that. So I said no problem just make it a separate order. He looked at the screen and asked a lady behind him for help and she rudely said I can't add items to orders at the window. I've never been told I can't add an item before and I'm very annoyed because it was part of my wife's order and I came home without it. Pretty sad that When Taco Bell give you crappy service condisering the very low expectations most people have to begin with. Ordered an 12pk. Soft tacos for a 3 yr old and a 5 yr old. They were so sloppily made that they were ineatable. Half the fillings were outside the tacos, most of the tortillas were broken or ripped or folded over. It honastly looked like someone took the tacos and locked them around store before putting them in the box. I did not get the nacho cheese cup with the chicken nugget things. My power bowl was 85.% beans, and I didn't get the cinnamon twists I ordered, they were never rung up. Basically the vast majority of my order was poorly made and or incorrect. Also I got to hear a conversation between an employee and Desirae at the drive through about how one of the pop machines was not out of syrup, the carbonation was just blocked, "probubly just with some mold" great conversion to have with a customer in earshot. UNFRIENDLY and you'll NEVER get your order right. Got a few items last night. They handed me my bag of food out the window like it was infected with ebola. Didn't say a word, no THANK YOU, NOTHING. So, I said "thank you", and she replied "YUP". They also hoard all the sour cream, or do not keep it in stock. Last THREE visits I PAID for sour cream and received none. This location has definitely gone down hill. My husband and I came here for an early lunch and entered the dining room. Staff doesn't greet you and stands there staring at you. We ordered and attempted to locate clean place to sit. The dining room was empty and so many people standing around and the place was filthy. Every table had food on it and under it. After grabbing out own napkins and wiping and brushing stuff off so we can sit, I went back up to wait for our food. The view behind the counter was just as filthy. Stuff all over the floor and everything in disarray. I find it hard to believe that had that big of a rush before 11 am. Went here in the morning and there was no line, yet the drive thru lady was very rude. Apparently I do not know how to order because she corrected me and told me the "right way" to better convience her. I have also visited this location at night because it's the only thing open. There is always a huge line for the drive thru that is always at least a half hour wait to get your sloppy broken tacos. Spend the extra for chipotle or try another location. read more

This place is horrible!!! Every time i go there, there is about a 20 minute wait in the drive thru and every single time they mess up my order! One night i went back THREE times cause they messed up my food and forgot stuff! They are always rude and the computer is always down! I usually avoid this Taco Bell because the service is slow and the quality of food is low. I decided to give them another chance today which was a BIG MISTAKE. Went through the drive-thru and ordered some burritos and Cheesy Gordita Crunches special (some no sauce and made some substitutions). The order was correct on the screen but after pulling away, everything in the bag was wrong. I pulled back in line and told them it was wrong at the speaker. The order taker proceeded to interrupt me and tell me that it was made correctly. I heard someone in the background calling me a liar. I go to the window and the person at the window was nice about it but I could see and hear employees behind her getting pissed off and repeatedly calling me a liar. I left with the proper food the second time around, but I will never be patronizing this location EVER AGAIN. I understand that mistakes happen, but the level of rudeness I endured was unnecessary and unsettling. Don't waste your time, money, and patience on this sad display of a fast food restaurant. read more

Are you kidding me? This was absolutely the worst drive-thru service I have EVER experienced!!!! 40 MINUTES IN LINE! I shouldn't have even waited but it got to be almost a joke how long it was taking. How can this place stay in business? When we finally got up to the window to pay, the employee at the register asked me how I was doing. Really? I asked him why it had taken so long, and he said that they were really understaffed (yet I could see another employee behind him at the register leaning on the counter B.S.ing with someone for awhile). So, I don't normally write bad reviews but tonight was a mess. We placed an order using the mobile app and when we got there (we marked "I'm here" via the app) the worker didn't even realize that it was a mobile order. Aside from that faux pas, when they FINALLY got our order together, our food was COLD and disgusting!! Now, I realize that Taco Bell isn't the epitome of Mexican cuisine, but come on! And to top it off, they completely forgot to give us an entire item that was ordered and paid for. Take a word of advice, DO NOT order from this Taco Bell. Every time I go there it takes so long. I had a friend that worked at one and I know T O S (time of service) is a big thing, You are supposed to get your food in a certain amount of time after you order. When I got up to the speaker the girl asked me to hang on a minute. Well 5 minutes later and 5 cars behind me by then she came back to take my order. Took 6 minutes to get food with incorrect sauces and one wrong item out of eight. I had to ask for my receipt after she gave me the food. I took the survey on the receipt not to just enter the drawing, but to let them know how poor of service people get. Manager was rude. They gave us the wrong item and he (Tony) accused me of not looking at the screen and confirming that everything was right. Problem was - the screen and my receipt were right - his staff just gave the wrong item. He also thought it appropriate to grab and throw my receipt on the ground.
