They have plenty of pre-built options, but I decided to make my own bowl, and I'm so glad I did. I went with brown rice, chicken, pico de gallo, sautéed onions, peppers and mushrooms, pickled jalapeños, banana peppers, olives, and feta. They also had a peach salsa available on the side that was such a good addition. Everything tasted fresh, the flavors worked perfectly together, and the portion was great. My total was only around $12 including tip, which felt like an excellent value for the amount and quality of food. There's plenty of seating downstairs, and I grabbed a window seat where I could eat and watch the world go by outside. The staff were pleasant and professional, and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable. Definitely a place I'd return to if I'm ever back in Salisbury. I ordered through DoorDash, paid extra for two wet burritos (that's $6 extra, by the way) and a side of queso. I opened the bag and immediately realized the entire order was messed up. No "wet" burritos. No queso. Nothing I actually paid for. The service is always speedy and with a smile. This place is a great happy hour spot, especially during the summer when you can sit out on the rooftop of the rum bar and enjoy some margaritas. The amount of pickled jalapeños I got in my burrito made the whole thing just taste...like jalapeños. Not enough sour cream and guac is an up charge-even on a vegetarian burrito-so the whole thing was just pretty dry. I would definitely go back and probably ask for some sauce recommendations. I liked how there are 4 areas where you could sit whether it's indoors, second floor indoor, upstairs rooftop or first level outdoors. I got a pork burrito and the pork was really good. I had to pay a little more to get guacamole added but it was worth it. Their guac was delicious. Their corn salsa topping was notable. We got a side of Queso for $1.79. It was good but $1.79 a bit much for it. The place was decorated nicely and appeared clean. They had a sanitation grade of 97.0 posted above the register. There's a pretty good atmosphere inside this place. The employees were nice. There's a salsa bar next to the drink dispenser. They offered eight different salsas. I didn't love this place like I thought I would. It looks so delicious in all of the pictures and even my burrito looked delicious, but something about it just wasn't. You can build your own, so I chose all of my filling. It's kind of like Chipotle how you go down the line and choose everything for your meal. It's very organized and the staff is firendly. They have a bunch of different salsas to pick from for free. You can take as many as you want. Some of them were pretty delicious. I don't know what I didn't like about my food, though. The flavor just wasn't there. I did try one of the homemade desserts, Cheerwine dump cake! It was great! I would not be opposed to some bcak and try something diffeernt.
