We were in Salisbury to see my daughter & her beach teammates play against Catawba. We did not have much time and ¡Una Mas! was in walking distance from the hotel. The interior was very aesthetically pleasing. Loved the openness of the restaurant and the beautiful blue color. The murals were amazing. Of course we started with the chip and salsa, which arrived at our table swiftly. The chips were fresh and the salsa delicious. Our waitress was very nice and efficient. My mother has to have gluten free and vegan meals. They did not disappoint. The side of black beans was larger than she expected. She had the vegetarian tacos in hard shell without cheese. They were filled with veggies and she added the black beans. I decided on the fish tacos. The food presentation was very nice. All the food was delicious. Would definitely eat here again. read more

Not really a fan of this place unless you're getting drinks (alcohol) they have a really good bar selection but as far as Mexican food this isn't it. The rice I wouldn't even consider Mexican rice it's more of a buttery rice and the salsa is more like marinara sauce (tomato water as my toddler called it) the service was good and the environment was great they even had karaoke while we were there but the food is just VERY Americanized Mexican. read more

I come here a lot and I usually get a new thing each time, in addition to my go-to's: the drunken surf and the soft chicken tacos. The refried beans are good. The rice is not very flavorful. Service is fantastic, food is phenomenal, and value is fair. However, be warned, you will be charged extra for anything additional. In my experiences here I was charged extra for tortillas with the fajitas (most restaurants give you a few extra for free), and for extra onions. Also: asking for the fajitas cheesy is NOT worth it. I was expecting cheese on the side but comes melted on top of the sizzling tray. I love this place and I'm probably addicted. I have yet to drink but the drinks look large and appear to be inexpensive. read more

Visited last night and once again we weren't disappointed! The place was PACKED!! There were several large parties, but that didn't stop our server treating us as we were his only priority. The overall vibe of the restaurant was loud and exciting. Very much needed after a tough work week. He also let us in on a very cool thing they do. When you order the Fresh Guacamole, your server is the one that makes it for you! So each time your order it, it may taste a touch different if you get another server. Last night we also ordered mixed drinks. We aren't fans of margaritas, so we opted for other cocktails. We were not disappointed at all! Paradise Sunrise and Marijuana were both quite tasty. Una excelente adición a Salisbury. El restaurante estaba un poco escondido, pero tiene amplio estacionamiento para encontrarse con mucha familia. Es difícil encontrar restaurantes Mexicanos con buen sazón. Aquí si hay sazón. El arroz era arroz 100% Mexicano, húmedo y con el saborcito a knorr. Nada seco amigos. También los platos son de porciones muy generosas. Me encanto el chile relleno. La calabacita al lado estaba deliciosa y en verdad no se ve en otros restaurantes. Me pareció un plato muy hogareño y auténtico con este elemento. Nos preguntaron si queríamos salsas que pica y no fallaron. Aunque tienen mucha clientela estadounidense si se puede comer con gusto y en confianza aquí como Mexicano. Lo digo porque a veces en busca de comida Mexicana de alto rating é tenido la experiencia de que la comida es desabrida y para un paladar americano - Y no se ve ningún hispano en la clientela . The mango salmon was a perfect blend of sweet and salty together. I like a little spice so I added spicy salsa and it blew my mouth away with the flavors combined together. The Street corn was authentic, flavorful, and mouth watering delicious! Our waitress was Tatiana was friendly and sweet! The restaurant is very nice, clean, and roomy. The service was very friendly, attentive, and courteous. The alcoholic beverages are really great and generous in size for the price. The food was plentiful and the presentation was good, but very bland, it lacked seasoning. Something I suggest that the Chef would work on. We tried several dishes and can say the same for all of them. It's a shame because we as Hispanics are known for our seasoning and flavor. I hope they read this and correct this very correctable adjustment. read more

I've wanted to go here since they opened and I'm so glad I did! The food was excellent, generous portions, delicious and authentic Mexican food, perfectly priced!! I had the Mas Toxica Margarita which was pineapple, tequila and jalapeño taste with Tajin rimmed glass, including a real flower orchid reminiscent of our time in Mexico resorts..the medium size was really big and priced well I had the steak Fajitas, delicious and properly cooked, rice and beans and salad were really good. My husband had the Birra Tacos and they were sooo good! The salsa and chips were delicious and we asked for a hotter sauce (my husband likes HOT) to add to it and it was so good. I enjoyed the standard salsa it was perfect. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and very professional! I definitely LOVE this place! All staff was friendly. We got there right before dinner crowd. There drinks are all made with fresh prepared juices (in house). Food was great and bought out in a timely manner. Let me just say that my whole family agrees that we have a new favorite mexican restaurant!! Everything was awesome. The dining area is not that big, but you don't feel cramped. Every employee that we had contact with was absolutely wonderful and helpful. My husband, daughter in law, and I all had cocktails they were huge and sooo good. Food came out fairly quickly and was so tasty. Everybody should go check them out. There were 2 little dings though, the salsa and beans were not the best. The rice was epic though! read more

It is a casual Mexican restaurant with an impressive drink menu and a variety of dishes at great prices! Our server, Rabadan, was exceptional: helpful, pleasant, non-obtrusive. The margaritas were just like I like them, food was delicious (refried beans...the best) and atmosphere casual and fun. We liked the place. Good service new appearance and some upgrades on the old restaurant. The food menu is not your typical Mexican restaurant. The food is prepared as a fine dining experience.
