This location always has the best service and employees. Chick-fil-A is always a go to when I want a quick meal. The only downside to this location is well it's location. It can be a little challenging getting into it if you are going at lunchtime or in the evening. The shopping center just wasn't well thought out for the amount of people who go to this location. This Chick-Fil-A location really stands out in terms of customer service and quality. I was impressed by the efficiency of the ordering process. Especially during the peak times. Mobile orders are always the most preferred method for me and I'm able to breeze right through the lines when I order. I dine in from time to time and on at least 2 out of 3 times I got a manager or a supervisor come by asking if everything is to my satisfaction. I don't think anyone has asked me how my food was in over 10 years. That is why I'm giving this location 5 stars because they go above and beyond the level of service and its hard to find good people these days. They really take pride in their work and I'm happy to patronize them. Their food is top notch too. Breakfast sandwiches or crispy strips are my go-to's. read more

Every time I order from here my meal is either wrong or has something missing. And of course I always forget to check it before I leave so it's partially my fault. The last 3 times I have ordered kids nugget meals, they have completely left out the fries for both meals. I ordered myself a club sandwich on two occasions and both times I got a chicken sandwich with ONLY lettuce on it. No cheese, no bacon, no tomato. As I have said previously, this is our go to Chick-fil-A. There are others on our way to work, but we will leave earlier to go to this one. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will admit that I am there frequently in the mornings and the staff has gotten to know me. This morning, I was in one of the lines, and the cute redhead taking orders in the other lane saw me. She finished with her vehicle called in my order (mobile order - ALWAYS!-it's the BEST!). Anyway, when I got to the girl in my line, she waved me through and said I was good to go. It is that personal touch that makes this store awesome. We had another great moment a few months ago but I was negligent on complementing the staff for their kindness. Our daughter was on her way back to college early one Saturday (6 am). She was feeling down about having to leave and had been crying. She reached the window and the young lady at the window could tell she was upset. She asked if she was okay and our daughter told her yes, just having to go back to school. The young lady told her she hoped she had a safe trip and handed her a brownie (which she had not ordered) and told her she hoped it helped her feel better. This place is super-busy at 1:15pm on a Monday, but the service is exceptional! I went through the drive-thru with my 3 year old; ordering was simple, wait time was minimal considering how busy they were. I ordered 4 piece chicken nuggets for my daughter and the cool chicken wrap for myself. Yesterday I had probably the worst experience I've ever had at this Chick-fil-A. I go in with a couple of my friends, we order and the staff is so friendly and attentive and the food was great as usual, so no complaints there! That is, however, until a man who I assumed was a manager and two other employees sat down right next to my friends and I. I didn't pay any mind to it at first, I thought maybe they were on lunch or something but then suddenly my friends and I could hear their entire conversation. The man I assumed to be a manager began to belittle and demean the girl employee sitting across from him, and that's when I realized what was happening. From what I gathered, this female employee was and had been in training for a director position for quite some time, and they were having a "one-on-one" (with the third employee seated at their table as a witness) to discuss some things. However, the male manager figure relayed to the female employee during this one-on-one that "suddenly" this position is unavailable to her because of something that happened a week prior. (I won't specify what "incident" happened because it was so minor and irrelevant, also out of respect for this girl's privacy) The entire time this manager spoke down to the female employee during this "one on one", she not once spoke over him or argued with him. She remained composed, respectful, and handled the situation in an incredibly mature way. To me, this manager was pulling at straws for reasons to overuse and abuse his authority. She asked him if he had ever noticed her being immature or wrong for the position in any other instance and if so, why was it never brought up before, and the manager said he had never noticed her doing anything wrong before. It was a "sudden show" of immaturity and a "deal breaker" (he used that phrase a lot) because the position requires you to be "like me, constantly working and constantly stressed". He kept comparing himself to a standard he seemed no one else could reach but him. It was a blatant show of ego and flatulence I guess no one has ever corrected him for. I couldn't stand listening to this guy repeat the same excuses and insults over and over again, so I got up to leave and before I walked out I got ahold of another manager. I told him what happened, how grossed out I was with the overuse of authority that manager was using right in the middle of the restaurant and how it's unnecessary and wrong. The manager I got ahold of gave me an "oh, it's just a little 'one on one'! They're all good friends ma'am, it's not a big deal." I didn't argue with him, I just said again how it was unnecessary and left. Turns out that the guy I assumed was a manager, aka the guy who publicly degraded and disparaged a female employee for seemingly ridiculous reasons is actually the owner of this location. (According to the manager I spoke to) I'm disgusted with how people of authority treat younger employees solely due to the fact that they assume one mistake counts far more than good work. read more

