There are better independent sandwich shops out there but Jersey Mike's has definitely become my favorite sub sandwich chain. Ingredients are always fresh and the sandwiches are all delicious. This particular location shares a busy parking lot and drive with a large Kroger and other stores so don't bother ordering curbside if you order ahead; instead, anticipate needing to run inside to pick up. read more

I always go to the Jersey Mike's next to Windsong Ranch and I never have a complaint. The Mike's Philly reminds me of a philly cheesesteak and while it's not quite there, it gives me some of that nostalgia. The employees are nice and the place is very well staffed. I'd give this place 6 stars if I could, because every sandwich you order racks up points that can be put towards additional subs that eventually will cost no additional. Win win...win! read more

So excited to have a Jersey Mike's Subs in Prosper, TX, and what a convenient location! The store is located near the corner of 423 and 380, which makes it the perfect stop for me when I am meeting with real estate clients in the new, nearby subdivisions. The customer service here is unprecedented. The staff works seamlessly together to ensure that every menu item is made perfectly to order in a timely manner. It is very apparent from visiting this location that the leadership prides themselves on creating a caring, family atmosphere among their employees; you can tell that everyone working on the shift absolutely enjoys being there. Always smiling, acknowledging customers, and keeping the store in tip-top shape, they are very proud to serve you a meal. There is always plenty of parking, since the restaurant is conveniently located in the Kroger shopping center. Access to the shopping center is a breeze, which makes mealtime quick and stress-free. Be sure to check out the community board in the back of the restaurant! The employees post the latest events that the restaurant has been a part of, including fundraising for Kids Prosper Kids during their recent grand opening. Great location- very fast and efficient and well staffed- many Kids from the local high schools and their first jobs. I'm a big fan of jerseys for their Philly steak- bread is fresh basked, steak is fresh grilled, peppers, onions, cheese... hit that bad boy with Mayo- and your taste buds will be knocked out. They are also very fast and efficient- literally like 7-8 behind the counter at lunch rush. I ordered a meatball sub tub and literally got 3 meatballs with a slice of cheese melted on it, no sauce.That should be enough for them to feel ashamed so I won't mention the complete and utter lack of flavor. Update, I made another visit, forgot I even posted the review above. Anyway, I actually went in this time instead of ordering it through doordash, I forgot what it was that I got, I think it was the number 4 & a time before I got a turkey wrap. I just think Jersey mike's is generally disgusting as far as taste goes. I've never gotten anything good from there and I've tried different things, I'm always dissatisfied with what I got for the amount that I paid. I guess the excessive meat is supposed to take away from the fact that the food has absolutely NO flavor. It's not really the employee's fault though, I'm just shocked that something like this turned into such a huge chain. Sorry for the stretch, I just had to share my sheer disappointment with society... Never visited this sub sandwich place before! Hell never even heard of Jersey Mike's before! But the #43 philly sandwich...... whooza!!!! Best philly I've had, and the chipotle mayo was the best. Only hit is it needed more onions and peppers! But that's a personal preference! Over amazing sub! So much better here than a subway, especially for a hot sandwich.... was actually grilled steak, not microwaved! The ordering line and operation is amazing, more hands means light work and speed! I've stood in line at subway for 30 minutes before because they only had one artist going at it! Here, I got my sandwich, and ate, out the door in 15! Nice folks! read more

It all started back in 1956 in the sea-side town of Point Pleasant, New Jersey and was originally known as Mike's Subs. The original owner, Mike, thrived off the seasonal tourist industry and a small population of year round residents. In 1975, Peter Cancro, only 17 years old at the time, purchased the business with the help of his high school football coach. When the company began franchising in 1987, Peter renamed the business Jersey Mike's Subs. Today, there are 1,500 Jersey Mike's locations open and in development nationwide.

It was a horrible experience. Do not tip at the register I personally do not feel the crew delivered. They only quieted down when the manager got there. I spoke with the manager and as soon as he left it went back to loud noises that interfere with the experience. I was told that because I was near the window from the kitchen that gives out the food that was why I heard them talking about their lives with foul language. I heard the lead or whoever yelling to the employeea about what tasks need to be done. I heard the team all talking very, very loudly about their personal lives. I went in alone for a quiet lunch after I had just finished getting a serious diagnostic health test done. I treated myself for a little bit of peace. I have never had a more poor experience with Panera on 380 in Prosper than that one. And I am done with tip buttons when I am just getting food handed over a counter. No longer brought to a table, again I was one of two customers. It was over $20 for one person at lunch and the whole experience was horrible. Avoid.

It has been a month of Sundays since I have been to Olive Garden. It is the kind of place that…read morebrings to mind friends, family, and good times. The dining area was spacious, clean and intimate enough for a quiet evening with someone special. Our server, Mark, provided impeccable service; we never had to ask for a thing! For lunch, we both opted for the Unlimited Soup and Salad, which has always been one of my favorite things to order at Olive Garden. First up was the salad, served on chilled plates. The breadsticks came out next and were fluffy and hot. The salad paired well with the breadsticks and had just the right amount of dressing drizzled on top. The Tuscan soup arrived piping hot, hearty and comforting, with a savory flavor that made each bowl soul warming. I finished out my meal with a rich, creamy bowl of Chicken & Gnocchi soup, served steaming hot. It was every bit as indulgent and satisfying as I remembered, and it paired well with the hot, soft breadsticks. I totally had a great experience. What I appreciated the most is the consistency; each visit feels similar to the last with flavors, portions, and service I've come to expect. I look forward to having more pleasant experiences in the future!
