I stopped in to grab the new philly cheesesteak for my mom and usually I don't have any complaints. The food is always made fresh, hot and the service is good. Service was absolutely horrible. It took almost 15 minutes to place an order with just 1 person in front of me. I tried to order Mac and Cheese for my daughter and a cook from the back screamed "We ain't got anymore." Then the cashier who kept walking away reiterated "We ain't got that." Nothing in the condiments area was stocked, so the employee gave my father lids to the large cups and asked him to stock them. They were out of napkins as well as straws. We had to resort to using paper towels from the bathroom. Additionally the wait time on the food was almost 20 minutes so the idea of fast food isn't 35 minutes from walking in, to finally sit down. I ordered two 4-piece mozzarella sticks, and when he finally called out my name he brought the tray, with 1 (2 piece mozzarella stick) and looked at me bewildered when I showed him the receipt. Drive thru bad experience, although the girl apologized when I got to the window, she still wouldn't let me get a word in also and was in a hurry. Said she was dealing with a lot inside, welcome to fast food drive thrus! In addition my order was bad. Fries were somewhat cold. My wife's delux burger was drenched in sauce so she didn't enjoy it. My #1 double Arby's ended up being a beef and cheddar. I hate cheese!! Also, my wife Jamoca shake was chocolate and even that was bed, it was more likely vanilla with a hit of chocolate sauce. I did a pick up order. Something was available after I ordered it and the manager called and helped me fix the problem and give me a different sandwich. I've never had a place call me. They normally just give the money back and screw me. Everything looks very clean. The food was amazing And the person who handed me my food through the drive-through was extremely nice as well. They closed the last one of these in Manhattan so whenever I see one out in the wild I must go. This is as good as any other I've been to. No line to order and no wait time for our order to be handed to us. Plenty of seating and the restaurant was clean. I ordered a Swiss n roast beef market fresh sandwich. And when I got my sandwich is was on a roast beef bun with a slice of Swiss on it . I walked inside to let them know they got my sandwich wrong . Sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes on August 15th at 9:30pm.. since no one asked if they could take our order, we looked up the hours and saw that they were open until 1:00 am.. we went around to the window to find two employees on their cell phones.... we sat at the window for about 5 minutes and they didn't even notice us at the window either...... I tried the spicy cheese steak sub, if you're expecting the spices to be hot don't worry, even a child can eat it. The sauce has a flavor similar to ketchup with additional spices added, but definitely not hot. I'm not sure if it was made correctly but everything between the bread reminded me of a sloppy joe sandwich. I couldn't tell if I was eating pieces of steak. The overall flavor of the sandwich is somewhat good but quality of the meat was too soft and mushy. I would have liked to feel the texture of steak in my mouth. This place is horrible. Forgetting the ranch sauce for my chicken tenders was forgivable. Why even ask if I want sauce if you're only going to forget to give it to me? Giving us flat soda and cold food put the nail in the coffin for this place. No wonder the line was long at the chick fila next door. I should have gone there. I'm not really raving about this Arby's because of the food, we all know that as far as fast food goes, Arby's is one of the most dependable franchises, you'll always get quality roast beef and delicious Arby's sauce, it's perfect! I was super impressed by the service! I came in about 30 minutes before closing time, had been driving all day on my epic voyage Kanan Across America (http://kananacrossamerica.blogspot.com/), and I was famished! When I came in I immediately noticed that the staff was well ready to close shop, and hey I understand, service is still expected, but at that point you can expect some negativeness from the staff, heck the cook was eating and on break inside the dining room! I was really ruining closing time for everyone. When I asked if they were getting ready to close the cashier smiled and said that they could take my order. Again, its about ATTITUDE! The cook got up from break, went in and prepared my roast burger, which is yummy BTW, without any sign of annoyance or inconvenience. The only downside to visiting this busy location is that you have to navigate the horrors of the Walmart parking lot (where this eatery is located). It's a crazy setup: you actually have to drive IN and then AROUND the front of the Arby's building to loop back and get in the queue in the drive-thru lane. Lunacy? Some may argue the point ... This location is only getting one star as I'm required to select a star. We are traveling and found this location. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:30pm we walked into the restaurant and the three employees behind the counter didn't acknowledge us for approximately 4-5 minutes. Then I'm guessing the manager came out from the back and rudely stated "we're closed" and that was it. The sign on the front door indicates they are open until 10pm but they were closed at 8:30 - makes no sense. As we were leaving we noticed a car in the drive thru ordering and receive their food. I asked the employee in the drive thru if they were open and she said yes. The manager didn't have the courtesy to say "I'm sorry, the lobby is closed but you're welcome to use the drive thru". Simple kindness, customer service, etc. goes a long way! I'm in customer service and I WOULD NOT want this person representing my brand or teaching my other team members. Thank you. read more

Definitely not one of my favorite locations. The turkey and swiss sandwich is always my order and at this location it tasted terrible. Hardly any meat in it and there was some sort of brown dirt inside. Also no lettuce and tomatoes were soggy and old. The people are ALWAYS friendly here and my order is always right and out fast. As far as local fast food places go this is one of the best. It can be hard to get in and out of the parking lot at times because it is located right outside Home Depot and Walmart but that is my only complaint. read more

Arbys is definitely one of the better fast food chains out there. I love the bacon beef and cheddar or the turkey bacon ranch marketfresh sandwiches. I seen the smoke house bbq advertising in the hotel so I decided to cut my study time and come out for sunshine and lunch. I ordered the meal for the dining room. Other than the sticky booth seat the rest of the dining room only had a bit of crums on other seats and under the tables. I have seen worse filth in restaurants, this might be a common theme in America these days while dining out. As for the meal I had a medium bourbon bacon brisket meal. At first glance the sandwich most certainly did not appear to be close to the picture above the counter. The brisket meat had a lot of fat hanging out of the bun which should have been noticeable by the prep cook I'm sure; as well the portion size of the brisket was sliced thinner than the picture and looked like it had way less meat. The curly fries were 80% broken into half to one inch pieces, I'm sure the handling of the product frozen had a lot to do with the small pieces. I would just ask that whoever the manager is should look into a better quality assurance program for food going over the counter. Chick-fil-A in the next parking lot over always has a full parking lot and cars stacked in the drive through every time I come here for training, Chick-fil-A won the battle today Arby's. read more

I usually love Arby's, but they have the drink lids above, and behind the sauce dispensers so you have to reach over and try to grab a lid without getting sauce on one's self. And the curly fries were too salty. there are too many other choices in Pooler now. read more

I had lunch there today and the place is clean and the food was good, but when we were about half way through our meal, they decided to change out the trash can that was one table behind me. The smell that came from the trash, made me lose my appetite, I couldn't finish my meal.