We were told by the 4420 w university drive CFA (Renee) that they would be able to fulfill a large order, but wouldn't be able to deliver. We said that was fine and would pick it up on 09/23 @6:45a. We got a call from Rene, at 7:54p tonight, that she could NOT fulfill our order, and said to call gates of prosper or Frisco. I found out later tonight that they had to cancel it due to miscommunication on her part with their kitchen. **INSERT THEE AMAZING CHRISTIAN!** Christian, not only listened to my story , but he took my information down, and contacted his catering team to see if it was possible. He called me back immediately and told me that he would be able to fulfill the order and have it delivered! We need more people like Christian in the world! Been coming here frequently for the last few months due to work. Just wanted to say McKenzie the food runner is absolutely the hardest worker with an amazing attitude and work ethic. I'm not sure if she's a manager or not but if she isn't, she should be making the same amount if not more than the managers do. She's professional, still personable, hard working with a great attitude and just overall an amazing asset to any company! I don't think I've ever seen her walking food out to vehicles. She's always trying to get food out as fast as she possibly can no matter the weather conditions. Hope the best for her!! read more

I ordered some grilled chicken a couple of months ago, along with some other items. After ordering and waiting for a full 10 minutes for my order, I walked to the window to ask if it was almost ready. I was told it was coming out now. So I waited another 5 minutes. I waled back to the window and they said again it is coming out now. I waited there for 1 minute. Still no food. So, I said Inhad to leave but I'm coming back for a free meal since I had paid for a meal and received nothing. I came back yesterday. I walked inside, explained to the Manager, Mr. Brooks, what had happened. In front of others, Mr. Brooks refused to give me a free meal. I assured him I Can pay for it, but I wanted to give him the choice given what I had said. He refused, so I decided to leave. This was a POOR decision by this Manager. The second I finished talking, he just ruend around and left and spoke out some 800 number to call for complaints, as if I didnt matter and I was a number - and a liar. I love Chick-fil-A as a company but I have had no good experiences with this prosper location. I went today and there were 3 lanes in the drive through when the actual drive through is only built for 2. I get that is very busy but making 3 lanes made it very dangerous. No one knew who to go behind and I almost got in 2 accidents. We were all confused and cars were cutting off other cars. One car got around 2 inches away from me and almost hit me. Just not a good idea period. I wouldn't write this review from just one incident. My mom went to this location 2 weeks ago and her chicken nuggets were soggy. I'm not hating on Chick-fil-A as a company, my family eats there multiple times a week but I'm not a fan of this location. Drive the extra few miles and go to the lake forest mckinney location, they are excellent, friendly, and have good service. read more

While the food was very good and up to Chick-fil-A's high standards, the restaurant is absolutely FILTHY! The tables and booths were all dirty and greasy. The booth seats were greasy and needed to be thoroughly wiped down so you didn't end up with grease marks on your clothes. There was an employee working in the dining room, but she wasn't cleaning tables and just looked confused or maybe overwhelmed. The floors inside the restaurant had trash all over, the floor (the dining area and where the employees work) did not look like it has been mopped in a long time, plus being sticky. The exterior of the building is gross - it looks like dirty trash bags were dragged from the restaurant door and along the sidewalk next to the parking lot, around to the back of the building. Large dirty stains on the sidewalk need to be pressure washed. We ate there yesterday for lunch and thought maybe they'll clean up everything in the evening. Nope - we stopped in for an afternoon snack and it was worse. This particular restaurant is not up to Chick-fil-A's cleanliness standards at all. Yuck - not sure if we'd go back to this location when there are other places to eat or another CFA not far away. Absolutely filthy. read more
