As a returning customer who tips every visit, I expected a much better level of customer service and professionalism. I even asked if my tip could be refunded due to the poor service experience, and that request was DENIED as well. What's disappointing is this entire situation could have been resolved easily with a simple cup of blue cheese dressing. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. The food may be good, but great restaurants also provide quality customer service and value loyal customers. Sadly, this experience left a bad impression on me.
