I'm a BIG Jersey Mike's fan! I can honestly say that they make one of my Top 3 favorite subs of all time. I always get their turkey and provolone on white (the bread is aaaaaamazing - crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside), Mike's Way (DUH), with a little mayo, and pickles on the side. Mike's Way includes lettuce, tomato, onions, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and spices. SO YUM! I always get light on the oil since I get a tad bit of mayo too. I mean, go big or go home, right? I also get the regular size (about 6 inches or maybe slightly bigger) and it is plenty! They pack on the toppings. I love Jersey Mike's because they slice the meat right in front of you, so you know that it is super fresh. Their turkey is very lean and I love it! They have a great chip selection as well. I recommend eating the sandwich shortly after you get it (if not in store) because the oil and vinegar can make it soggy if you wait too long! If you're not going to eat it right away, maybe get that on the side and add it right before you eat. Anywho, i'm glad that they built this location closest to home! This location is a hot mess!! Very disorganized and unhelpful staff. If you are fully versed in their menu, you should be fine; however if you are like me and unfamiliar with the specifics of the menu you may want to dine elsewhere. We ordered a total of three subs, all had to be cooked on the grill. They made two, helped four other guests in addition to online orders, then made the final sub for our order. I love getting a sub at my fave spot! Jersey Mikes on Indian School is the place to be.

They are so incredibly nice and the subs are the best. Love this place. Second time I've come and I plan to many times again.

I've learned my lesson. Do not order online from here because the order will be wrong, your sub will almost be given to the wrong person, you'll wait 30 minutes for your order placed online. I ordered a #56 and the lady did not even bother to chop the ingredients together like it's supposed to be made. And I'm not sure if they stopped wrapping the hot subs in foil. It was a sad sub. The #13 didn't even have the right ingredients. If you get a sub from here just wait in line so you can see them make it and so they don't get confused and lost. One guy working there tonight looked lost. The cookie and brownie was delicious. That clearly cannot be ordered wrong online. I have not reviewed on yelp in quite a long time but this was a horrible experience. read more

Well I have been told by many people that this was a good place for a good sub sandwich. NOT!! The guys behind the counter need better customer service experience for one. If a person like myself walked into my business and said this is my first time here my response would have been " what kind of sandwich are you looking for or may I suggest one of our best sellers. But I never got that. I wanted a good roast beef and cheese sub and if the young man would have said can I interest you in maybe a philly cheese steak sandwich but with roast beef? I would understand why I would have been charged $15.51 for my sandwich but when you only have beef,cheese, lettuce, onion and tomatoes slices and get charged that much I will stay with my favorite place SUBWAY. I went in the other day for lunch because I felt like a Philly cheesesteak. A young man, Ben I believe, behind the counter politely asked what I would like and started preparing my sub on the grill. The subs are delicious and the service is fantastic! I'm visiting from out of town and have been to this Jersey Mike's twice. Both times Dhillon has made my sub. I hate to complain about a place but I eat at Jersey Mike's often because I get a bunch of points through my family's business, and specifically this location because it's right around the corner from my house and the employees at this location have messed up literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I've ordered here. I don't want to call them incompetent because they can't be, but I think they are just careless and don't care about what they're putting together. I've been wanting to reach out to their manager for a while now because it's ridiculous that I haven't had one sandwich the right way (I eat here at least once a week). You can't put turkey on a veggie sandwich and think that's okay. I've even asked them to fix my order once before and even then they STILL messed it up. I don't know what is going on but I am frustrated every time I order from here. I ordered a 17 with no onions or peppers and I'm extremely disappointed with how the meat was. I used to work at another location and not once did I have the bread turn pink from the meat juice. Food is always amazing. I've never left a review before but I wanted to make sure I mentioned the service we experienced. Andrea helped us out and she was amazing. The epitome of customer service. I ordered the veggie sandwich and she made a point to ask if I was vegetarian so that she could wipe down the meat/cheese slicer and not contaminate my food. I've been to Jersey Mike's many times and no one has ever asked and I normally dont say anything but her willingness to take an extra step was very much appreciated. Sorry all the nice guys behind the counter, I left me feeling a little taken advantage of...maybe you made an honest mistake, but my being in a hurry earlier today, leaves me puzzled on how my mini roast beef sandwich when adding chips and a regular drink became a $12 meal (actually 13 when I added a tip). I think I got charged for the regular sandwich rather than the mini. Don't know if I'll stop there again......don't like feeling like this was an intentional overcharge. read more

I had a terrible experience. The two young girls taking my order talked to each other about their personal lives the entire time I was tmtrying to order my sandwich. In 101 degrees our car broke down in front of Jersey Mike's. They not only let our 78 year old bodies sit at their table in the shade, they came out with a bottle of cold water and iced water in a cup for our old dog and kept offering refills.
