I placed a rapid pick up order for 2 sandwiches and a salad. The sandwiches were great - plenty of meat and cheese with fresh veggies inside. The salad, for the most part, was okay. I did have to pull out the cucumbers because they looked and tasted off. There was also a large chunk of the end of lettuce that was really unappetizing. When I went inside for my pick up, the dining area was clean and there were plenty of customers enjoying their meals. There were no staff at the front taking orders or helping people at the bakery.

You Call This a Veggie Sandwich?

Man, times must be tough for Panera Bread because I ordered a veggie sandwich and although I didn't tell them to "hold the veggies", they really acted like I did and skimped out on them. Sure! They threw in a couple of leafs of lettuce, which probably cost them 3 cents and then 4 slices of cucumbers (another 3 cents). Are the costs of these veggies coming out of their paychecks or something? If I wanted bread, I would have ordered a bagel. You should be ashamed of yourselves! Never again...fool me once. Also, please hire a new manager. We don't need her standing there, yelling our names, with her spit flying over the food. Also, she greets only certain people with enthusiasm and others, not at all. Mmmhmmm.

Spinach i believe it is was all clumped up soggy

Ordered online curb side pick up and got there 10 mins before it being ready. Drive was had 20 people in line curb side pick up parking lanes full. Noticed people walking in to pick up orders. When my order was ready, i just walked in. The person apologized the could not walk out because they are busy which I understand. The main reason I'm giving one star it's because of how the chicken Fuji apple salad is. Mind you I always order salad and this is the first time I've gotten it this way. The spinach I believe it is with all clumped up and soggy and this is soggy without the vinaigrette dressing because I have ordered that on the side.

Notice the color difference? Prosper on the left, Frisco on the right..

Urban Cookhouse - Prosper, TX…read more We stopped into Urban Cookhouse on a Monday evening, and to our surprise, we were the only ones dining in. Even with the quiet atmosphere, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We've had takeout from here before and remembered how fresh everything was, so we were really looking forward to eating in this time. There's plenty of seating inside, and the space feels open and comfortable. They also have tons of patio seating, which would be perfect on a nice evening. The interior has a rustic-industrial vibe, with a warm accent wall and touches like the decorative bureau that make the space feel thoughtfully designed. For dinner, we ordered the lime-marinated steak with rice and the citrus-grilled salmon. We subbed the sides for the broccoli salad and roasted vegetables, and everything came out quickly and piping hot. The flavors were fresh, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. Overall, Urban Cookhouse was a great experience--friendly staff, fast service, and tasty, well-prepared food. We'll definitely be back.

Their drinks here are fantastic. The strawberry lemonade ($4) and the farmers punch ($3) are both very tasty. Pay attention to the suggested tips. My wife and I came in on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch slash early dinner and overall the experience just left us asking, do we not get it? The vibe is cool and the space itself is nice. We didn't do the golf bays, but they look like the main draw and I can see how that would be fun with the right group. From an atmosphere standpoint, no real complaints. Food is where things fell apart a bit. We both ordered the Local Burger and it was mid at best. The bun completely fell apart and the fries were soggy, which is always disappointing when you're paying for something that's clearly trying to present itself as elevated bar food. It is weird that the menu is so limited. Usually fine with that cause it makes the food that is there much better, but that didn't happen this time. Service didn't help much either. The servers were all in their early 20s and spent a good amount of time texting and loudly talking at the end of the bar. I honestly don't care about that as long as service is still attentive, but that part was missed. Drinks sat empty longer than they should have and it just felt disengaged. Overall, it feels like a place that's trying to be fancier than it actually is. The food doesn't justify the hype and I'm guessing the golf bays are what really make this place worth it. I might come back if a friend wanted to go, but it wouldn't be my pick.

THEY USE WINDEX TO ' CLEAN' THE TABLES. MAJOR HEALTH CODE VIOLATION! :((…read more Not only is it heartbreaking that I have to post this... but repeatedly we watched staff use Windex on tables, after we had already mentioned, this was a Health code violation. We had to ask multiple times to speak to a manager as one was not sent over after the third ask. When a manager finally did arrive at the table he divulged that he had worked there for six years and they use Windex to clean the tables instead of sanitizing them ( which they apparently do at the end of the evening...). He also stated that they don't use degreaser on the tables, cause it leaves streaks... not sure that has anything to do with being up to code and actually disinfecting a table so patrons do not get sick. Being in the restaurant industry for as long as my husband and I have been we're questioning their serve safe certification and if they understand specific codes and policy, that you abide by working in the restaurant industry. Shame on the owner of this restaurant and all of the staff that are supposedly health code knowledgeable and certified. Please do better. We will not be back and I sincerely caution anyone that goes into this restaurant.
