This is not my favorite Chipoltle, although despite being tasty I honestly don't enjoy the actual customer experience of any Chipotle anymore. If I could give a review of 0 stars I would. This was actually a terrifying experience. The manager yelled at us 4 times to get out of the doorway because of a fire hazard, mind you the extinguisher is expired. After serving 6/8 people in my group she shut down the line, and called the cops and started yelling and refused to serve my friend. They let the rest of the group eat but kicked out probably 40 more people. The cops then brought out their GAS MASKS and tear gas all over a door situation. The whole police department came and this was honestly ridiculous. Will never be coming back EVER again. Also can't forgot most of the line she kicked out was African American and was blatant racism. These are just college kids trying to eat after practice and enjoy the bogo deal. This manager cost this location a plethora of customers and I'm sure this location will be empty for a while. read more

this chipotle experience was disgusting. we ordered online and the food was over 20 min late. there was food all over the wrappers and cups. the tortilla chips were so stale you couldn't eat them. the fountain drink cup they gave us was used. they accepted our order and were out of pico and guacamole. they never offered to substitute or provide anything after the mess up. i tried to get some money back on the app and all we were offered was a free side of guac for a future order. this was terrible! read more

The experience was such a disappointment. Promise time for delivery was 2:20. Did not receive the cold food until after 3:00. The less proportion of food was tasteless. I saw two positives at the restaurant today. First, the dining area looked very clean and new. Secondly, the corn salsa was really good. The employees were nice but seemed like they needed a little more training. They were fast enough. My order was correct. My burrito and drink was okay buy my meal, without chips or queso, came to $13 for lunch! They charged me an additional $2.05 for a spoonful of guacamole! It didn't say it was extra. It was positioned on the ingredients line just like everything else. The 6oz sirloin steak dinner at Outback is only$12.99 and it comes with a salad and a side! There were only two customers in the restaurant when I was there. I can see why. read more

Then when someone finally came forward to wait on us keep in mind there were two other on the line already. The whole crew looked like the only reason they were even there was because it was court ordered. I had the veggie bowl which was good. My husband had the pollo asado bowl. If I could give this joint a 0 I would. The employees here are extremely rude. They only post prices for the kids meals in this restaurant. I asked for a menu and they said go online. SMH. Made an order and the guy started making my order wrong because he was talking to another employee. When I mentioned this he said you need to speak up. Thursday night I came and got two bowls and as I was getting my food made a woman employee was yelling loud at one of the other employees that she needed to go and telling him to hurry up then they both started yelling at each other it was very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable she keep going and yelling on for a few minutes there was two other employees with colored hair that was very respectful and kind but the other two was just horrible I love coming to this restaurant but after this I don't think I will come back for awhile I hope they can fix their customer service read more
