Horrible customer service. This location hires workers that dont want to work in service industry. They hide in the back, no interacion with customer, they need a real manager. First of all, why have I never ate here before? Yeah, I don't know either. Their ingredients are so fresh and you can taste the freshness without them having to tell you it's fresh. I honestly don't believe they save meat for days to come but who knows. The man and woman making my order were very helpful and patient. I finally figured out what I wanted after changing my sandwich twice and they happily made it. I wish I would've got the vinegar and oil mix, the salt and pepper and some oregano on there but it was a long day so I told them just lettuce and Mayo. I got the roast beef and turkey sub on rosemary bread with provolone instead of Swiss and bacon, lettuce and Mayo. The meat flavored the whole sandwich, the bread was fresh and had flavor as well. I'm definitely happy I tried them and I'll definitely be back for the Philly cheesesteak!!!! read more

The very best service and food. Sometimes on weekends it's busy and you have to wait... BUT, to me it's worth it. There are enough employees there but it's just busy. The bread was not fresh and a little hard, the slicer was dirty just over all dirty for food service. Service was slow three people working did not get acknowledged for 10 mins, they were busy making Togo orders, should close dinning area and just do take out. read more

Went from great experience to passive aggressive night mare. I have friends that work at this jersey mikes so I stop by for a sub every now and then and see them well this time there was an mistake on my order to which I came back and asked for a new sandwich having a great conversation and good time with them until she came out. Tall white leafy on the heavier side I didn't get her name. She was incredibly rude and angry visibly shaking with anger as the nice employee made my sandwich this took me back a great bit and I was utterly confused about where this anger was coming from Iv never felt so raw and jaded after an experience at a restaurant. Because if her I wish I could give less then a one star and I will be telling every person I know to goto subway instead. And I feel bad for all the employees whom were around that could give me nothing but sympathetic glances. -10/5 stars read more

I just moved into the area and was so excited without a kitchen ready for the fresh food at Jersey Mike's. Everyone in the family had something for them from the meat eater giant sub to the tiny just turkey with no topping to the vegetarian veggie. The staff is so nice. The place is spotless. And the freshly shaved meats and cheeses were a family pleaser. We have been back several times and we will in the future as well. read more

I don't know who the manager is because they avoid talking to you at all costs. We just ordered via Uber Eats and our driver called us when he arrived to pick up our order because the manager refused to make our order. We were not sure why? First he said they were out of bread then said he was not going to make it (they were not really out of bread) and if they were they should have canceled it for us. When the driver called I could hear the man yelling at him. We love supporting them all the time. Turns out he was refusing to deal with any Uber orders. Hopefully the owner will address it. We used to love this Jersey Mike's , but the last 3 times we have been here have turned us off this one for a while. The staff during my last 3 visits have been the same 3 guys. The shorter , chubby guy is just rude. Tried to charge me $24.00 for a $17.00 order then was rude when I called him on it. The dark headed guy always acts like he is pissed off, no smile, no thank you, bad attitude. Even the longer haired guy who is at least smiling didn't ask what I wanted on my sandwich, just made it plain and wrapped it up. We took our order to go because of the rudeness and lack of clean tables. There wasn't one clean table. This is the 3rd time with no clean tables. Fast food places I've never been to get ONE try. I ordered the original Mike's - the Italian sub. I knew when I picked up the wrapped up sub it was going to be meh. It was too light. First, the bread seemed stale and it was hardly packed with ingredients. Coming from the east coast a great sub should feel a little sloppy - not even remotely sloppy. Locally in Savannah...Baldino's has been the best, but they weren't open. When Baldino's isn't open and I want a sub....the search continues - sadly. read more

Jersey mike's is the great sandwich around the island until today, Maybe never come back .if you really want the sandwich watching it when they making yours .the employee wear gloves helped someone check out touch the screen and recipe .she went back making sandwiches that she made before gloves not changed same one. There were 5 people behind the counter. 3 of which did not want to work or welcome the guest. The 3 girls had long hair that was down and slinging around in the kitchen. They skipped my husbands order and made 2 more customers orders well before they started on his. They wore the same dirty gloves and touched everything behind the counter without changing their gloves. This is not the place to go to to avoid getting sick. So disappointed. Before the COVID19 crisis we would come to this location all the time. After today will never go back. Phoned in order, was told 15-20 minutes. Arrived 25 Minutes later. Restaurant was packed, no physical distancing by customers and no attempt by anyone who worked there to encourage physical distancing. So crowded it took me another 10 minutes to ask cashier for my order. Cashier was not wearing mask or gloves, repeatedly touched her face and then packaged orders. When I asked for the call in order, they told me they were just starting it. At this point restaurant was so crowded there was no way to stand 6 feet apart from people. This is easily the best Jersey Mikes I've been to! I was on my way to Tybee Island while on vacation and I needed to find some picnic safe food. Lucky for me, Jersey Mikes was right on the way. Everything was great! The people working were friendly and fast. The location was super clean and the sandwich was perfect! It had the right amount of meat and toppings piled onto fresh bread. Just went in to get my favorite sub from here after a long work day, a #44, Buffalo chicken cheesesteak. I was starving when I walked in. The girls behind the counter were joking around and neither of them seemed to know what they were doing. I thought maybe one of them was in training, but by the end of it I couldn't tell which one it was. I wanted no tomatoes and no bleu cheese dressing. Pretty simple. Got home and the bread was stale and the one ingredient that makes it my favorite sandwich wasn't on it-- Franks red hot sauce. How hard is it to follow a menu posted on the wall right in front of the grill? This is the second bad experience I've had at this location. Won't be back. read more

Consistently good service and quality...we spent 3 months in the area this summer and ordered JM subs once per week. Recommend their Philly Cheese and roast beef subs. If cold subs are preferred, we generally went with "Mike's way" on the dressings and added the sweet pepper relish for a nice kick. We love Jersey Mike's subs. They are always busy at lunchtime and dinner. So you may have to wait a little bit for your sub. My only complaint is I wish the guys were a little more cheerful/nicer. I know they are busy so there is no time for small talk. I just wish they would smile for the customers. Otherwise, food is great! read more
